Surprised this place has 2.5 stars, should be one. Went to buy an item on sale for $39.99 online, normally $44.99. Manager on duty would not honor Walgreens.com online price. I could even select in store pickup for THAT location and have the item ready in 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so I paid the higher price. Talk about extortion, shame on you Walgreens. I will look forward to NOT patronizing this location in the future, how nice, there is a CVS across the street….

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I’m a physician and it is near impossible to get through to leave a prescription. I have never had a more lazy, poor experience in my 23 years of practice. I can’t believe Walgreens leaves their name in this store. I was on hold for 20 min trying to get a medicine ordered for a patient and they kept hanging up on me. It’s remarkably bad. I’d avoid this store at all costs. Head for open water…

My Rx provider would not support my Rx refills from Walmart. So I was forced to transfer my Rx to Walgreens. The lady pharmacist took down all the details for it, xferred it from Walmart and mentioned that the med is not available at the pharmacy & that they would have to order it & that would happen next Tuesday. Next Tuesday came & gone. The whole week passed & no meds. So I called in, this time a male pharmacists responded & he said the Rx is ready but there are instructions to ship it to you. But he can’t do it as I have to enable it via my app. But he will try to override the system this one time to ship it quick as I’ve been out of my meds now for 3 weeks. And the courier has already left for the day so it will be shipped out on Tuesday. Again this Tuesday came & gone. The whole week passed but no meds. So I called in again, to speak to another lady pharmacist. Now she’s saying, there’s no Rx ready, & we don’t have enough in stock, so I’m gonna need to order it. It will take 1 week & I will ship it to you on Tuesday week after. What is all this?? Is this normal with Walgreens? If my Rx had not cost $400 co-pay after insurance; I would have never switched 😡

Its nice to be able to pick up prescriptions at drive through. If they ask you if youve taken the medication before just say yes unless you have any questions or concerns. Otherwise they say hold for a pharmacist and put the phone down so you cant object and the wait is longer for everyone in line.

In general, the pharmacy staff are excellent and responsive. The big problem I have experienced is that they do not enforce masks at the entry while seniors are coming through to pick up their meds. the traditional way. I had a difficult time communicating with a young woman shopping for her beauty products. I asked her if she had a mask. She said she could not be bothered. I told her she should leave because people here are immune compromised. I told her I am recovering from cancer. I asked her to leave. She would not. She called me “ fat” in front of the checker. The checker chatted it up with her, laughing as I went to pick up my prescription. I may move my pharmacy to Rite Aid now.

Rude, unorganized, and long long long waits. They do not fill a script unless you call ahead of time even if your doctor orders it for you. Be prepared to wait in a long line, finally get to speak to someone and have them tell you that they are just now filling it and please get back in line. Even for scripts called in days earlier.

Way to lose almost $100 in one sale. Due to lack of customer service. Horrible place to shop.

Everyone at this pharmacy is completely incompetent and it’s shocking that they’re certified to fill prescriptions and handle drugs. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.

Staff is GHETTO. Doesnt answer the phones. Or answers the phone then if they dont know the answer to your questions they hang up on you. Rude low rent workers. Get an education or get lost.

The staff does not make any attempt to enforce the wearing of masks during the current COVID-19 pandemic. There will always be selfish customers, but the management needs to be on top of this to protect their clients.

Terrible pharmacy service, placed on hold and forced to “ come in “ because they are busy... ended up in a line for an hour to ask a simple question. Generally pretty rude pharmacists. Its not worth the “ savings “ to go here .You’re better off going to cvs .

I would give them a big 0 but to right a review you have to give them a star. The pharmacist is incredibly annoying. She doesn’t listen. My husband’s doctor sent a prescription to them and they served it and by mistake they gave us another written one and we took the 2nd one thinking that the doctors office haven’t sent one. When I went to pick it up she noticed the 2 prescriptions and know she says that she needs approval when she have already served the 1st one with approval. Just can’t figure out this. He needs the damm prescription because he just had surgery. What the hell is wrong with her.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Service takes forever. They take multiple phone calls with many people waiting in line. Only go here because insurance requires I use them.

We really like this store. They usually have some unique items, especially around the holidays. Always great service too.

Service here used to be top notch. Now it is consistently terrible. I’ve been told to come back in an hour & when I do, I’m told it’s another half hour on multiple occasions. I’ve even tried to give more time before returning, but no matter what, they always make you wait longer than expected. I’ve tried calling ahead, but they don’t answer or they will literally pick up the phone & hang it up without answering. The staff seems to have a high turn over and is generally overwhelmed, understaffed and rude. I can’t help but wonder how many mistakes are made in that environment.

This used to be my go to pharmacy. But now, horrible. I tried calling today (because I was sick and knew I could not wait in store for an answer) and I tried for 2 hours and never got through. On hold three separate times, twice getting cut off and then I finally gave up.Finally went to the drive through and was met on Thursday evening 1/17/19 at 7:15 (she said she was the only pharmacist there, so should not be hard to figure out who she is) and she was SO rude to me! Everyone has always been so nice here. What happened to this sweet local Walgreens on the corner.

Seriously the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Its dark and dirty and every time Ive been there its been some strange stressful situation with prescriptions. This last time I waited in line behind 9 other people and just as I was almost to the counter the power went out. Nowhere else in the vicinity, just this weird black hole of a pharmacy. They made everyone leave the store including a woman with a 4 year old that had been trying to get her daughters vital prescription for 2 days. She had the prescription in her hand but they wouldnt let her pay for it and made her leave not knowing when shed be able to get it. Absolutely horrible

This place needs to reorganize and streamline their systems. My family has had multiple troubles here filling prescriptions. It takes hours for them to receive a prescription after doctors send multiple times, then another hour to fill it. Tired of driving here to find they can’t help in a timely manner.
