Ordered floral arrangement from Price Chopper in Endicott for a family members funeral. What a huge disappointment when we arrived at the funeral home. It looked totally unprofessional. I called and complained and she said she would take care of it and speak to whoever did the arrangement. When I ordered it I assumed she was the one who would put it together. Total waste of my money and embarrassing at the funeral

I like the Price Chooper in Endicott but it seems none of the checkout staff want to bag customers groceries. Take a lesson from Wegmen’s and teach your team members to touch products they are checking out ONE time and bag immediately (then monitor). This will speed things up and be helpful to older customers that might have a hard time doing their own bagging. Please don’t push items (products and customer reusable bags) down the conveyor as if they have no intention of bagging, leaving customers to do this while they continue checkout.Thank you for your consideration.

Never have issues finding what I need, but Im usually using Instacart so its easy to have a good view from a app. Hahaha but price chopper has gluten free Oreos (actual Oreos) and for that Im the happiest!!!

They should not be cleaning lunch meat dept with customers smelled like rotting food I was gaging got nothing from that section .done shopping there

I stopped shopping at this Price Chopper a while ago because of bad service Ive received in the past. I thought Id give them another chance today and I was quickly reminded why I dont shop there any more when I went to the deli and the one girl working there around 11:00 a.m. said Ill be right there and continued to put price tags on whatever she was doing, for so long, that I finally walked away. Im done with this store. They do not put their customers first and obviously feel they can afford to lose customers.

OMG. The florist was great! I believe her name was Hope. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I spent almost $60.00🤷🏾‍♀️.The pharmacist & staff members were amazing. My mom frequents this location and it was very reassuring that the pharmacist could spot the resemblance of my eyes to my mother. I was reassured that she is in good hands with her medications and such. Thank you guys for being an awesome store with awesome staff members!

Shelves are always being stocked. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful, they have started packing your bags again, which is wonderful. The store is clean, but they have stopped cleaning in between customers.

Some staff seem to be nice well others arent always so nice and helpful. The store doesnt seem to be super up kept / super clean. Wish they would keep better stock of supplies. But all around not a bad place to shop.

I shop regularly at price chopper. I spend over $100 each time I am there. My sister spends about $25 when she shops there and she is regularly rewarded with $5 off coupons while I never get them. What is up with that? Why don’t you reward your best customers?

Use their delivery service and go here to the Endicott store when this is not possible...parking is always a gem..which it was spaced out better for Handicapped as I am ..it us next to impossible to go here, hence the expensive delivering service I use...sure is a system well thought out to take your monies.....

Endicott Price Chopper is really helpful if you need it I know the store pretty well I just go in and get what I need and get back out

Total chaos! Need to reorganize checkouts. People standing 10 to 15 feet from checkout and im supposed to know youre in line? Get outta here with that mess.

We bought a fish fry take out. When we got home, we found out the cole slaw was put in a bag with the condiments and it spilled all over the bag because there was no cover. Then we called and spoke to the assistant manager. She said she packed it and insisted there was a cover. I hope they dont do that to other customers.

Great bought 2 t-bones

My cashier anthony was the greatest cashier Ive ever had. He not only scanned my items with great speed but was extremely kind. The efficiency of his work was superb and extraordinary. Could not ask for a greater cashier.

Had to exchange some bagels I purchased yesterday. A very kind employee assisted me right away and made my visit very awesome she has been with the company for a good amount of time and is an amazing worker.

Our regular weekly grocery shopping stop. Good selection of food. Good prices and friendly, helpful people. We find the fish department to be especially good. Always fresh and good selection. Location is convenient and parking is ample and free. All in all, our favorite place for grocery shopping.

This store is good because it had the food that you need and all the aisle are clean and on the right place. The cereal is really good and they got good snacks. The self checkout is very helpful and there is nice employes.

There were many open registers which I liked. Helpful staff. And stocked shelves with good prices.

Best bagels in the area. Everything else is just ok. Produce is hit and miss. More expensive than Wegmans for most products we buy. Wish there was a bigger/better beer selection.

It is my local store so Ive been going here for years The staff is friendly the produce fresh the meats are priced well and the store is clean.

Its all right if you need a few things. But I wouldnt make it my permanent store to buy my food. Place needs a good cleaning. Its just very ran down. Needs a major over hall.

This place has gone downhill and fast. They now closed at 11 instead of being 24 hours because of all the theft. The employees who work here arewonderful which is the only reason I would stop in if I needed something on my way home

Their brown eggs are the best priced in town. Good food. They sell lamb at a great price too.

Love their seafood, bakery, meats and deli. I like going when they have good sales, which they usually do. The only problem I have with Price Chopper is the same complaint I have with many stores in the area....not enough cashiers. I will use the self-help out, but that irritates me because I am not an employee. If you want me to use that, then give me a few bucks off my total for doing it myself.

I needed a vision test to renew my drivers license. $9.99 and got me right in and sent my vision test to the dmv for me. Would recommend to everyone.

It a very clean and beautiful place

Shopping wise I have no issues with this location. As for coming to do returnables I am highly disappointed as yes we had large bags full of can and bottles, yes 450 is the max allowed to return. We were having issues with the machines yes it happens. But when you are trying to get your returns done and another customer is standing in the doorway complaining that we are taking too long and tat we need to go elsewhere and you have an employee who comes in and reminder you that there is a 450 limit and basically kicks you out because this woman is complaing yours absolutely ridiculous!! I amy or may not come back to this location for anything if this is how your customers get treated when only one person is complaining.

Price Chopper has fine fruits and vegetables always the freshest. Great deli, good sales weekly. Sometimes they are slightly higher priced but you can usually find what you need.

Open til midnight on a Sunday during covid so thats helpful

They have really good salee, but run out often and have to ask the check the back and they usually say no, theres none left. In my opinion, if youre going to have a big sale you should be stocked up for it,but other than that no complaints. They have good sales often.

I dont care for shopping at Price Chopper anymore you have good sales but not that good you are Ritz crackers I see theyre a dollar 88 but you have to buy three boxes to get them for a dollar 88 which is ridiculous I would just as soon go to Price Rite which is right on my way home from work and got a box for $2 it rather than have to buy three of them then you have your Coke and Sprite on sale 299 a 12-pack which is fine when you by 3 Ill be glad to buy three I actually wanted to buy for four 12 packs but it would only let me get three for that price and that I was not very happy but you do have good sales but Im not buying tons of one thing just so that I can get the sale price so I go by Walmart and Price Rite to and from work its all just start shopping there until you can be more reasonable with your sales soda your case of Pepsi and Mountain Dew youll sell it for 698 a case but you have to buy two thats ridiculous I can go home to Price Rite and buy a case of Pepsi or Mountain Dew for that same price and just buy one case and your buy-one-get-one-free is ridiculous to I know you raised your prices dont deny it a while back I bought a half a pound of I believe it was ham and it said $9 and something and you told me they take it off at the register which they did but it was still almost $5 so I might be saving a dollar or two Im sure as hell not saving $9 so Im not giving your store any stars

This is a New England based chain, so youll find a few items that are new to you. The single outstanding example is Kates Homemade Butter which is made in small batches in Maine. Eat this butter. Animal fat is good for you plus this one is award winning. It tastes amazing!

Store is never stocked properly.

The people, the place, while short on depth are mostly pleasant, the food is always first rate diner food. Breakfasts are the best.
