I never went to target much growing up. However they have great kid clothes and lots of toys. My daughter loves going to Target so I’m giving it 5 stars. The staff has away been very friendly and I’m sure I’ve been here countless times in 2 years. They just remodeled the store so it’s really nice for a Target.

This Target is well organized and clean, it has lots of goodies for Halloween and Christmas decorations, staff has always been helpful and friendly when we ask for help.Frugal prices, self checking machines, clean restrooms and a Starbucks store are all here.The store is located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking spaces.

Theyve been great during the pandemic. Great curbside pickup! Thanks for making it safer for us to shop.

Customer Service. Cory, one of the store managers at the Encinitas store, really went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. She saw to it that my Large Screen TV was exchanged for one that actually worked. Im very happy. Thank you Cory.

Staff is very friendly . The employees are actually doing their jobs and always restocking and organizing . Their truely happy to help . My children have special needs and I never feel stared at or discriminated against . Unlike WalMart and its extremely immature employees who constantly stare . it seems employees are trained to truly have courtesy and respect towards its customers . My new favorite store 🤍🤍🤍

Great Starbucks! They are so nice there. I had to wait a bit for my drink and they offered me a free bakery treat! I had to deny because of allergies but it was very nice of the lady to do that!

This is a great store. Lots of deals, especially in the grocery department. Recently they started hosting a Kaiser clinic. Excellent customer service, including employees dedicated to helping customers to their cars.

FINALLY....A MAN ZONE ! My wife and I have been shopping at Target stores since we arrived here from Australia in late 2006. I have to say when I walk into a Target store anywhere it feels like a happy place for women.....lots of female fashion in my face just inside the main entrance, aisle after aisle of womens toiletries, hair care, cosmetics and other female personal stuff. And in recent years aisle after aisle of grocery items. I mean to find my shampoo / conditioner, body wash, hair care putty, underarm deodorant, shower scrunchies, shaver head replacement etc I usually go to just one aisle and hope to get lucky but usually end up searching for my mens brand only shampoo / conditioner in a womens only aisle. Its been annoying me for years and FINALLY our local Target store has taken the LEAP FOR MANKIND and set up a MAN ZONE for everything a cool dude needs for personal hygiene and good presentation. I LOVE IT ! Just in case none of you have noticed TARGET has been rolling out store makeovers nationwide and not just cosmetic touchups but serious innovations & upgrades designed to enhance our shopping experience. I bought a swag of gear in the brand new MAN ZONE and in future it will be a one stop shop for me. GOOD ONYA TARGET !

First off, they have terrible management. No one is helpful or kind. Youre better off shopping at Walmart in my opinion. The customer service section is unorganized and seems like no one working there enjoys their job.

I tried out the order on line and pick up at store where they bring your order to you in the preferred parking spots.It works beautifully.Hardest part was getting qr code to scan which took about 30 seconds.I was very happy and there was no contact so we were as safe as possible.This took so much stress away from getting vital items.Employee was quick and nice and efficient and courteous.Thank you

Ordered online for same day delivery and even signed up for their delivery service Shipt. They sent the confirmation email and then later when we were waiting for delivery, they sent a cancellation email of the whole order with no explanation. Simply email stated: We’re sorry to inform you that we had to cancel items from your order #XXXX [BTW, it was all the items in the order]. There was a technical issue that prevented us from fulfilling your items. This is something we are working hard to avoid, but we didnt get it right this time. I wanted to spread my shopping around so that Im not just reliant on Amazon, but every time I try, I get something disappointing like this. Sticking with Amazon.

Product was ready in under 2 hrs. Quick and easy I was in and out in less than 5 mins

I always have issues with pickups. Just the other day my item said ready and when I went to pick it up the employee said it hasn’t shipped from another location and come back tomorrow. More wasted minutes at target drive up.

They showed plenty on stock of an item I bought on the app but they still put me on a 2 hour hold for The online pick up order I made.. and then sold out of the item in store and after 2 hours they just cancelled my order and it’s now been 6 days and I’m yet to get my refund ..will not be buying from here again !!!!

An employee yelled at me and my friends and was extremely rude in the way he treated us, simply because we were giggling. It was an unfair accusation based simply on our age and gender, and he threatened to kick us out because of it. I have never been treated so poorly in a store where I am a paying costumer.

Last time I will go to the store in La Costa! Ive never seen so many unfriendly people in my life. I smiled and said hello to almost every employee I walked by. Not one if them said anything back. They all seem to really hate their jobs.

QUICK STOP ! My wife needed a couple of greeting cards so we popped in here on Saturday. I dont buy greeting cards but my wife likes to...and thinks Target has one of the better selections. We picked up a few other items like hydrogen peroxide, Simply Orange orange juice, King Arthur bread flour, baking powder, sanitizing wipes & band aids. The store was pretty busy.....they dont appear to be limiting the number of customers allowed in at any one time.....though everyone we saw was wearing a facial mask. We feel safe shopping here !

Poor customer service.I usually love this Target- it is clean, they have great selection and staff. However, I recently purchased a shirt about a week ago which I found out went on clearance. I didnt have the shirt with me, figured they would be able to search on my Red Card and do a price adjustment. They told me I would have to go back home, bring my old shirt and receipt, return it and then I would have to go buy the new shirt which just had gone on clearance. No price adjustment. For someone that is busy, just had the day off, that is tiresome and a hassle. THAT has to change, or something has to change. Target has missed the target on customer service on this one. So absurd.

We like this target. Well stocked and clean bathrooms. The guy outside playing his electronic violin is definitely worth the trip. Target not Walmart.

Cashier double charged me for an item and blamed me and the lady behind me for forgetting to scan 2 of my items, which were clearly on my side of the divider with the rest of my items! He, Michael, also forgot to give me my bag of food. I had to ask for it after I paid! He also blamed me for not telling him I used 2 forms of payment, when he forgot to push the button on his end to process the 1st card! He said I need to tell him Im using 2 cards, when I never have had to tell anyone at any store before, as it goes through automatically! I had a horrible experience with him that left a very bad taste in my mind and I wont return to the Encinitas Target even though other workers were nice, returned my money he double charged me on and the manager was nice, that I complained about him to. So maybe once Michael is gone, I may return there.

Our family loves this Target store. The Diet Coke from the cafe is the best around. The staff is always friendly and helpful. With the red card we get 5% off, which is an added incentive to shop here.

I love Target in general, but the Enicintas, CA store has really gone downhill. They are consistently out of stock on all types of products from food items, make up, clothing, and personal care products. I dont know if it is lack of management, but I shop at other Target stores in the North County area and none are this poorly kept up. Its disappointing, and I find myself shopping for most of the products online so I dont waste time going to the store to find empty shelves.

For Black early Friday was great so organized, clean and staff were so helpful. I went the wrong way on the scooter they have and I went the wrong way and they were so nice and helpful. They were so understanding and helpful getting me out of the wrong way. Friendly staff Thank You

Best Target for sports cards in San Diego

I am always impressed by the quality and stylishness of the clothes at Target. Its a great one stop shop for household, personal. Fresh produce could be a little more extensive and a little less expensive though.

Love this store. Everyone is so nice and hepful. When I went there I got help from a worker named Carson who will help you with everything that you ask. He is great.

I had just had a customer service issues where I was over charged and I was beside myself with how attentive, and helpful, kind, very KIND, It was an awesome experience and it was handeled professionally and very pleasant.

If you order online and pick it up in store it will be give a you little headache since they haven’t mastered that part yet. It’s a well put together store and all.... but I did get a little frustrated this last visit.

This store is the most soul sucking place I’ve been too. Don’t shop here. Ralph’s is down the street and is much better. Even the Walmart across the street is better.

Dont bother online pickup here. More often than not you have to wait 10-15 minutes. No point in ordering online/on the app.

Even after the remodel the store is great to shop at. A little bigger than before but it is easy to find what I need. The store can get packed and the lines at the register long, but i love this store.

Every time I visit they are out of stock of something. This visit there was only Target Brand available in many products. Usually, several brands are stocked. The checkers are very friendly but do not know how to bag produce properly. Compared to the store in Warrenville IL, Encinitas carries very little grocery selection and next to nothing Organic.

Sexist store. They have huge sections for womens, girls, and maternity clothes but when it comes to mens clothes they barely have anything. And they put all the womens clothes up front with signs, the mens section isnt important enough to have a sign and its in the very back.

Was told I couldnt exchange an item until I went & had the items I wanted to exchange with. Brought my items back over and a different worker wouldnt do exchange because they werent from the same department. Was told You dont have to buy the items if you dont want to because they can only return it to the card. I had to tell her I would go to a different register to buy these things because I was there to purchase those items. Returns/exchange associate denied right the buy items. Telling someone they dont have to buy what they have put down to purchase is such bad customer service.

Being able to order on-line and pick up my purchases at the service desk saved me so much time and energy!

I wanted to show appreciation for this very adequate tile job inside the Starbucks at this Target location. Nothing to write home about but no complaints either. Exactly how tile should be.

They have everything and the price is usually great.

I dont like that its three floors. I wanted to run in and out and I had to sit and figure out where and then go there and its just big. But if you had time to shop, its nice.

It was incredibly difficult to purchase a piece of patio furniture from Target. The displays were lovely, but they did not have the product in stock to purchase. However, Encinitas has an off site warehouse where they keep their back stock, and it takes a day to get it over to the store. So you have to go twice, and hope they actually brought it over!So none of the Targets in North San Diego County had this Opalhouse Egg Chair in stock except Encinitas, which again, had to get it from their off sight warehouse. Too much work to buy something from them!
