Professional and efficient service fully describes how Gates’ employees handled the garage door repair. There was a little delay with obtaining an appointment. However, once the technicians arrived, they exceeded all expectations.

Unbelievable service! I called at 10am Tuesday 11/10 for garage door repair. I was told they may be able to schedule me in the same afternoon. I received a call at 2pm, they were at the house by 2:30pm and fixed and repaired in 45 minutes. The service was fantastic, the guys were so very pleasant, and the repair was quick! Thank you, Thank you oh so much for a super great experience! Super job.....kudos to all!!!

Friend Ordered a door in the fall and still hasnt have his door installed, I sent them a message on facebook and I got the same lame post, we wish you would have called us, lol, well we did, we got your voicemail and no call back. Almost 4 months after the order and down payment still no door. They made sure they got the money after that I guess we wait until they feel like communication

Nate called back within minutes to confirm they could work on another brands failing garage door opener. He then accommodated my work schedule for a service call the very next day. Ben and Brent arrived on time (called first), realigned rails and thankfully diagnosed and fixed an unusual problem. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous! The 2 garage doors I purchased from Gates 8 years ago look amazing, as expected given the quality--Youre customer and technical service are a perfect match!! Thanks!

The best! Gates Door Company installed a Raynor garage door for us a year ago and it continues to function as an engineering marvel. I believe my satisfaction is the result of a well-designed product and, more importantly, the professional craftsmanship of Gates installation staff. I also continue to be delighted by the quality of their customer service, such as their patiently educating me (thank you, Gil) on how to periodically (and easily) maintain this valuable component of my home.

This company is top notch! I called them for a repair on the springs of my garage door and they were able to come out and do the repair that day! They were professional, the price was fair and they did a fantastic job with the repair.My first call was to the Overhead Door Company where we had purchased out garage door openers. They were rude, overpriced, and disrespectful. Gates Door Co was the complete opposite. Theyve got my business for life.If you need any repair or service done on your garage doors, call Gates Door Co!!

They Couldnt fix crooked door that kept jamming.. came many times and said they didnt know why it was crooked.(4 at $160 or more each time). Just mailed check friday and it broke again. Now has broken window and gouged panels. Called another company this time.. they fixed it and said that they never attached the coil spring on right side. Became unstable and broke. The other company explained the importance of having same tension on each coiled spring and how they work. Gates should have known that already. Gates can replace hinges but thats about it.Since i can not reply to your reply.. i am editing this original post to include my response.. the door is about 10 years old.. not worn out by any means.. i asked you for a quote on a modern opener so i could operate it remotely. I never received that quote. the the last company who fixed your negligence knew what they were doing.. it has worked perfectly ever since. I watched them and i watched you.. you never reset the springs like they did.. had you.. you would have had to correctly attach the disconnected spring.. thus fixing the door. Not numerous attempts at the same problem with the guise of trying to sell me a door.
