Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sole (not sure if I spelled that right) at the printing center. I was there for about an hour and a half (my request of what I wanted to print was very complex) and I was able to watch his interactions with all of the customers. To say that area of the store was busy at that time is an understatement but Sole handled it very very well. He made sure he greeted every customer with a smile and acknowledged every single one of them as they came in. He prioritized and triaged all of the requests from customers. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and patient while trying to answer all of my questions about what I wanted to print. Despite the store being so busy all of my questions were answered. Definitely a quality employee and one of the best I have come across in a long time. At the end he was very grateful for my patience and thanked me (something that he didn’t have to do and proves how good of a character he has). Sole you are awesome and every employee should learn a little bit from you! Staples should be proud of having him as an employee

I think people try their hardest, sometimes they dont have enough help, but staff seem to remain polite and helpful. Too many people expect miracles, like no one else matters. I am grateful for the help I got and the smiles as well. Thank you.
Upper management is a disgrace and the store manager Peter should not be in charge as he berates his co workers in front of other staff and customers. Completely unprofessional, will not be shopping at this store ever again!
The store had a poor selection of leather pocket sized business card holders compared to most other Staples stores I have been in. No one there to help me. Asked someone about legal size heat type laminating sheets they had no idea what I was talking about. Last time for that store. I will shop on line. Its easier. Next time I am in Portsmouth NH I will go to that Staples. Best one in New England.
Just want to say that my brief visit to this Staples was very satisfying. I needed to print some legal papers to file while I was out of state and the staff was quick, attentive, and helpful. The process of printing from my laptop to their printers was straightforward and took only a few minutes. Only a couple dollars for more than a dozen pages. Thanks! Its true in this case: That was easy!
If you are looking for friendly willing to be helpful customer service then this is not the staples to go to. Well that was my experience anyway. I did go on a Saturday close to closing time but I thought staff should be friendly and willingly helpful always.
The staff in the printing center were very unhelpful and simply stated they “don’t know” when I asked why my item did not print as it looked on the screen.I have never had a bad experience at this location but I know I won’t be returning.
Allyson in the print center was amazing! She was friendly, polite and patient. She even made a comment that she wouldnt go on break until she knew I was all set. That is a quality employee!
I had the perfect employee. Kim in the photo area helped out with my copies of pictures of my grandsons graduation. I have no clue about sending or even finding things on my phone. She is amazing. Thank you so much . I will be coming back. Tammy.

Was greeted by Joel A. in the Enfield CT location. It was close to closing time and I felt bad for coming in so close to 9, but Joel A. immediately made me feel comfortable, told me to take my time and answered all of my questions. Im a Regional Retail Training Manager, and I couldnt have found a better associate! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Great job Joel A.!

This staples doesnt have the greatest selection and their office supplies are pretty pricey. They do have a drop off for UPS packages and I often come in to drop off packages. They are fast and friendly.

We bought an HP 4520 from Staples a few months ago. It has worked fine with our router until very recently. It has suddenly started to go into sleep mode and would not print. My husband read the manual and did all of the troubleshooting to no avail. It would print once and then immediately go into sleep mode again. All of the settings were correct according to the manual. My husband took the printer, original box, cord, brand new $60 set of inks, the manual and the receipt with warranty to the Enfield Staples store. The EasyTech youngster named John had lots of attitude and said he would bet anything it is the router. So he took it in to “repair it. Then while we were on vacation, my husband got a call to come in and pick up our new printer. We did that the day after we arrived home. John gave him what he claimed was a new OUT OF THE BOX PRINTER. However, the box we received said refurbished. The printer did not have a power cord, any start-up inks, manual or anything that always comes with a new printer, including the one we gave him. He also did not give us any warranty or receipt. He also said he could not return our cord, inks, manual etc. He had a lot of attitude and said begrudgingly that they would have to order a power cord and send it to us. We would have to purchase everything else. What we received was obviously not a new printer, as we have bought many new printers from Staples before. As an attorney, I smell a rat if this is the Staples practice. So, I would beware using this store and certainly the Easytech service. All you have to do is Google the particular problem of the 4520 and its sleep mode issue to see that it is a common problem with this printer.
Terrible! I ordered business cards today online where it says SAME DAY SERVICE! purchase now and get them in 4 hours! Ok when I called the store to find out if they were ready I was told no not 4 hours 24 hours! :( What? Why say online its same day if it really means same day within 24 hours? No thank you wont be using this store again!On a lighter note I called the Vernon store to see if they could bail me out! They did. I am heading over to pick up my business cards that I ordered only 2 hours ago right now! Thank you to the Vernon crew! Not such a great presentation for the Enfield Crew!
