Store is supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. Got there at 7:35pm to drop off package for UPS shipping and doors where locked. I was sitting in the parking lot talking on the phone with my husband and saw wo employees leave the store and lock up at 7:50 pm.

I like using their copying services. It’s so easy to upload the document and select exactly how I want it to be printed.

We were in Staples Friday, Oct. 13th to have a package wrapped and boxed to be shipped by USP. We were waited on by a young lady who was very polite and accommodating. She helped with the picking out of the right box for our item which was a painting with glass. She was meticulous in packing it to make sure it wouldnt get broken. We were also pleased that we were able to ship it UPS from Staples. Sure made our life a lot easier.

The store was reduced in size and inventory some time ago to its detriment. Sometimes the item(s) I want are only available on-line and Id prefer to see and get the feel of them before purchase. I have -always- had good experiences with the staff. Someone will ask if I need assistance, and if I say no, theyll leave me alone with a cheery, If you do need help, let us know. I have told pushy sales staff elsewhere that I will leave if they continue to hover but thats never been an issue at my Staples.

Used to be a much larger store, but they have reduced the size of the store by half, so it is congested compared to before. They have all the basic supplies you would need and also print and shipping services. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

The staff is overbearing about following customers around the store. I went in hoping to find a quality writing notebook, and was contacted no less than five times by only two staff members. One was very polite and friendly, and mostly left me about my business. The other, however, made it a point to repeatedly check on me. I did not appreciate being treated like a thief when I have no negative history on record, with them or anyone else.

Staff are nice and helpful. Much less selection than they used to have. And the 89 step checkout process is agonizing.

Great staff, average prices, but small store. Inventory is limited - might want to call a head to make sure they have what youre looking for in-stock before you head in to town.

Very helpful to someone that knows very little about computers I appreciate the help that I had from Gage I believe I have never had a bad experience in this store thank you Staples 👍
