Ive take no my 2012 Range Rover sport HSE Lux edition to world auto body several times!! Always a great experience. They do great work! First time the back read was totaled, second front and side door dent... and every time, perfect repairs, great service and always go above and beyond the work requested!! Highly recommend!

I had my car door and adjacent panels repaired here. The personnel was friendly and professional. I called a few times to check on the status of the vehicle and was able to get my answers right away. I was very impressed with the results, the car looked like new after the repair.

Ive been trying to get repairs done on my vehicle since November 8th, when I first went in their systems were down but the customer service was friendly and Hugo made it seem like he would take care of it once the systems were back online.One week later after not hearing a peep I called too see what was going on. The systems were down again and Hugo said he forgot to put in the estimate.He also forgot his manners now apparently because he became very short and was trying to hurry me off.After 3 weeks of back and forth nonsense I asked to speak to a manager which he was at least friendly to talk to.. even though he forgot to return my call for what was going on like he said he would.Calling back AGAIN to see what was going on I got transferred back to Hugo who just happened to send the email 30minutes earlier and made it seem like I was at fault for why it took so long to just send an email..Im now driving the extra 30min to get my car repaired.I would hate for my mechanic to forget to properly repair my car.

Ok. So, unfortunately between my partner and myself weve had to use this repair shop, due to accents several times.They did/do shoddy work. Their repair time is terrible. Way too long!Ive had to take my car back 3 times for a serious leak after a previous accident repair. Its still being dealt with.They have really poor customer service and poor communication skills. Theyre always under staffed. The staff looks and acts like theyre doing you a favour to help you. They never know whats going on with your insurance company. Really a bad experience all around and have notified my insurance agency of the poor quality of their work and customer relations. Also, the last time my car was in there for a rear end collision, the paint job on the back half of the car did not match the paint on the front half of the car...... I will not recommend them.

I love this place! They have consistent shown care, timeliness and amazing customer service. I so appreciate going somewhere I trust.

World provided me great service. The paint quality was outstanding, as i couldnt tell where the repaired damage wsa previously. The staff was professional and courteous, they provided me a ride to the renal agency, and the car was ready ahead of thier promised date. Many thanks t Mr Wilder and crew.
