This has to be the worst HYUNDAI Dealership in ALL of Western MASS. They sold me a vehicle, it sat there a week and a half without a registration. Only for me to pick it up and realize it had never been detailed. I called week after week trying to schedule an appointment for detailing. I then took my brand new 2021 vehicle to be serviced. Only for it to be returned REAKING of cigarette smoke. I DO NOT SMOKE. Only to be gaslight by their manager as if I imagined the whole thing (defending the mechanics.) Most disrespectful and unprofessional interaction with a car dealership. They lack very basic customer service skills! I am appalled at whom they chose to oversee the facility. No wonder Gary Rome is number 1. Purchase at your own discretion.Positive interactions with Jarron & Anthony the Sales Rep.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Before test driving the 2018 Hyundai Kona I did walk around the vehicle. When I returned from test driving the car I inspected it very thoroughly and noticed the passenger front rim was severely dinged up. There were no other issues. Nick and Sharif both took advantage of my situation (my son was in the hospital) and rushed the purchase. I did not reinspect the car when I returned to purchase it. When I arrived home my husband noticed immediately the front end damage. I believe the damage happened in the days following my initial test drive. If the front end damage was disclosed I NEVER would have purchased the car. I don’t believe anyone would purchase a damaged car for 19k before tax, title and fees. I brought the car back so they could repair the bumper and it looked the same. The car runs horribly too. I regret the purchase 100%. They claimed it was detailed and it was not clean as you would expect. Not all of the staff here are unprofessional and shady. I did have a positive interaction with Jarron and Lisa.
NEVER do business with Lia Hyundai. I waited almost two weeks to get into my car AFTER buying it and when I called to inquire about when I was able to pick it up, I was told “I have no idea” by their salesperson Lisa. This experience has been nothing short of awful and I highly recommend you bring your business elsewhere that they actually care about their customers. (negative!!!)-10/10 experience. DONT GO HERE.
I purchased a car within the past year, and have regretted my purchase with this company at every interaction since. It is apparent that their only intent is to sell a car, and they will tell you any and everything to do that. They sold lie after lie regarding their complimentary maintenance offer, specifically their sales manager stating that we wouldn’t be paying a single penny for maintenance for the first 36k miles. Come to find out, they only cover every other oil change, and anything beyond an oil change/tire rotation will not be covered at all. Not only were their claims untrue, when questioned, their sales manager was less than polite, at best, in telling me I have “no clue what I’m talking about and cannot prove that’s what was said in purchasing.” I’m beyond disappointed in the way they treat their customers and would never purchase another car from this location.

Had my oil change done here last year, with $10 coupon, total cost was $24.34, very nice tech and experience. Called for an oil change appointment last week, was quoted same price with a $10 coupon. When I went to cash out, the total for same thing was $44.57! I was shocked and questioned it, told Sue I was quoted a different price when I made the appointment, they didnt seem to care. Was also written on slip that the tech found timing belt in need of replacement for a cost of approximately $500, checked my records, this was already done by another Hyundai dealership within last few years! Feel like it was a total overcharge and would not trust going back now. Last year I was there in April, and was treated much more fairly. Customer Service wasnt the same this time.
Without going into detail...the worst service Ive had in a VERY long time. No one calls you back, and your vehicle just sits. I was told other vehicles have been there for 4 months. Everyone is having a hard time getting workers right now, but that long and rude customer service is not acceptable.
The service department is very helpful. Dealing with Susan is such a pleasure. She is up front on everything. I do all my car maintenance there because it is close to me.

Every time I take my car to Lia Hyundai for service, I not only get my car worked on, I usually see someone I know! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere comfortable while I wait.
Ive been waiting three 3 weeks for a part time come in. Meanwhile my car barely starts. This is supposedly due to covid-19 and shipping, no one reached out to me through the weeks to inform me of my parts progress, so there I sat nervously waiting. Ultimately, I called corporate and they check back in with me on Lias behalf. Once they put the part in hopefully all goes well then I can tell you how satisfied I am with the service. Update this 4 weeks still waiting. I got stuck at the grocery store at night, luckily the car decided to start after 45 minutes... not to mention the Ubers to get to work, and the fact that I had to put half the money down on the part. Corporate Hyandai said the part should be here May 3rd. Well see. No I will not be calling into Lia Hyandai to stalk them about the part, I have my own Hyandai representative to do that on my half now.

Oil changes are painless. Easy in and out. They make suggestions as to services or maintenance due, but are not pushy at all. They are respectful of your time. My oil change took longer than they expected (I didnt even notice, waiting room is comfortable) and they offered me $10 off my bill!
Sharif Bilodeau was one of the best salespeople we have ever encountered. He did not put on the fake persona that he was going to be our best friend, as so many salespeople do. We told him that we were not quite ready to buy, he respected that and was not pushy. He provided the information on the vehicles of interest in a professional and prompt manner, knowing it was not likely he would make a sale that day.We were there to look at the Santa Fe. We told him some of the odd and trivial features we did not like about our current vehicle. He understood that sometimes it is the little things that make the most impact. He let us test drive a Santa Fe that he thought would meet our unusual requests. It was nice, but not quite what we wanted. We ended up asking to look at the next model up, without any persuasion from Sharif… and it was perfect!We did not set out that day to purchase a new vehicle, but Sharif and Lia Hyundai’s finance team were able to work a deal that made us very happy. We are now delighted to be the owners of a brand-new Santa Fe. From start to finish, it was a stress-free process and we would recommend anyone interested in a Hyundai to visit Sharif in Enfield.

If they have what you want, go for it, but make sure you know what you want, have a man do the talking, and double check what the have to say about price/financing a million times to make sure you actually get what you agree to.
This place is absolutely awful! We got a 2015 Hyundai Tucson about 7 months ago and have had nothing but problem with it. They sold a faulty car and when we tried to get fixed by them they threw a fit and we had to get the BBB involved and they finally took care of it. Now 2 months later after they “fixed it” the said they gave a “complementary” 5000 mile oil change and wrote on the sticker that it was a 5000 oil change but it was actually a 3000 mile oil change and we almost ceased the engine because of it. Thanks, I’m never going here again that’s for sure!

One basic value people expect out of a car dealership is hospitality and not a difference of treatment toward you or your spouse. When we entered the dealership, we gave our dealer information that one credit score was excellent and the other was lower but in the process of being disputed. Despite being forward with this information from the moment we sat down, when negotiating a price the dealer, she took a different tone toward my spouse. She even made an unkind comment about the credit that not outright said but characterized her as irresponsible, despite knowing information to the contrary. We were forward with our information and treated our dealer with respect but did not feel respected in return. We understand sometimes people have bad days but a condescending tone is disheartening and bad for business.

I went to that location a bunch of times for an issue in regards to my 2012 Hyundai Elantra limited. They charged 150.00 to just tell me that they couldnt recreate the problem and so they didnt know what was the issue. I then researched the problem on google and called the mechanic there. He had never even heard of the part and wanted to charge me 200.00 to fix a part he knew night about. I let you be the judge of you want to go there.

Had the 15,000 mile interval service done. Appointment for 8am. Pulled up, door opened and drove into the shop. Had additional work done ( replaced wiper blades front & back) sat in waiting room watching TV programs and water & coffee for free! Took 1hr & 15 minutes. Was fast for what I had done! Very courteous and explained everything they checked with a mult-point inspection sheet! Also checked for any recalls! Always feel good leaving Lia!

Just go to the Balise dealer in West Springfield. These guys will waste your time and try to take advantage of you... Our quote from these guys for a new car was 10,000 above any other dealer and they acted like they were doing us a favor. 🤷🏼♀️ Our sales guy however was great.

3 hours and $125 later, and my car was worse off.I went thirty minutes out of my way for service here over my regular shop because I had been treated so kindly by their sales people in the past that I wanted to bring my business to this location. I was sure to mention this to the service folks, and they were happy that I was happy. I fill out the forms, get a quote, sit down in the waiting room - typical car service experience. That is, until 3 hours later, when they tell me that they need to order a part and it would be easier for the techs if they didnt have to put my car back together, and asked if I would take a loaner. They would fix my car up as soon as the part came in and I could come pick it up, but without the part they couldnt fix the problem. I asked the tech separately how long it would take, and he said five to ten minutes. He had it back to me in four. So Im not sure why the story. After paying the diagnostic bill of $125, I get in my car, and notice all of my personal items from the center storage compartment are strewn all over the cupholders. Annoyed, I put my things back in the compartment. Then I notice the damage in the attached pictures. The casing around the shift lever was not properly affixed in place, and the shift lever itself was chewed up - seemingly by a pair of pliers. I was able to pop the casing back into place, but the shift lever cant be fixed, it would need to be replaced.In a nutshell, 3 hours and $125 later, and not only was my problem not fixed, but my car was in worse shape than when I gave it to them. I will never go back to Lia Hyundai of Enfield.
Love my tuscon. Serviced recently at dealership after I was notified there have been 2 recalls. I asked them to look at a mudflap that was broken as well. Shop was unable to give me a price estimate for replacing the mudflap. Guess a piece of hardware from the one I owned broke off & was inside the vehicle & service men were unsure how difficult it would be to replace flap. I was not comfortable telling them to go ahead with project without knowing how much they would charge me in labor to replace a $14 mudflap. Disappointed not to have it fixed. Will have a different service place take a look at it instead.
I own a 2011 Sonata, and went in for an oil change, with a coupon promotion. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment Susan Roberts was at the Service Counter to help me. After looking up my car, she explained that I had several recalls that should be taken care of - but it would take about 3 hours. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my time. I arranged to be picked up and brought back, so I would not have to wait. She also explained that with the Engine check recall, my oil change would be FREE, so I could save my coupon for another time. She told me ALL recalls were free of charge, as they were covered by the manufacturer. I was extremely pleased with Susan Roberts customer service skills and her appreciation of my business.Thank you, Susan! :) I will definitely go to Lia Hyundai of Enfield for my next service, and future purchase when upgrading to a small SUV!

I bought my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe from you guys 2 months ago and last night I got a flat tire. I called in today to get it fixed which I had to call out of work to get it fixed. was told they cant fix it today and was told tires are not covered under warranty and it will be $60 dollars to get it fixed. I decided to call town fair tire to see how much it would cost and the lady tells me free lifetime repairs on all tires even if you didnt buy the tire from them and they will get me in today .. now that is what I call great customer service. this is my second Hyundai I bought from you guys and it will definitely be my last.customer service at this dealership is all ways negative
Dont ever by a car from Lia Hyundai of Enfield or Hartford, CT. I brought my 2015 Hyundai Tucson into dealer for issues in March 2020. And dealer told me my Cataylitic converter was clogged and engine was shot and would cost over 3,000 dollars to fix. So of course I bought another vehicle. But now come to find out Hyundai has class action lawsuit against it for 768 million dollars for all Hyundai Tucsons from 2014-15 over Cataylitic converter and and engine issues. And dealer denied they know anything about enen though lawsuit has been in play since 2018. Do Hyundai just plain out lied to sell me a car when they shouldve fexef the one I had.
Without a doubt the most experience i have ever had with buying a car. The salesman i would HIGHLY recommend is Bear AKA Paul Finely. Have not had one problem since buying the car months ago. Everyone at the dealer are always so happy and cheerful. Will always get the best deals and its an experience youll never be able to forget!
I was hesitant to respond to the announcement that my car was due for a 60,000 mile check up in this viral time, however, my questions about social distancing were answered promptly and accurate, the cost of the process was accurate and with no add-ons, the service person was patient and courteous.Thank you!
We brought our car in because they were the closest Hyundai dealership to us when our car threw a rod and the engine blew. Both Sue and Mike were impossible to get on the phone, rarely helpful when they were reachable, and generally left us in the dark until the repairs were finished. then a month later, the car needed service again because they cracked a head while re-installing the engine (something though was covered by warranty, they still maintain they did not crack it, as though cracking metal was something we would do on our own.) they then once again were incredibly difficult to get on the phone, only managed to returned one of my 7 voicemails, they gave us a car through enterprise, which was nice of them, except when we continually asked to swap it out for a loaner car, despite telling us we were top of the list every time i called the last one just went out, sorry. Now at this point the car is back in our possession and Hyundai is fighting us because they completed service on the vehicle on a Wednesday (again no communication to let us know it would be done so we could arrange our schedules to drop the car off) and we dropped the enterprise car off and picked our car up Saturday, so they dont feel like they have any responsibility to pay the last 3 days we had the rental car and are now holding our enterprise deposit hostage. I have owned Fords my entire life, and was honestly considering switching to Hyundai once my car is paid off in October but now I will continue searching for a new vehicle and tell anyone within ear shot to avoid this place like the plague.

We had a wonderful experience. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly face. Paul Halton our Sales Consultant was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us exactly what we wanted without any hassle. Cathy Webster the Business Manager was very helpful as well. We love our new car and we have already recommended Hyundai Lia of Enfield to family and friends. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle there is no doubt where we will go! Ive been to a few dealerships and I must say Lia Hyundai has been the best. The first person I spoke to was Nikia. She offered great customer service. My saleswoman was Lisa Caputo. She is awesome. She was patient, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get things done. Her customer service is awesome. Every employee I encountered while there was very nice. I would definitely purchase another car front them in the future. Hopefully when I am ready, Lisa is still there because I wouldnt want to work with anyone else.
We purchased a Hyundai Elantra from here recently. Louis from sales team was very helpful. He made the purchase really easy for us by listening to our needs and showing us the right car for our budget and needs. Talked to the sales manager Miguel and service manager Adam and they seemed like nice people. Overall, a great place to visit if you are planning to buy a new or used car.
I honestly cant recommend Lia Hyundai of Enfield, CT enough! I had to purchase a car very quickly and unexpectedly and had a very unique and challenging financial situation. The sales and financing teams at Lia Hyundai worked extremely hard Day and night to get me into a beautiful vehicle that exceeded my expectations and fit into my budget within a couple days. And although I had gone in to purchase on a very busy holiday weekend, they seriously made me feel like I was the only client they were working with. Ive purchased many cars over the years, and have never experienced the personal attention and genuine care they showed me. Im grateful I chose to walk into this particular dealership when I did, and I absolutely LOVE my Sonata!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Just went in to Lia Hyundai of Enfield today and walked out owning an amazing vehicle far beyond what I thought I was going to be able to afford. The staff was so helpful and pleasant especially our salesman Bear!!! They also gave me a great price for my trade in, which was quite a relief. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a great car buying experience with friendly staff and a great overall value.
Had brought my car for a leak into the cabin roof. I had did prior research into the problem which most likely was a clogged sunroof drain. I scheduled a appointment with them and the person at the front desk listened to my complaint and had the car brought in and fixed within the hour. I was told that if I still had problems to make an appointment and bring it back. Im glad to say they fixed the problem and on top of that they did it free of charge. Service was very professional I would recommend.*edit*so the roof was still leaking so i brought it in again. got a phone call saying that it would cost 450$ to fix so i agreed to it. got another call a few days later telling me it would it would cost 1400 to replace the roof so i declined. went to pick up my car and they still charged me 450 and did not even fix the problem. I will not be coming back ever!
We recently purchased a Kona EV from out of state since we werent able to find an electric car that met our needs in our home state. We had many trepidations about buying a car at a distance, but Brandon Fealy at Lia of Enfield made the experience go exceptionally well. He communicated with us every step of the way and gathered information for us when we were confused about aspects of the car. We feel that we paid a fair price for our new car as well. We had dealt with another dealership in Maryland and had not had a good experience, so Brandons great service for us was a pleasant surprise. Since we couldnt be there physically to see the car, Brandon even took the time to take photos and video of the car and sent them to us. We felt very lucky to work with Brandon, and he truly went the extra mile for us throughout the whole process. Thank you, Brandon!
