We needed it in a hurry for a sick relative and she called all over San Diego to find the model we wanted -in stock and had it delivered that week! Robert, their technician, came out to train us on the maintenance and patitently, carefully explained the steps—the how and the why. He takes educating clients and caring for the hot tub seriously. We cannot say enough good things about this company- from start to finish.

Claudia helped us with our Vanguard. It’s the perfect size without a lounge. We use it at least once or twice a day. It is great for stress relief. It is also perfect to use after a hike or after a surf session. It Soothes my soreness and makes my body pain subside. I’m usually ready to hit the waves again the following day. It definitely shortens recovery time after my sporting activities. I Recommended Claudia to two of my surfing buddies and they love their spas too. Thumbs up.

Just purchased our first hot tub from Claudia in September. We shopped about 4 or 5 other places for a Hot Tub and Claudia at Hot Springs Encinitas very helpful and not at all pushy. Each time I called with more questions she was happy to answer them and unlike some other dealers she didnt put down the competition or their product. She was knowledgeable about the tub and how it compared to other brands which we were shopping. We love the hot tub, it is very nicely made and the family loves it. It makes for great family time together. Regret not buying a larger tub.

Claudia is the Best! We bought our HotSpring Spa from her. She made owning a spa Easy. We had originally given her a very hard time because we heard it was difficult to own a Hot Tub. But she gave us a wet test appointment and showed us how easy it was to maintain the spa. She is very patient and has a unique way of making things simple to understand. We use our hot tub everyday and we feel like new people. When I am having a challenging day; I just think about my evening with my hot tub.

Got the prodigy model from this store. The whole experience was a breeze. Claudia helped us in the store and professionally answered all questions without put pressure on us. Claudia at Hot Springs Spa in Encinitas was the best in helping us purchase our Flair spa. We enjoy the spa daily for back issues and it has helped our arthritis, too. HotSpring Spas is a great place to buy and maintain your portable spa. Claudia was so helpful and fantastic with instructing us on how to care for our new spa. My Family Bought a HotSpring Hot Tub from Claudia and it was a Great experience. She gave us the Best Price. Bought my spa from Hot Spings Spa in 2017. Had an issue with the maintenance light coming on. They have excellent customer service and are very responsive. Scheduled a tech, Robert, to come out and service the SPA. He walked me through the maintenance process and it works great. Love the spa and great customer service. The spa is used at least 2-3 times a day and we couldnt be more happy with it.

I purchased a Highlife Envoy NXT Spa in July 2017 with the ace salt water sanitizing system. This spa seats five large adults and is 38 high with most spas only 33 in height. I worked with Claudia the store manager for about three months to finalize the purchase, she is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions. I previously owned a hot springs sovereign spa that lasted 17 years. I use the spa every morning and some nights. The water is crystal clear and always at 102 degrees. Weekly and monthly maintenance once learned is easy. The delivery and pickup of my old spa was excellent and the service to get it up and running was seamless. You will love your new spa experience. What are you waiting for!

My Martial Arts instructor referred me to Claudia in Encinitas. Claudia was Awesome! I needed a spa that does full body therapy for sports recovery and the Envoy was the perfect spa with large foot jets and a lounge for full body therapy. The Captain’s seat is a powerhouse massager. I’ve since recommended two of my friends to HotSpring Spas and they were very Happy with their purchases. My friends had shopped around and said the other dealers just had pitchy sales or gimmicky spas. I’d recommend Claudia and Encinitas HotSpring Spas to anyone looking for the Best service, price and quality without a doubt.

Claudia was incredibly knowledgeable. She gave us a great package deal and we bought the Jetsetter from her. We’ve had 2 Hot Spring Spas Before and we know they are durable good quality spas. I wouldn’t buy anything but a Hot Springs Spa because I know this brand well. We like the Jetsetter because it’s a low profile tub at 29” in height; which makes it easy to get in and out of the spa. My wife has experienced a few rear end car accidents with serious whip lash and this little Jetsetter accommodates ease of entry. The jets are strong and we kept it at a 110 which plugs in easily with a 20 amp adapter. This tub will outlive us for sure. I recommend Hotspring Hot Tubs highly. My buddy who is a pool/spa tech is the one who got me into Hotsprings Spas 40+ years ago.

Hughsten knows his business and is a great source for information while in the decision making process...of course he would prefer you to purchase from him. Also, wait till you taste his Big Green Egg goodies.If you are thinking spas, Hot Spring is the best. If you are thinking about purchasing a Hot Spring Spa, Hughsten is your man.

I just bought a Hot Spring Spa from Hughsten here and I never thought it would be so painless and easy after some of the BSers I talked to at other places/ Believe me I talked to them all!!!Hughsten really explained the differences between the way Hot Spring engineers and builds a hot tub and the way other companies do it. I really liked the fact my hot tub wasnt being built in Mexico!! We tested 2 of the 3 models he has with water and found the perfect hot tub for us and got a great deal on it. Hughsten suggested people to do our electric work and someone to pour a concrete pad. He made it so easy!!!We can wait to get our new hot tub and feel confident we fully supported by San Diego Hot Spring Spas and Hughsten.Thank you Hughsten for being such a professional.
