I am very outraged at the Target store in Enfield, Connecticut on November 3,2021 at 5:30 pm. I went with my mother to buy action figures for her grandchildren that were to give at Christmas. We noticed that one of the security guys was hanging around where we were. My mother did not decide which figure to take my nephews, which she unconsciously took and left. I noticed that there was a suspicious man looking at what my mother had in the shopping cart for the disabled. She had certain action figures and I thought she was a collector who wanted some figure that my mother had in her shopping cart. From there we went on to pay for the items, the store was full of customers. Suddenly they appeared as 6 security and they landed at the exit of the store but at the cash register where we were. To all this it seemed normal to us as the store was full, it was logical that they would take surveillance. But we realized that among so many people in line, they did not take their eyes off us. There they waited for us to finish paying for the items. When we finished paying for the items they left. I went directly to them with a receipt in hand, and the head of security came out and asked him if we had stolen something that they could check our shopping bags and our wallets so they could investigate. He very forcefully told me that they did that with all those people who had many items, and I told him that there were more people with more items in their shopping carts, more than my mothers cart. He said that he could not do anything, then we went to her manager and explained to her and for her it was a joke, they didnt even apologize to us. God would know everything that had been stolen from the store while they were asking an incapacitated woman what she was carrying in her shopping cart. The manager is too big for that position, she didnt know how to handle the situation. For my part, I will not step on another Target again. My mother is disabled and overweight. And we dont have the face of a thief. It was a very outrageous and humiliating experience. From the courage he gave us, we return everything we buy. Please be careful when buying action figures, because the security will think they are going to steal them. 😡😡

I had a horrible drive up experience today. I picked up my order at the drive up and I was missing a few items in the bag. I ended up parking to go in the store and the parking lot was completely trashed - there were used infant diapers on the ground and lots of fast food bags. I go to customer service and explain my situation to the cashier. He had to go speak to the manager. 5 minutes go by and there was a line of people waiting on returns, etc. The manager looked at my phone to see the order and kept asking for to see my phone over and over again. She then started looking on her phone. I said I can walk over and show you the products. Nope. She walks away and comes back 10 minutes later with the items. She has the audacity to ask to look at my phone one more time. I was only buying toiletries. What a waste of time. I will never be going back there again.

Just want to take a moment to recognize Mary and her helpfulness! She was very kind, helpful and went above and beyond for me! Shes a great employee and a great example of what customer service should be! The store is clean, and very organized as well!

Clean store. The employees were very helpful. I need it help at the self checkout and I was pleased by the courtesy of the employee who helped us and guide us thru the app to understand how it worked. Very clean store. Quite, everything organize. Will go back.

As a past employee I am very disappointed. It’s frustrating to come to this target. The parking lot is filled with trash, the store is not clean, it’s not stocked, and then during the checkout process you have Terry (which I love don’t get me wrong) but she is the slowest and only cashier available every day. I know management knows this, (it’s too obvious) and has let this go on for awhile!

As an ex employee, I feel the need to say that this target is severely horribly managed. Nobody has a clue what they’re doing and team members just get promoted to management because they’ve been there a few years.

Nice and clean Target on the side of a mall. It’s a standard Target with great ambiance when you walk in. I recently visited a Target in NY where it felt really depressing because it didn’t have the same amount of “cheer.” When you walk into this one, you just feel good inside!

It is a clean store with all of the stuff you hope Target would offer. I only give it 4 stars because sometimes the parking situation is tough.

Service is so poor, and so slow. Only one human working on a holiday (where people are shopping), is inexcusable. And then Betty has the gall to be rude to me when I ask to open more registers or hire more people.

I find just about everything I need at Target. Most of the time, I leave with some things I didnt intend to buy but couldnt pass over. You guys just have really amazing stuff that I cant help but try! My whole family loves Target and so do my friends, not suprised!

I had my eyes examined and purchased new glasses and I have to say I was more than pleased with the exam and my glasses. I will continue to go to there for both. I highly recommend them.

Significantly cleaner and more streamlined than other Targets Ive been to. They sanitised every single self checkout kiosk after every use, and they actually maintain social distancing regulations effectively with their lines. Theres less clutter and I find it much easier to find what Im looking for in this store compared to others.

I waited for nearly an hour. Then had to go in and 3 times before they gave me my item to only get it home and it was broken.

Drive up is a disaster here. You’re better off selecting a different Target where, hopefully, the manager is at least partially sentient.30+ minute waits!

Its amazing to be able to place an order and be able to not only pick it up but have it brought out and packed into your car not only the same day but also in as little as 2 hours! Thank you!!

There is no coin shortage. there is a coin scare stop denying customers change when they specifically ask for a certain way they need it to be. i need quarters to wash my clothes. just because there is a coin shortage doesnt mean my way of living is free or on pause from paying with quarters. that is **illegal** denying me coin and very rude. doesnt look good. went to another store no problem. i figured explaining to the cashier that i need them for clothes ($2 in quarters is all i needed) she would understand but either way no one should have to explain to a major chain market why they need change. very embarrassing experience.

Enfield store is the most stocked and organized Target. I drive here all the way from Easthampton, MA!

I was looking for a 2T size for a great grand daughter for Christmas Gift and spoke to Patricia at the register to see who could help me. She was able at that moment to help me. She found the 2T size Pajamas with the Frozen design on them. Instead of buying 1 pair of PJs, Patricia had found 2 different ones that were so cute that I decided to buy both as gifts. Thanks to Patricia I am so glad that she was able to help me, as I was able to leave the store without getting anything. Please thank Patricia for her excellent Customer Service skills.

Barista chris in starbucks was very accommodating to my order and gave me relevant information about drinks offered.

Employee came out promptly and was professional and kind, the order was correct and she placed it in my vehicle for me. I just had my baby 3 weeks early and had to pick up a few things that I didnt get the chance to before he arrived. It was so convenient to not have to walk through a store with a 4 day old baby while Im still recovering and I appreciated the good service.

Target.com is easy to navigate. Quick pick-up at customer service. Friendly, very helpful staff. Thank you Target!

PS4- I bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare and found out after a day of downloading, it is NOT the U.S. version. The game can play but you CANNOT download extra content from the Playstation store. Its not compatible. I also bought a new controller and that wont work either.

Today I dropped in Target in Enfield, CT (I live in Pensacola, Florida) and received outstanding customer service from an associate named Melissa. She went out of her way to be helpful. Frankly, most big-box stores all carry similar merchandise and are competitive price wise. The real difference comes down to the presentation of the store itself and the service. Melissa did a great job. I would hire her to work for me in a minute.

I went bright and early the pick up my item. The lady (who I forgot to grab the name) was very friendly and great!!! Little to no wait time and they brought the items right to my car!

Customer service was extraordinary

Never have enough registers open. For a place that sells frozen and refrigerated food you shouldn’t have to stand in line for over 30 min every time.

Love the order pick up process. The options to get what i want in other stores. The punctuality. Love the availability of the items in other stores.

For how efficient the store was, and fast service with courteous staff

The changes to Target are very impressive. Everyone should see what is changed and how much brighter, better and useful the store is.I really enjoyed my recent visit, and on a very hot day when most stores were completely out of stock on fans--my reason for my visit to the Enfield, CT store, this store was fully stocked.The whole new look is wonderful. Love that Starbucks is now their food choice.

Fast easy and convenient

Worked there and was treated differently than a man. Alot of unfriendedley co workers and management. Never shop or work there ever. Bad experience!!!

This Target location is just ok.I would avoid any staff in the electronics department. Sold me Apple TV and never asked me the right questions to be sure it would work with my TV he just assumed. Professional salesmen dont assume and try to avoid returns. Avoid.Clothing options seem to be better at this location.Be mindful of certain cashiers at the return counter. Some of them can be very rude and not understanding of returns.Grocery area has more than other Targets and a good selection.Front area manager is awesome and always for the customer. Always very helpful with coupons and giving a sale when needed.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The employees are fine but their corporate counterparts are straight trash. For years Ive had issues with stock. Their system shows an item is in stock but its not. Therfore the inventory system doesnt order more and the employees dont manually order it even though theres an empty spot on the shelf. The last straw was during this pandemic, their app would keep letting me order things, saying theyre in stock, taking my payment for those items, and then emailing me to tell me the item isnt available so its been canceled. IF YOU CANT KEEP AN ACCURATE INVENTORY AND PREVENT YOUR STORES FROM INCONVENIENCING CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN BUSINESS. I truly hope they go out of business like the rest of the mall has.

This is an excellent Target that just got remodeled! The layout is great, the upgraded design feels modern, but not overdone or cold, and check out speed is usually fairly quick with the additional option of a self check out line. They offer just about everything here such as food, electronics, items for the home, makeup, movies, clothing, ect.. In my experiences the staff is also kind which makes for a great experience. Solid place do go overall!

It was very convenient to order and go pick up. The item was not there when I came, but the girl and another staff member were right on it to find out what happened. The manager also had the girl throw in a $5 GC for the inconvenience. Good customer service on her part. Overall, a satisfied customer.

Store is clean, laid out just like any other target. Their grocery section us usually stocked quite well. Typical of most targets, when needing help its hard to find an employee who is willing to do more than the bare minimum of pointing in a vague direction to help me find something.

Staff were very courteous and helpful despite these trying times

The store was a little messy with the happenings of Christmas but there were a lot of employees to help out and clean up. We were able to get a lot of our Christmas shopping done fast and easy. There were lots of lines for checkout and the person at the register moved really fast. There were a lot of good deals before Christmas.

Overall great store. just a couple things: i always go to Target for black yoga pants for work. i was only able to find 1 pair! 1! i was sad. and it was a man hunt trying to find them! :( also i got a bag of ice.. and its all in one big clump. like it maybe melted somewhere along the line.. gonna have to take a hammer to it :(

Its always such a mess. Shopping clearance isnt even worth it. Its not even remotely organized by size. Other Targets are more organized. It was just remodeled and they sent out flyers and coupons so I went to check it out. Terrible.

Bought expired food item, did not realize it at time of purchase. Consumed some of it. ( Yuck ) .... I guess Target does not check their stock and pull expired food items off floor. Update: I did contact Target, spoke with management ... They apologized and assured me this issue will be addressed. I received money back on product and a $20. Gift card. Returned and found more of the same expired food items..guess Target really doesnt care. NOT RETURNING HERE TO SHOP

Great target love shopping at Target because they have good quality products for a fair price and you dont need to deal with the craziness of a Walmart. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty.

Optical is not good. Employees were friendly but unhelpful. More worried about getting my insurance information than actually what I needed. After over twenty minutes on the phone trying to determine what I had for insurance she informed me there was no doctor available to perform my eye exam. So wasted my time to get nothing. Will NOT be back.

I love Target I am always there, but I went in because I purchased a bit of things yesterday and I realized I was missing an item. I searched the bags the car and under the car seats and still could not find it. So I went in with my receipt the next day at around 918am and I told the girl that I had one items that I could not find . Asked if maybe it fell in cart and someone returned it. She looked and said no one returned a cream. All she did was take my number and name and was told to wait for a call next couple days. Are you kidding me for a 2.29 dolls cream. She couldnt give me my money back or give me another one?!
