I have been up to Gault several times for service after I purchased my car. I have never been treated well by the employees. I bought an “extended warranty” and it was all a big joke. Just a ploy to take 3k from me. My motor failed and I had to pay 889$ just to get my broken car from Gault Chevy and it wasn’t running when I picked it up. The motor was all tore apart and there were parts thrown everywhere in my trunk with no labels or anything put in bags just a huge mess. That being said I will NEVER do business with Gault Chevrolet again, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

Chevrolet’s online buying program Shop, Click, Drive helped me find a really great price on a Bolt at Gault Chevrolet. Most paperwork was quickly taken care of before we arrived. It took less than an hour for our friendly salesperson Sam to wrap up the remaining paperwork and make sure we felt comfortable in our new car. Sam was easy to reach afterwards to answer any additional questions (We only had a couple. The Bolt is really well designed and pretty easy to figure out). I have been getting cars from Gault for as long as I can remember.. Brandon is always there to help when I need it.. I totaled my car a few weeks ago and called Brandon at 7pm at night to let him know I was I need of a new car.. he called me the following morning with a list of vehicles that were potential buys.. let me take several test drives, entertained my 2 small children and I made probably my biggest purchase.. I was with out a car and in a new one in 2 days.. this is huge seeing I live where there is no other form of transportation ❤️

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Gault for service the last 3 years. The last time they were rude and insulting. I brought it in for a coolant leak and they changed a part that didn’t have anything to do with the leak. I recently took it to a different service station for an oil change. Gaults rounded off the oil filter cover hex head the other service station had to heat it up to get it off and replace it. When they did the filter was blacker then the ace of spades. Easy to see Gaults was never changing it. They also screwed up a front end alinement that I took it in for one time. Cost me a days pay from work to take it back and have it redone. Not only will I never get service done there again but I will never purchase another vehicle from them again!!!! Worst service department I ever set foot in!!! If you take your vehicle there all I can say is good luck!!!!

Car broke down 2 days before needing to leave town. Not only did they fit me in and get the car repaired, the mechanic and service staff stayed late so I could pick it up!! Thank You so much for the unbeatable service!

I would highly recommend no one purchase from Gault Chevrolet. They are selling their trucks higher than MSRP and calling it a market price. I understand truck inventory is currently low. My husband purchased his Camaro in September 2009. He has trusted Gaults service teams ever since and would recommend them whenever given the opportunity.

After settling on a car deal and most importantly a price the dealership after financing was filled out wanted to raise the price $300 a month. They claim this was due to a lack of communication. Before filling out my financing I went over add nausea About the deal. The new car salesman was very rude and non-apologetic. Bait and switch anyone. Furthermore when I asked to speak to the owner I was told I was unable to and they were unable to give me an estimate of a time I could call and speak to the owner. Don’t waste your time. Complete scam bait and switch in my opinion

Gault Chevrolet does not care about their customers on either side of the spectrum from selling cars to servicing vehicles. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and it was supposed to be a “certified preowned Chevy” and in the certification of the vehicles, there is a stipulation. That is every “certified” preowned vehicle can not be sold with an accident on the vehicle history report. Gault Chevrolet failed to tell me before I purchased my Chevy Cruze that it had actually been in two wrecks. And upon figuring this out three weeks after purchase they refused to buy the vehicle back. Upon further investigation I found that the car I purchased not only had two wrecks on the history but it had also had two bent rims in the rear of the car. Safe to say I will never buy from GAULT CHEVROLET again.

We bought our last 8 vehicles from Gault and have had a flawless experience every time, until this one. I just purchased a 2021 Trailblazer but, for some reason, Gault insisted on using my husbands contact information for all communications about the Trailblazer, including the email request for this review. This may seem like a trifling issue at first glance, but let me assure you, its not. When I picked up my new car, the salesman Ricky C., helped me set up my OnStar and Bluetooth/phone connections. The first hint of trouble was when the OnStar rep insisted on adding my account to my husbands OnStar account rather than transferring the account I had on my 2011 Malibu to the new Trailblazer. Then OnStar, due to the incorrect contact info issue, deleted my husbands OnStar account for his 2016 Silverado and put the 2021 Trailblazer on his account instead. It took us two very long phone calls, and considerable frustration, to correct this. Also, the factory specs for the tire pressure on the new Trailblazer is 35 psi. When I picked it, all four tires had 45/46 psi. How does that happen? Do the service people not know the specs for the vehicles they service? Last, but not least, there was apparently a design flaw in the emergency jacks installed all 2021 Trailblazers and all the jacks were recalled for safety reasons. Currently, I have no emergency jack in my new vehicle. Ricky told me GM is redesigning the jack and, when that process is completed, Gault would make sure I received a new jack. It has been almost 2 months since I picked up my Trailblazer and I havent heard a single thing about the new emergency jack. All in all, I would like to give Gault a really good review, but I just cant. Oh, by the way, if you want to discuss this review with me, please dont call or email my husband - contact me.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company they completely lied to me and refuse to fix the issues they lied to me about I purchased a vehicle less than sixty days ago and was told that the breaks were brand new all the way around I’ve been driving the car for less than sixty days and now have had to replace the front brakes and rotors which cost 339dollars and next week have to do the same to the back ones they refuse to take any of the blame and or replace them or reimburse not somebody is Rex some days buying. A vehicle from quite shady If u ask me

My sales person was the most wonderful and most helpful I have ever experienced in my life. For that reason, I would always recommend him and the dealership. However, the recent price gauging was a bit turn off. Due to a recent shortage of vehicles, there was an additional 5k over MSRP which is extremely customer non-friendly. If Chevy wants to sell a vehicle, it shouldnt matter how many of them are available. Good service and loyal customers are acquired through fairness, not through practices that will get Chevy a few bucks for a few months.They quality management team tried to get in touch with the dealership to see if that could be fixed, but never got back to me so I will be ordering a new vehicle with the normal MSRP in my hometown.

We have purchased several cars with Frank Russo as our salesman. Frank is very personable and always has the answers to our questions. He adds helpful suggestions, too. He suggested how to specify the bass and the treble for the radio and it sounds great. He told me that I would love the fog lights and the other night, we hit some fog and Frank was right. They handled the fog very well. We will certainly see Frank for our next Chevy.

Brought my car in to get the transmission replaced, and I got my car back 3 weeks later with the air conditioning not working.When I brought my car in it was blowing ice cold air.Now I am being told I have a MAJOR leak.I also asked them to take a look at my tires because the low pressure light was on, they didnt tell me anything. I looked at my tires after I returned home and I had a HUGE screw in my front left side tire.I am actually very disappointed.

My Avalanche suddenly indicated a HOT ENGINE. The temp gauge was climbing and I was 10 miles from Gault. I called immediately and explained my situation. Unfortunately the day was full and they could not get me in, but they could do it the next day. I drove and dropped it off around 10am. Service said that they would have it by tomorrow, but may have a chance to look at it today. I received a call around 4pm and was told what the issue was. I was also told that the mechanic would stay and work on it, so I could have the truck back on the same day! Around 5:15pm I went and picked the truck up. GREAT WORK and THANK YOU for getting the truck fixed the same day. THANK YOU for understanding how important it is to have a vehicle! THANK YOU to service and the mechanic that was committed to amazing customer service !
