Terrible customer service. The one women I spoke with was super rude and unhelpful. The man I spoke with was much better. Anyhow, Ive been trying to figure out where my CPAP machine is for MONTHS. They dont know where it is. Apparently its on its way, well see. Would give zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY

This is the worst place to do business with, I was prescribed a cpap machine in JULY 28th, dr sent Apria the script that day, still no machine, called dr and he again re-sent the scrip on AUG 11th, here it is NOVEMBER 1st and STILL no cpap machine... I called Apria on AUGUST 19th and was told it was shipped, then again I called Apria on OCT 6th and was told it was shipped and they apologized for the delay, said it was because a machine got recalled(not even the brand they were sending me}, then again called Apria again OCT 26th to request a tracking number and they could not provide one- right there I should have known this company was only giving me the run around- I was again told it was shipped, then again, yet again I called Apria on NOV 1st and was told it was shipped.. still could not provide a tracking number or a phone number to there shipping dept.. I had also called ups fedex and usps back in august to find out shipping times, and it was 5-7 days from any service to my location !!! From researching online only the Philips was recalled, due to a piece of foam in the machine that was wrong,,,, Apria has many many customers with the same problem I am having from reading reviews.. I have called the folks in the local office and they are nice but that only goes so far, I still dont have what my dr prescribed, and what the insurance company paid for..

Stay clear of Apria on Watson Blvd in Endwell, NY. I had an appointment to return a CPAP machine and when I got there they said I had no appointment, would not allow me in their building, and then attempted to conduct service in their parking lot! I was masked and Im fully vaccinated against COVID but they would not allow me in their building. Very odd. What is going on inside that building? I had to give this review 1 star only because google review will not accept 0 stars!

I have been trying to get in touch with this branch for over a week because my 10 year old son’s suction machine is malfunctioning. This is a piece of equipment that he relies on to live. I have also been waiting for over 6 months for a part to another piece of equipment. I called patient relations yesterday and did not get a call back from them either.

I would not recommend Apria Healthcare in Endwell. They talk a good game but follow through is nonexistent. I was looking for new CPAP supplier, I called and talked with Apria, Endwell. They were very nice on the phone and gave me a lot of good information. They were supposed to send me paperwork to start the ball rolling on making them my supplier. Over a month went by and nothing. I called and talked with another person. They were very pleasant and emailed me the paperwork I needed. I filled the paperwork they sent that day and emailed it back to them. Ten days later I called back to see where we were with setting up an account. A person was out sick and the person who answered the phone couldn’t find any paperwork and didn’t know what was going on. They were going to find out what was going on with my paperwork, contact the doctor’s office to get what they needed from him and call be back the next day. They assured me they would call back the next morning and let me know what was going on. Never received a call or any type of communication. It has been over ten days and nothing. They are all talk and no action. Not what you need in a medical supplier. Stay away!

Absolutely worthless. Dont try doing business with these idiots. They have been giving my bf the run-around on his bipap for six months. Always saying its being shipped and will be here by the end of the week, but it never comes. Left our number for the supervisor today and he never called, big surprise!

If there was an option for a negative review I would use that ! My C-PAP machine stopped working only a few days after I had hip replacement surgery . Somehow I actually talked to a live English speaking person at the Endwell Apria who said she would call my doctor for the prescription the next day: she never did! Over the next 3 weeks I tried various time to get the order taken care of while Apria claimed they didnt have a valid sleep study, they were processing it through their qualification team and when called by my insurance,, that the machine had been processed and was in the mail. Three weeks and they told my insurance that the machine should be here but when I called to check I got the same still not qualified and you will have to do a new sleep study. Also refusal to talk to the supervisor as requested. The people at the Apria call center, somewhere in the pacific, are by far the rudest people I have ever encountered. They have been trained ti say yes, I most certainly understand even when they clearly dont, and then continue to just read their script and plow through what you are talking about!!The Hilo HI store has been sending me equipment for 5 years but they suddenly didnt have access to the qualifying documents when I had to change from Kaiser to another insurance company.Update: I reached out to the manager of this Apria site with our contact information as he requested and he did call us today Fri. Aug. 10th once and then, again, after supposedly reviewing the case. Each time he cited alleged Medicare regulations, even giving my husband the link to check, that turned out, upon more careful reading, to NOT apply since the machine I was seeking a replacement for had been purchased while I was already under Medicare therefore I did not need a new sleep study as he claimed. He continued to repeat what he had said even after being read the link he had provided by my husband.I do, by the way, have a valid sleep study that allowed the Hilo . HI Apria branch to provide me with equipment as late as last year while I was under Kaiser insurance, but I was told by another Apria representative that it had to be within 2 years ( another made up number)..My doctor prescribed this machines settings and our insurance approved it 3 weeks ago . I dont understand how a provider of services gets to make up rules that dont exist (we checked both the link he offered and had a lengthy online documented chat with Medicare) or even why they would want to when all they have to do is fill a valid primary physicians prescription and get paid by ny medicare advantage insurance program. which has already approved the machine!Second update: they called to convince me to use their services but when my husband called back they continued to rudely talk through him and insist that I needed a new sleep study even after he read them the chat he had with an official Medicare representative that determined there is no such requirement . They wouldnt even let him get the fact that I had a sleep study available from 6 years ago for them into the conversation, but just kept stonewalling and rudely reading through him at the offshore call center. A conversation with the owner was at least in English but he also insisted on the sleep study in spite of being read the Medicare guidelines that specifically say it is not needed. This has been a total nightmare for us so we are taking steps to be sure no one else has to go through this risk to their health due to the delays in service and stress they have caused..They are, by far, the rudest company I have ever had to deal with. They care nothing for my health or or even listening to the actual Medicare protocols

Dont try using the phone number on Google. It looks like a local number but you get transferred to a corporate call center. Upon questioning this, I was told none of the local centers get their own customer calls!!
