Great staff who are always ready to help. It does usually take a bit to get everything done, but the staff really care about you and make sure you get everything you needed done correctly and as smooth as possible :)

Me and my husband activated lines there about a week ago and we are more than thrilled with our experience so far! Inside the store Lisa was very nice and knowledgeable and Ben was also very helpful and they both helped us get our number from Verizon and were able to get us great discounts on phones and a good case for our phones!

We have spent an entire month.....a family of 4....with horrible service. we purchased unlimited. a tower went down because of a storm so ALL MONTH LONG....they say its still not fixed! so we only have service if we stand outside!! their offer of compensation? 20.00 off my next bill! NO!!! WE MISSED ALOT OF IMPORTANT CALLS MESSAGES ETC! basically it was like having no service!!!! switching to us cellular asap.

Help knows little. You cannot pay bill there. Phone is junk.
