Love their products but waited in line outside to get in for 40 mins today☹️!!( It was their Semi annual sale). Due to social distancing restrictions. Which I respect, but there was only 1 cashier so it was a line again to check out. I asked if someone could help her out & another employee stepped in right away👍!!

First time at this location and it was awful very nice and updated store with employees who are not great at customer service. I wanted to exchange a product that I didnt like the smell on me afterwards. I saw they had the roller on one of their new products One in the million. The store where I previously made my purchase (Fashion Valley) DID NOT HAD ANY on stock. So I checked the price for the roller and it was $12.50 and the lotion I purchased it was $13.50, basically I was giving $1 away just to get that roller exchange. Those ladies Maggie and the cashier made everything complicated and refused to make that exchange just because my lotion worth is $8.52 and wanted me to pay the difference which it wasnt fair after a purchase of almost $140 in products. The roller is included with whatever deals they have, my bad luck it wasnt in stock at Fashion Valley store that day and they couldnt understand and be nice about it. I will never come back here the experience at this location was a waste of time and energy.

I was so disappointed when I arrived at the Encinitas store at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, December 5th. The doors were open and I was heading inside when one of the ladies told me that they were no longer allowing people in and to come back tomorrow, they open at 10. The hours on the door as well as the hours online showed them closing at 8:00 p.m.

I’ve been in this store 3 times and I’ve never been greeted Nor ask if I needed any help, I stood by the register waiting to be rung up but had to wait for the cashier to stop talking to her coworker to notice I was standing there for a bit. I‘ve been to a lot of bath and body’s where I feel welcomed and the associates are so nice and helpful but I didn’t get that same exact customer service at this location.

I saw the sign out front and I was a little confused by what it meant it said $5 for $25 and I was like what is that all about... I walked in expecting to be confused by the sale and a really friendly worker said its really simple its $5 for lotion. You know those $12 bottles of lotion they were $5 on the day I went. It was great. I totally stocked up for Christmas presents 👍 and the lady there she gave me bags and ribbon and tags. she was really nice and not the she she even helped me find the two fragrances that I thought were no longer being made.

Never been a huge fan of this company till this store opened up near me. An amazing kind staff with welcome greetings and smiles aiding you for a great product thats suitable for you not only are they trying to help you leave with a product in hand but to leave you happy and wanting to come back for more visits. 😁
