A nice man named Jeff was very helpful to me, but I had to ask about D&D source books because they only had the Dungeon Masters guide on the shelf. If you have it you should put it on the shelf, some people are afraid to ask about things.

Great store. I have a affinity for books, and I feel quite comfortable at B&N. They have a nice selection, store is very organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop there again.

This is a classic Barnes & Noble. Its got everything youd expect including a wide range of book, a Starbucks, and other various things like board games and magazines you can purchase. The employees are kind and the store is well laid out/organized. Overall this is a good location.

So many books! Love this place. It would be nice if there were more places to sit, but there is a small cafe area where you can relax and have some chai. Always pleasant staff.

After buying books we went to the cafe to get drinks and I ordered a Mocha blended coffee Frappuccino and I got chocolate milk with no ice blended in and no coffee in it. My sister ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino and got milk and it’s chocolate chips the girl working didn’t blending the drink she just put it in the blender without turning it on.

I love this Barnes & Noble! I always find myself here for at least an hour. Its well stocked with a huge selection for everyone, a great toys and collectibles section, kids books and toys, a Starbucks for a coffee and even vinyl records. Wonderful and friendly staff!

Whats not to love about a book store. There always great. Service is top notch and you can have a cup of tea and relax...

I mean, come on, its Barnes & Noble. It books, a LOT of books, and an atmosphere for enjoying them. Staff has always been helpful when I need help, and never make me feel unwelcome when Im just slowly browsing. Always worth the trip, they dont have one close to me, unfortunately:(

I have been purchasing books from Barnes & Noble for decades. I was a member at one time (when you actually saved money on your purchases) spending literally several thousand a year. Membership benefits were altered and eventually I declined renewal. My three to four days a week are now once a month. Each visit without fail results in a price issue at the register. Tonight is no exception. I located a book of interest priced at $30 with 30% off to the non member. The young lady rings it at 20% off. I explain that the book along with other titles are displayed at 30% off. She says, no sir, 20% is it. I state again and point to the display table the sign says 30%, trying to hide her annoyance with me we walk to the display. She reads the sign and returns to the counter ( her frustration etc very evident) and voids out the total. I hand her a 100 dollar bill, she hands me my change without counting it back ( I miss that courtesy) shame on me for not using plastic. And with a big smile (which was very hard for her) she wished me a good evening.. I will still shop in your store. I think better communication internally would benefit everyone ( customer as well as associate).You do have an excellent staff in Enfield.

Great place to meet people and talk or just read a book or magazine. Its a book store so you can also purchase books and magazines, etc. There are tables and chairs. Free WiFi and public restrooms. If you like French Roasted coffee then this is the place to go. Pastries, snacks and lunch type meals are also available. They have story hour for children and other activities throughout the year.

Its fun to find new books and order them from Amazon for a fraction of the price while Im in the store.

Barnes & Noble is such a great place to go to. The books are great, and you dont even have to come to read. Sit back and relax and get a drink and a snack at their café. Drinking hot chocolate and just talkig can make for a good date - I went there with my girlfriend once. I highly recommend Barnes & Noble to ... well, pretty much anyone.

Very personal service in the childrens dept. Love the ladies who are so kind and helpful. Some of the classic books are a bit pricey though.

Good selection but expensive. I miss borders but this is the only major book store in the area. They do have a decent discount book area that has a good variety and regularly changes. They even have a good manga section.

Very clean and nice place to go but its a huge shame they dont price match, not even their own website. I just cant justify paying twice as much for most of the books just to get it now. Markup is way to much, and I feel bad because I prefer to shop brick and mortar.

There is so much to choose from, they have good deals, and the staff is helpful & kind.

In companion to other Barnes and Noble stores this one is no better or worse. The store is laid out well, has a decent kids book section and an ever growing collectable and toy area.A Starbucks is also inside the store for your coffee and snacking needs.My main complaint is recently I shopped here and saw that many of the kids books were list price. A quick price check on amazon found an $18 book in store was $7 online for the same edition.I can understand paying more than amazon for the convenience of being there to shop and get it right then, but that price difference was too much for the same item.

I love my local Barnes and Noble. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, its a clean, neat, and orderly store and I never have problems finding what I need.

Great place to bring the kids on rainy days!

They have an expanded toy section that is great, full of really cool and educational items. Helping to fill the void left by Toys R Us. Great book selection as always, and ofcourse, the coffee bar.

The employees are very friendly and make shopping a more pleasant experience. Mark is very kind with a good sense of humor.

The staff here are very helpful. If youre like me and youre looking for Isaac Asimov novels they are perfectly able to direct you to the science fiction section where you can find them.

Very upset that the Starbucks inside of Barnes and Noble does not take Starbucks coupons. Starbucks is Starbucks in my opinion.

I love this store I could go bankrupt if I bought every book that I wanted to buy . Theres always someone thats willing to help you find the books that you want and or order them for you.

A little overpriced for games and puzzles but its the best brick and mortar location to find this big of a selection. Incredible array of magazines to choose from as well
