On Monday I bought a Canon digital camera from P.C. Richards and tony one of the salesman helped me out and was such a great help of explaining to me what the camera did and how it worked and I was very pleased with his patience and delightful demeanor to help me get me the camera I wanted. I came back in on Thursday and bought a tall outside heat lamp and Tony helped me that day as well. It’s rare to get someone who’s very personable and respectful with good patience to help you and to do it with a smile. Thank you Tony for making it a good experience for both days.

Sales staff seemed outwardly friendly but was pushing there own agenda and not listening to our requests. Purchased a dishwasher then had to cancel for reasons beyond their control but they couldnt get us another one so went to another store. Would be willing to give them another chance but would want to work with a different salesperson.

We stopped in last weekend and met with Wayne. We explained that we were closing on a new house Tuesday and were concerned that we would be without a washer and dryer. Not only did Wayne find us the exact model we were looking for, he arranged to have it delivered on Wednesday morning! The delivery crew was professional, polite, clean and fast. They had our new washer and dryer installed and running in less than a half hour. The entire process from start to finish was flawless and refreshing. Kudos to Wayne and team for an amazing customer experience.

Artie is an extremely professional, courteous, and most amazing and caring sales person we have ever met. 3 years ago he helped us with 6 new appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dryer & washer) for a house we just built. After having a horrible experience with Home Depot we went to PC Richards to search for a new dishwasher. They definitely made a huge difference. I purchased an air conditioner in the Enfield store for an apartment in Springfield. While P.C. Richard & Son was able to install while other appliance stores would not, it did take the installation department three tries wasting two weekends for us. However, Wayne was my salesperson, and he was wonderful to work with and tried to help us in every way he could. When we ran into issues and there were issues, I spoke with the manager, Justin, who was also excellent. He was very empathetic and tried to do everything in his power to help us. Even after the unit was installed, I needed to reach out to Justin to resolve another issue; and he was again empathetic, prompt at resolving the situation and very, very pleasant. If I had to purchase something there again, Wayne and Justin would be the reasons I would return to this store for my appliance. My five stars are for Wayne and manager, Justin!

My husband and I worked with Tony to buy a refrigerator today. He worked very hard to get what we wanted and even gave us the fridge on the display floor because we liked it so much and made it happen that we receive it tomorrow instead of waiting 4 or 5 days. He was very pleasant and was determined to get us what we wanted. He is the BOMB!

Our fridge died this morning and when I looked online, everywhere else was backordered for 1-2 months! The Enfield PC Richards not only had one in stock for us to look at, they also had them available for delivery. Our salesman, Artie, was really nice and explained everything without being pushy and he got us a delivery date within 3 days! Weve always been really pleased with the prices and service weve gotten at this store and well definitely be checking here before going elsewhere next time!

Just a follow up on our washer & dryer purchase. They were delivered the day scheduled and on time. After the washer was unpacked the delivery driver pointed out damage where the machine was hit. I thought, O boy here we go, I envisioned paperwork and phone calls like I’ll have to check and call you back !Nope, none of that. I worried for nothing. The driver reported the damage, I called Wayne at PCRichards and our washer was replaced ! Wow, who would’ve thought ! Hats off to Wayne & PCR for great service !

Recently we were in the market for a new refrigerator. Hearing about the reputation of P.C. Richards in Enfield for quality and great customer service we decided to give them a try. Entering the store, we were greeted by “Tony” with a big smile and “welcome folks”. With a polite demeanor he asked how he could help us. There was absolutely nothing “pushy” about him, which we greatly appreciated. We told Tony which refrigerator had caught our eye online. Since that particular model was not available to see in the store he brought it up on the computer and went over every detail with us. It was a pricey refrigerator and he could have easily just sold it to us but instead, he went over every detail to ensure we were satisfied with shelf design, storage, the color, etc. He was wonderful. After thinking about it for a couple of days, we went back to Tony and purchased the refrigerator. We can’t stress enough how wonderful it was working with Tony. He has a great sense of humor and is extremely knowledgeable about his products. He is definitely an asset to the store. As our needs arise in the future we will absolutely return to P.C Richards in Enfield and search out our buddy, Tony! Thank you, Tony, for all your help!

Extreme disappointment is an understatement. I spent over $2000. one tv and sound bar. Installation was Sunday. An hour after the installers left, the sound bar stopped working. Since then Ive had no one from PC Richards call me about replacing it, even though I was told a manager would swap it out Mon. or Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, Ive heard nothing from them. I called the store and was told The guy I talked to was on lunch. Im not feeling liked a valued customer, and probably will never make another purchase from the Enfield store again.

I placed an order for curb side pick up on a TV. Upon arriving I called to let then know that I was there. They took down my last name and said they would be right out. 15 mins go by and nothing. I call again only for for rep to be rude, took down my order number and said someone will be out. 15 min later nothing. I peeked in the front of the store and saw 4 people standing around chatting and scattered away once they say me. I waited a few more minutes then left. I called to ask them to cancel my order and they asked me WHY. I explained how I waited 30 min for no one to come out after I called twice. Instead of apologizing they were rude and said its canceled and hung up. 10 min later I received an email stating my order order was picked up and card was charged. I called them back and has the rudest rep that said he would now put in a refund !

Today my fiancé and I went to PC Richards in Enfield for a washer and dryer. Lee A assisted us and made it a great experience! As new homeowners we are budget conscious and he did a great job directing us towards our price range and not trying to upsell. My fiancé and myself couldn’t be more happy with the excellent customer service and standing behind their products. Lee A, also made the experience very relaxing without being pushy. He was very educated on every brand and function of washers and dryers. We will continue to be customers for life and enjoyed working with Lee A

6 months to get a claim to go through and still not resolved. repair work and replacement work invovles hours of cordination for a 12 hour window and no shows up multiple times.
