Used to be a great company with great customer service. It is absolutely horrible now. Will never use again. Last order 4 weeks to arrive. This order canceled without telling us. Unbelievalbe! We called after 5 weeks and they ship a replacement that has clearly been opened and was damaged. THey did take $40 off but it was a joke. Not sure what happened we used this firm for years in the past but they are absolutely horrible now. If you want to wait a month or not receive your order at all by all means spend your money here.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with and I couldnt recommend Sanzo more. The most helpful, understanding and accommodating staff. If they can get you out of a Jam, they will. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with these folks. Their website was very helpful in my initial project planning. Then it became a one-on-one activity, where their rep walked me through some fine details to get the final product design nailed down. I just received the pens I ordered, and they look fantastic! Ro went above and beyond all expectations to fulfill a rush order, in a State of Emergency snowstorm, driving 2 hours to the nearest active UPS facility, and ended up saving the day where all other vendors told me it was impossible. I have never experienced such customer service.

Orders come in late! Terrible customer service, they say they are going to call you back and never do. Cheap products, they do not include everything you pay for. Very disappointing.

I spent 20 minutes doing an order on there web site.When i got to final bill they somehow slipped shipping charges in.The front of their web site it says FREE SHIPPING OVER $99.00.There is no exclusion. They are crooks and cheaters. i canceled my order.Stay away from this site
