HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT bring your MinnKota products here to be serviced. The installer, Jim, is NOT certified. He opening admitted he was not trained by MinnKota yet. He completely messed up my trolling motor. Not only did he damage my new part, he broke addition pieces on trolling motor. Hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I had to drive another 140 miles to another service center to have them fix the mistakes that JR Marina caused. Horrible experience, do not use.

I brought my boat in to repair the bilge pump. He didnt change it. He rewired old one and it caught fire after 2hrs of use. I was on trip with my kids and called him to ask why might this happen and he was nothing but defensive. He promised to clean back well as we talked about and claimed he never got around to it. Mistakes are made I get it, but to hang up on a good customer is really ridicules....do not take your boats anywhere in the Binghamton area. They have no knowledge on fixing boats or treating thier customers with any kind of respect. I called him on speaker phone in front of a real mechanic and he was appalled on how I was treated and lied to.

JR is truly down to earth and easy to talk to, this will be the only place I go to get my jet boat serviced, far better then any experience Ive had at the “big dealers”.

JR is a man of integrity and intelligence. Hes eazy to talk to I am very impressed with him
