Dave Downing came over for an appointment for scheduled maintenance on my furnace. He was professional, competent, and clean. Dave went the extra mile to look at my thermostats and give some pointers and answered my questions. He even gave us a heads-up on a discount I may be eligible for. My family and I appreciate his help!

Great service. We had a gas smell coming from our stove and we ended up needing a part for it. They were able to get the part before the weekend and save us from a weekend with out a stove. Jason was very professional and was able to take care of it for us.

We had an issue with Co2 and had to make an emergency call on a Sat night. The operator on call, Mimi, reacted swiftly and made a call to the fire department and told us to evacuate. The fire department was able to turn off propane where needed and we waited for a service call on MondayWe called on Monday, was transferred immediately and efficiently to the correct department and we had a technician arrive in an hour.Jason from the Claremont office was professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough.We had an issue with carbon monoxide. He was able to immediately identify the issue, consulted with prior technicians and coordinated the resolution. He returned to complete the job.He was a pleasure to work with.Thank you Eastern!

I had my annual boiler cleaning and tune up performed today by Jason. He did a great job but I expected that. What I did not expect was when Jason noticed that our Carbon Monoxide detector in the basement was showing a low reading of carbon monoxide. He took it upon himself to get his professional carbon monoxide detector and double check the reading. Fortunately, it was zero but he notified me anyway so I could see what was wrong. As it turned out, my detector was 13 years old and needed replacement. Our boiler isnt emitting any carbon monoxide so maybe it didnt matter but Im glad Jason took the initiative to double check and help keep me and my family safe.

Our boiler stopped working overnight. I called Eastern and within an hour Jason was here and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 15 minutes or so we had heat. Jason was very professional and one exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Jason and Eastern.Thank you!

Danny and Todd of Eastern Propane did a great setting up my generator. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and very courteous.

Jason, Travis and Bruce did a great job with tank swop out and propane delivery today . For safety sake, masks would have been preferred but mostly outside work so low risk .

Eastern Oil and Propane on Hathorn Drive in Enfield is the division of the company that supplies our propane and oil. I have nothing but great things to say about the service I get as well as courtesy and friendliness on the phone. Sometimes I think I am probably an awful bother, but Dianne always does her absolute best to get us what I need whether it is product or service and I get it in a very timely manner and never makes me feel as if I am that bother. If Dianne is not available - Lisa is there and is just a capable and willing to help. I also believe their pricing is as competitive as any other oil/propane company in the upper valley.

I called first thing Monday morning and they had a technician to my house by Tues. morning. We had some flood damage to our boiler and the technician was knowledgable, polite, and fixed our boiler in about 4 hours after having to pretty much replace all the electrical parts. They always deliver oil within the 5 biz. days of calling.

They are a terrible company who scam good people out of their money making false claims of stoves needing to be replaced instead of taking time to fix the actual issues
