Trailers are full of Black mold!! Made us really sick. Beware!!!! Caused long term health effects. 😞

The mobile home park is really clean and taken care of by their park handymen mainly one hes so kind hes always happy to help. Neighbors mind their business for the most part. No heavy traffic. And the Christmas truck with music covered in lights passes by here and I dont know if im the only one that cares lol but that lil part makes me happy. Oh yeah no fireworks allowed :-(

I just signed the lease and they said everything was ready to move in. First night wasnt to bad in early spring no need for the heater. Next night freezing cold go to turn on heater doesnt work whatsoever blows cold air through the vents. I have two kids and this is unacceptable. And they dont have 24 hour maitanance so i had to take my kids to my brothers for the weekend till they got in on monday

First time buyer trying to get a trailer. They wouldnt let us have an outsider look at the property we were interested in and then denied us. When we asked why they said they couldnt tell us.

Dont rent or buy from them, they dont fix anything..
