I have been a customer at this location for many years. The service is always first class. Rob does a great job, as does everyone else involved. They never man-splain when I have questions. I have recommended this Goodyear location to many people, and now they will not go anywhere else.

Rob is the best. He knows exactly what hes doing, and I couldnt ask for better!!! Goodyear is lucky to have him!!!

I had just had a flat tire and had a spare on it. I walked in 30 minutes before closing and even though they were still already busy, they assessed my needs, was very attentive, explained the difference of the tires to me and even took the time to put the new one on same day despite their business. They were also very polite while doing so. I will definitely be back soon for more tires.

I have been going to the Goodyear in Endicott, NY for 10 years and have always received exceptional service. The guys are friendly and helpful, and they perform the service in a very reasonable amount of time. On one occasion where a faulty part was replaced with another faulty part (manufacturer’s defect), they replaced it at no charge and in record time, so I can safely say they back up their work. I go to them for all my auto needs and have never been disappointed in either the work or the cost. I would highly recommend them.

I just purchased a used vehicle and took it to Endicott Goodyear to have them check it out for me. I was very pleased with how I was treated and how quickly I was taken care of. They explained everything to me about what they would recommend to keep my car in tip top shape. I will set up an appointment to get the couple items recommended fixed. Great Customer Service. Very Knowledgeable. Staff and Great services. They make sure everything on your vehicle is safe and working. I had them do my oil change and I am so happy I had them do it. They caught a antifreeze leak on my Jeep. I had recently hit a Deer and The body.shpp had just did front end work. They Put a new radiator and condesor in my Jeep. However they missed a leaking radiator hose. So I am so relieved that Goodyear techs caught it. . Its a nice feeling when you have a auto Techs that cares and takes extra time to double check your vehicle.

Great place to work with and excellent staff! They are very flexible and prompt to get you in for any of your auto needs all while not selling you on anything that’s not needed! Highly recommend if you want it done right the first time!

I drive by 5 other service centers to get to these guys because I know they will identify my vehicle issue and offer me solutions. Jason’s crew replaced my weak battery, and checked my entire starting system. This shop takes take of me. Also they take Covid seriously which gives me peace of mind.

We were traveling from Delaware to Syracuse, NY, and along the way one of our tires got a blowout. We put on the spare donut tire and went to a couple of tires stores and called many others, none of which had the tire we needed. We were now facing an unexpected two-day stay in the area, for which we were unprepared, until someone could get the tire ordered and in stock. This Goodyear store did not have the exact same tire either, but Jason Page, the Store Manager, took the time to research tires of different makes/models until he found one that was very close in most specs/characteristics to the one that blew out. While not a permanent solution, it would (and did) safely get us back to Delaware without incident. We very much appreciated Jasons above-and-beyond efforts to help us out of a tough spot. Great customer service!!

So far no complaints about this particular Goodyear. They give it straight with no fluff added in. Quoted price for work is always spot on. Had a snow tire I bought there a few years back for a previous car which fit my new car (including the rims), it developed a small leak. Took it there and they fixed it for free.

Staff is very friendly and car service is good. However, Ive tried to make my appointments using their online appointment scheduler a few times and every time, they call me because they need to reschedule and tell me its best to call for an appointment. If thats the case, they shouldnt have an online scheduler.

Nice service and in a convenient area

Changed out two tires and did my inspection. Only had to wait a had and a half for it to happend. Not complaining since Sams club was backed up till December 18th, its early November now. Also they made me aware of other issues with my car (nothing that would fail the inspection) but did not force me or back me into a corner to have the repairs made. Tires them selfs seem a little soft compared to other tires rubber. They have a 65mile warranty. Fingers crossed that they last. Small feeling like they wont based on how the material actually feels.

Had a nail in my tire. Took it to see about repair. They were booked but said they would fit me in. Wanted to take a look. Jason went out in parking lot and took out nail. Determined it was not leaking and just went into tread sideways. I left with no cost or unnecessary repair. Thank you! Will be back when I need to purchase any items.

Took my wifes pilot in after doing a lot of front end work. Needed an alignment. Took a little longer than expected but the crew was very nice and the technician did a wonderful job

May be a bit pricey, but what shop is? Limited warranties if you have problems when you are traveling and go to another Goodyear Service Center. Staff are friendly and will work with you.

I went for a oil change and tire rotation and requested a quart of Lucas oil treatment that I purchased be added to my oil change. I also requested that a quart of Lucas transmission fluid treatment be added, at first they quoted me a price of 120.00$ after talking to a mechanic they quoted me a price of over 250.00$ and I said no thank you. In my experience with this Goodyear location they have always tried to trump up sales.
