My wife and I were looking for a high quality bottle of tequila as a gift for a friend. We did not know much about tequila, but by the time we left Royal Liquor we knew a lot about it! The manager happened to know quite a lot and was happy to spend plenty of time educating us on the different types of tequilas. We left with a $70 bottle of white tequila which our friend said was the best hed ever tasted! If you need help from an educated person picking out an alcohol, Royal Liquor is the place to go!

Incredibly unprofessional staff there. Ordered from Drizzly for a delivery from there. They said they attempted delivery, which they didn’t…total lie….security camera shows they didn’t….neither did they call or text…..Just cancelled my order, even before the time window they were scheduled to deliver it. Just too lazy to deliver it. I called there and got some total passive agressive jerk on the phone. I asked for his name….he stated “I forgot my name”……then asked for the owners name to talk with. Guy refused to give me the owners name. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

What a gem! This place has it all! Clean, well stocked and great service! Probably the best bottle shop in North County/Encinitas. I would be surprised if they dont have what you are looking for, and if they dont, I net they would do their best to get it for you! Keep up the good work!

Royal liquor has an excellent selection of beers from San Diego domestic beers and worldwide. Also they have a very good selection of wines and a staff that will help you one out.

Any alcohol you can think of. It truly is a liquor store. Friendly staff, yes they do ID so have that ready.

Liquor store was real expensive. Customer service was decent.. but I wouldnt go back. I would bring my own supplies.

Great place a very nice wide variety of things. I was quite pleased to be close and happened to pick up a few things actually. Very pleased with whole visit. Clean well stocked and professional atmosphere.

This is probably the best bottle shop in Southern California. I have never seen such an extensive craft beer selection. We only stopped in to check out the beautiful Sky Walker murals that are drawn on the outside of their building. It turned out that the inside is a work if art as well. Every beer connoisseur needs to visit this place.

I love this place. Awesome beer selection and always good people working here. I take my kids with me sometime who are always so loud and they are always totally cool about it. Please dont judge me for taking my kids to a liquor store.

First time I came here was last year when I was picking up a 17th Anniversary Ale from Firestone Walker. While I had driven past it 100 times, I never knew what a gem this place was.For craft beer fans, this place is better than Toys R Us when you were a kid.Every SD brewery plus many from Nor Cal and they have a great selection of Cascade.And Mo is the man too.
