I would not recommend this location due to the impersonal and rude attitude of Robin. I came in to pick up and pay for my wifes food she needs and was turned away with a dismissive cheesy smile. There was no one else in the location and I arrived a good 5 minutes before 8:00 am giving her surely enough time to collect the order waiting for my wife and take our payment.I understand that my wife had an appointment for later in the day however it would have been a simple and empathetic task to help us out.I am going to recommend my wife join another program besides Jenny Craig as this experience leaves me feeling uncared for, disrespected and unimportant.

I love the Jenny Craig program. Every consultant Ive met is fabulous. I wouldnt be as successful on my weight loss journey, if it wasnt for the constant positive encouragement from the entire staff, I feel like a million bucks when I leave the center. I lost 35+ lbs last year and Im maintaining with the help of my wonderful consultant, Vanessa.
