He went over and above what I would have expected now days. I honestly cant say enough. Great place had a broken strut couldnt doit myself cause I was outa town and thay got me in quick and came in lower than estimated thay were friendly and made me feel like there was finally a place I could trust.i work on my own cars and I never met a honest shop but these guys were absolutely honest

I went here with a tire issue on a Saturday while the service shop was closed. The AAA guy from the auto body shop next door sent us there. He was also awesome. Chris was working anyway even though they were closed, and helped us out in a bind with an awesome attitude and speed. Ill be having service done here from now on.

My alternator died on my way up the Whites from NY and I limped in here with an almost dead battery. Even though it was closing time the mechanic not only stayed long enough to diagnose my problem but also gave up an hour of his time, that he would have been spending with his family on a Saturday, to replace my alternator and get me back on the road for my vacation. Could not have asked for better and more knowledgeable service. Prices were fair. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to get repair work done here. And from the looks of some of the cars in the shop, restoration work as well. Unmatched service not often seen these days.

They charged me $25 to tell me they couldnt do an alignment. They didnt even put it on the lift. I went to Wilson Tire and they did it without any problems.

I bought a used car here less than 4 years ago, and so far I have had nothing but issues with it. Im not sure how Shaker was able to flip this car, because within the first few months I had to replace the brakes, tires, pumps. belts, and almost the entire suspension. Each year I have put more and more $$$ into the car, and I havent even reached the 75K mile mark yet (FYI Ive put on less than 15K miles since purchased). Needless to say, there was far more going on with the car than advertised. So I would not recommend buying a used car here.

Just fyi...dont make the owner Bob Leclaire think you are taking up too much of his and his staffs time (with problems after the deal) because he wont hesitate to yell and demean you whenever he feels like it. Would NEVER deal with him again!!!
