The guy was great. I went 5 minutes before closing time. He had the item I had called in on-waiting for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The only reason why I didnt give him 5 stars was because the parking lot had a piece of paper flying around. Customer service- major improvement sense I was last there. Big parking lot to park your vehicle.

Autozone ALWAYS has what Im looking for, if not in stock, usually next day, the service at this store is always above and beyond, thank you for doing such a thorough job every time 👍👍

Front desk wasnt pushy and they will look up answers they cant answer from their own knowledge.

Glad they were still open at 7:40 Sunday night! And they had Hyundai ignition coils in stock! And they loaned us tools to change them in the parking lot! Cars now running well on the 2.5 hour trip back home.

I need new windshields wipers so I stop at the AutoZone Auto Parts store. The gentleman looked up what I need for my car and then he offered to put them on my car. He then showed me how to put my blades up to prevent the snow and ice from the blades sticking to the to the window shield. He gave me some other tips too. He was pleasant, helpful, and took time to give me some more advice. I highly recommend you shop there. Especially if you are a woman and not knowledgable about your car. Thanks for a good experience.

I ordered parts online yesterday. Paid with my card and they were ready to pick up within an hour. Went in today to pick them up. They were ready and someone was with me very quickly. I was in and out of the store within minutes. Everything was correct.If only my car worked like these guys do Id be in better shape. That thing is a piece of garbage. This place isnt. Going to buy a Jeep.

Really good spot down in Endicott to get your car parts. If you need to get some soap for get some leather wipes too refurbish your seats this is a perfect place. The prices are pretty good and the staff seemed friendly. I would definitely recommend you to stop here for all your car needs.

Dont know who Hakeem thinks hes fooling but when he uses the name Bob on the telephone hes definitely trying to duck responsibility for giving bad information to customers. He told me point blank if the battery I was about to buy did not solve my problem that I can return it no issues. I go to the store come to find out that is not the case and Hakeem denies ever speaking to me on the phone. This is the last time I go to AutoZone while Hakeem works there. Oh, and Hakeem, youre the only one who answers the phone and is hard to understand, that is unless Richard or the manager are trying to sound like Mr. T.

If you need help finding out what you need for a car they will help you find it and they will give me the price of how much it is very reasonable prices on oil antifreeze starters alternators wheel bearings ball joint brake pads rotors light bulbs and lots of other different stuff they have loaner tool services which works really well if you cant afford to buy the tool outright

Im no mechanic, but the guys here are able to help me find the stuff I need to do the little stuff. Oil changes, headlight bulbs, break pads. Prices are decent, plus the break pads I just bought have a lifetime warranty. Thought that was cool.

Great selection of parts and accessories as well as tools. Theres also a loan a tool program available. The staff are usually friendly and always helpful.

Turn off by saying every price is way too freaking hi there I do give them credit because AutoZone honor their warranties where Advance Auto does not honor their warranties at all but yeah AutoZone definitely number 1 for cars just need to jack down the prices I ordered this little thing are picked it up at the store and its like any place else it was like five bucks there it was like 40 its like wow bring your prices down

These people are very ride. No matter when you go or who you deal with, they always try to sell you more expensive parts. Even when you looked up the cheapest part you want, they deny that those affordable parts are even in their stock! Terrible experience every time I go, but you cant avoid shopping here when your car needs to be fixed. Very disappointed with their employees and even management.

Went in to get a clamp and they didnt have the right size so i went to ask at the desk if they had more. He started looking and everything was fine and then the phone rang. He didnt say anything to be just walked to another computer to help the person on the phone. That service was awful.

My husband and I needed to buy a new bulb for our sons cars headlight but they cost more than the cash we had so I thought about paying with Paypal. When I asked them at the counter if they could cash me out with Paypal I got a nervous look but they were willing to try. It was my first time paying that way but we worked together and it ended up being an easy process.

This place is crazy, Car parts and accessories everywhere. I could not find the milk aisle or any produce to save my life. I guess if all you want is stuff for your car then its great but what about people who want a model specific wheel bearing, formula and a fish taco? Get together Autozone! People were so helpful and friendly it made me sick. I like a little searching and yelling for assistance from time to time....geez.
