Had my Tacoma serviced here for a recall and Brennan was great! Also, Can’t say enough about Val and James in parts. She went above and beyond to help me out in a situation where she did not have to. James was also very helpful as well. If I didn’t live in Texas I would service my vehicle here. Highly recommend them .

Jason @ Clint Bowyer was awesome !!! I have just started buying things online this year, like dog vitamins and some fishing lures .... I’m an old school guy and at 55 yrs old to buy a truck from out of state, site unseen and over the phone was an absolute crazy concept for me personally, from finding the truck on a website to contacting Jason, and making a deposit was about 30 minutes, Jason made it an easy decision with his prompt and clear quick video of the truck, he was very thorough in his description and video of the truck, I put down a deposit within 30 minutes of our initial conversation, Jason presented himself as the trustworthy salesman that Everyone wants to deal with, and proved himself worthy of that with the complete transaction, I drove 6-1/2 hours from Iowa and he met me on his day off on a Sunday, great guy and a great deal on my truck, it’s everything that I hoped it was !!🙏!! I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram1500 in 20 miles the check engine light came on and it idled bad. They did take care of it thank you John North Ford for fixing it at no cost to me. But ...... The mechanic said it was doing it then it came in and they replaced the coil pack and thought that had fixed it... If I had it act up in 20 miles I feel if they had done a better job of checking it out they would have found it.... But again they were awesome and fixed it at no expense to me..

Jason, my salesperson, as well as Clint Bowyer Autoplex as a whole, were excellent to do business with! Everything in the automotive (and many other industries) has seen a lot of setback lately, with extended delivery dates, etc. It took two months for the vehicle I put money down on, to arrive at their showroom, due to slow-downs at the port of arrival, and rail yards. During that time, Jason was very accessible via text or phone, and provided updates at a minimum, weekly, as to my vehicles delivery schedule/progress.The initial deal I made through Jason was very straight forward, and I was offered excellent value for my trade (the first time, without having to haggle or play games). I was also sold my RAV 4 Prime at MSRP. Clint Bowyer Autoplex is the only dealership in the Midwest that I am aware of, who did not mark up Rav 4 Primes above MSRP, and they deserve recognition for this level of commitment to their mission statement and integrity.When the time came to trade my vehicle in (it had been 2 months), I had roughly 7000 miles more on it than when we had first agreed to numbers. There was zero attempt to de-value my trade because of this, and no haggling or but... You see... took place at the dealership when I arrived. There were no hidden fees. No last minute upcharges. None of that. Clint Bowyer Autoplex honored our original deal with a positive attitude and seemed happier to put me in my new vehicle than they did about trying to make every last penny they could.I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to make buying a vehicle a simple, straight-forward experience without having to haggle away half their day just to feel like they got a decent deal. Clint Bowyer is not local to me, nor have I done business with them in any capacity prior, nor do I know anyone who even lives in Kansas, aside the fine folks I met at this dealership, but they treated me like family, and when it comes time to replace my Prime (hopefully many years from now!), I plan on making them my first call, even though it means a bit of a drive!

I had a vehicle emergency 4 1/2 hours away from home on a weekend. Clint Bowyer set me up with a great tow truck service (flint towing) and kept me informed about my repairs. They worked to complete the repairs efficiently and well in the time frame that I needed, so that when I returned on the weekend my jeepWas ready to go. Very pleased with their service and friendliness!

Rigorous search for 4Runner TRD PRO ends at Clint bowyer!!I reached out to almost 50 dealers, the answer was none available or high markups on MSRP and then finally I got in contact with Clint Bowyer.. well, the story didn’t end here, it just started.. Curtis did sell us the 4runner with a bit of cinematic coincidences 😆Fun story, the 4Runner we purchased was pre booked by someone else and was cancelled the next day we contacted Clint Bowyer..appreciate the swift communication on the info by Curtis, I immediately said I want it. then came the timing of our bank’s check delivery.. we weren’t sure if the check would reach the dealership before we reached Kansas which is 11hrs away from us.. Yo!! My husband and I bought our first car from this dealership as well as many more throughout the last 30 years. All of our vehicles have been serviced through the service department. This dealership has purchased 4-H animals from our children, and we brought treats to the employees to show our appreciation. We thought we had a strong, positive relationship with this dealership, so of course we wanted our oldest daughter to purchase her first vehicle from this dealership.Unfortunately, for all, my daughters first time car buying experience was horrific. We were shocked and appalled by how we were treated, and left the dealership feeling profoundly disappointed and deceived.Lots of things were lost on this day. My husband and I lost the trust and faith in a business we thought we had a strong relationship with. My daughter lost the elated, joyful experience of buying her first car, and the dealership lost their credible reputation as well as the opportunity to provide future service to lifetime loyal customers.

Needed some key fobs programmed after I washed mine (Hint: if you use the end of your fob, your car will still start, but locking it and unlocking with the key makes your alarm go off everytime!). Scheduled an appointment, they said it would take about 30 minutes and we were in and out in 15. Thats how you do customer service, set realistic expectations and over deliver!

Terrible experience. I brought my Jeep here because I trusted they would find the problem and fix what was needed, instead of trying to scam me out of my money. Instead they threw parts at it. They diagnosed it wrong and replaced a part that in no way fixed the problem, but they wouldn’t admit that and couldn’t prove that my old part was bad because they had traded it in before I came to pick it up, how convenient! Anyways, they made me pay $600 for a part that didn’t need to be replaced! Very disappointed. Lesoned learned: go to a local mechanic.

They fixed the immediate issue, but didnt bother to investigate or fix the cause of the issue, so its going to happen again. They overcharge for the simple things, but dealers tend to. The service was good, but I was disappointed to see almost no masks on employees, including when they were interacting with customers, and they didnt keep their distance either. Competent enough, but they certainly dont go above and beyond.

I was greeted with attitude and while a family friend was explaining what was happening with my van, the person at the desk was too busy to listen. We told them we were pretty sure it was the alternator and / or battery because of testing we did at home. I showed him I just had them replaced 2 years at a Dodge dealership in another town with my receipts and should be under warranty. He went on to tell me warranty for alternator were only 2 years even though I had called the other dealership and it was lifetime warranty. After my oil change and them keeping my van over 24 hours to do further testing they told me it would be over $600 to replace the alternator. I went ahead and paid $100 for my testing on the alternator and my oil change and $279 for a new alternator at a local business had my friend put it in. Guess next time I won’t be doing business there again.

This was our first dealership experience and Im so glad we chose this dealership to do business! We had originally gone down the road to the Ford dealership but the salesman there didnt listen to our needs and price range. We politely declined and decided to see what Clint Bowyer had to offer. David came out to greet us. He was very nice and listened to us, and didnt try to push a car on us we werent interested in. Once we found a car and sat down to discuss the details, we understood why Davids nickname is Simple. Everything was straight-forward and honest, and he was very happy to answer any questions we had. Ive bought my last two vehicles here. (First one was this location, previous owner.) Many of the staff are the same. They have done OK for me! Although, I have to say I was pretty nervous with both purchases. The first one was made for me, so I didnt have too much to be worried about! This one was used and I think my negotiation skills could probably use some fine-tuning! It was EXACTLY what Id been searching for, so I snatched it up immediately!!Their service department still has several people from when I bought the first one, so that says a lot to me -- theyre good and they like working here.Customer service here has always been great for me. (And, by the way, I traded the other van Id bought here for the newer one. It took me almost 300,000 miles in 11 years!)

I was treated more than poorly when I took my vehicle in for service. Brennan Davis was the direct employee I was working with that morning. When I approached the service counter- he looked up from his screen and started the conversation off with “What?” I work customer service “How May I help you?” would’ve started us on the right foot. Instead he continued to treat me poorly, while talking down to me. I told him he was being (bleeping) rude and he said “oh am I?!” — I am very dissatisfied with this shops customer service all around.

SUPER IMPRESSED!!!! We bought a Jeep from a different dealership :( We needed some warranty work done, and the dealership that we bought it from was quite a distance away and they werent being very helpful. From the first phone call we made to Clint Bowyer Service Dept. (Brennan)., they were very helpful in understanding what we needed to have done. My husband took it in to have them look at it before they ordered the parts. After the parts came in. I took it in to have the parts put on. I spoke mainly with both Brennan and Mike. The employees went above and beyond!!!! All of the staff that I dealt with was very personable and caring, from Mike and Breenan, to Susan in payments as well as CJ. After getting the parts replaced (the parts that got replaced under warranty were even heavy duty opposed to stock). Thank you also for the complimentary hand wash and vacuuming!! I purchased a White 2017 Chrysler Pacifica on Saturday 7/18/2020. Although I was told on the phone by my salesman that there was some wiggle room on the price, once I drove the hour and a half to get to the dealership there was no budging on the listed price. Since I was there and already had my heart set on this vehicle, I purchased it and drove home. That evening while I was waiting to pick up my kids, I tried to change the radio channel and the entire touch screen froze. I tried several things and it wouldnt change, so I Googled for a solution. The first thing that came up was pages and pages on a website about Chryslers, saying that this issue is something that Chrysler is aware of and has been working on a fix for years.I called the dealership the next morning and let them know I was returning it, since I was under my 3 day/300 mile return agreement. When I got it back to the dealership my salesman met me outside. When I talked to him about it he said We flashed it twice. We were really hoping that had fixed it. After talking to him, he admitted that it had happened to him on a test drive and so he knew before he sold it to me.I, of course, am upset that they let me drive a total of 6 hours (two 3 hour round trips to Emporia) when they knew they were selling me a vehicle with a MAJOR flaw... ALL OF THE CONTROLS run through this touchscreen. I am even more concerned that after what I read, I know that there isnt a fix for this, and they still as of today still have it on their website to sell!! I am glad I was lucky enough to catch it under the 300 miles so I could return it. If we would have even gone out to dinner, I would be stuck with this vehicle. I should not be more informed about a vehicle than a dealership. It took me 30 seconds of Googling to know that no one should be paying $20,000 dollars to be stuck with that vehicle!! Buyers BEWARE!!!!PS... Talked to the salesman today, because he had another vehicle for me to purchase, and I let him know I would never purchase something from him because of how dishonest he was with me, and I would be writing a bad review. He argued that what they did was not worth a bad review. He said they let me bring it back. I explained that he didnt do me any favors. I caught it before the 300 miles. I even joked when I signed the paperwork that my warranty would almost be gone with just my drive home and they still never said a word to me. I will leave it up to the reader to decide if there actions warranted a bad review!!

My wife and I bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently, and we are both eternally grateful for how well we were treated, both before and after we signed the papers. To my understanding, there had been a recent management change along with a few seasoned veterans, and it shows. From the time I walked into the door, the front receptionist named Alicia cracked a tasteful joke and made me laugh while I waited. They have fresh cookies baked every day by the staff and fresh coffee. The finance process was to be expected, a long pen-flicking session, but I felt everything was explained clearly and I did NOT get the feeling that I was signing for anything expensive and unnecessary. My wife and I live in Topeka, and we still will have no issues coming back. Keep up the great work, team!

Dropped my truck off to get the AC and back up camera replaced. I have a service contract that is full exclusionary and should cover both of these issues. Phone call later and nothing was covered. My truck was refilled with 13 ounces of Freon. According to the service department, there was no leak in the system despite the vehicle needing 13 OUNCES of Freon. The back up camera was going to be replaced at 290$. I opted out of that service. 195$ dollars later, my trucks AC is cold but still isn’t blowing like it should. Called the original dealer where I bought the truck and they are going to replace the back up camera deeming it a 70$ part and check to make sure the ac system is working properly at not cost to me under the same service contract I submitted to Clint bowyer autoplex. Won’t be going back, only reason I decided to drop it off was convenience (ram dealership) and proximity to where I live.

I sent a family friend who will be working for me just to “look” so he would have an idea of what he wanted. Like a flipping Vulture on a dead animal, your sales rep turned what would have been an eventual sale into bad reviews and bad word of mouth for your dealership. Sales people are trained this way and it’s horrible. They get your information (which he insisted on) ten intimidate you into running your credit when all some people want is to look and get a feel for what’s out there. On top of the over 9,000 in rebates, added a lifetime warranty from dodge, and a huge difference in the way sales people treat their prospective customers, we were able to get him into a truck that fits the bill. Word to the wise......give people time to look before you attack them. Listen to your customers needs and wants. Don’t be so pushy and demanding with what YOU need from your customers. The sale is not about you or your commissions but finding what’s right for your customers. This will bring in repeat customers. And once you do get heir phone number, don’t call them every week like your collecting a debt. I eventually had to be rude to this same sales rep to stop calling or I would never be back.

Well, I had a couple of recalls to be done on my truck so since I was going anyway I had them address a couple of other issues, they are 45 miles away from me. I had to make two trips to complete everything because of Parts availability, I worked with 2 service analysts but mainly with mr. Ross, both were professional and courteous, all of the repairs were taken care of in a timely fashion. They even had to make a road trip quickly to pick up additional parts. The mechanic was obviously Adept and well-equipped, the total bill was reasonable, even a ride to another location with the courtesy driver was enjoyable. The whole facility was very well kept and everyone was friendly. I would say the only downside would be that they dont have a loaner vehicle or rental car available for out-of-town customers. Finally as I waited in their Lounge the second day I watched other transactions going on in the facility and everyone was pleasant and professional. So overall-great job!

Bought a new truck there in 2014. I brought it back there for service with absolutely no issues in their work. Mike and the other people in the service department do a great job. Justin Arb was the salesman I bought it from who is very professional with no pressure. Recently I brought my Jeep Cherokee in because of the check engine light and Mike put the scanner on it and updated my computer and cleared the code and I was out in less than 15 minutes. With no appointment. Thats service.

We were looking to replace our 2008 Ram 2500 and turned to Clint Bowyer Autopiler as we have bought vehicles here before. So true to their top notch standards Ashley went to work locating what we were looking for. And then the whole crew worked to get it exactly the way we wanted it by installing the extras we were asking for. Being from more than 60 miles we walked in and all was as they had said and promised! Well be back thats for sure!
