Very difficult to get a hold of someone. After sitting on hold listening to messages assuring my call is important and someone will be with me, eventually my calls went to an answering service who took my info for an eventual call back. Once I receive call back, I was able to get assistance. I would rate this experience one star, but am giving benefit of the doubt because our medical systems are so stretched by Covid, employee issues, and more. Hopefully am time they will earn a 4-5 star review.

This company is not there for the patient, they use very excuse in the book not have to deliver the oxygen that I need. Refused to call Medicare to get new contract as the type of oxygen I needed changed and the company who was supplying the portable concentrator couldnt fill the prescription. Medicare told me to do use Lincare that they would get me a new contract which I needed. Didnt happen.

If I could give negative stars I would. They DO NOT Care about the patient. I have gone over a year with NO CPAP supplies. When you call them, it takes several calls to get to who you need to get an answer that you need. The NEVER call you back. It shouldnt be that way. Take my word for it, go somewhere else. You will be much better off in the long run. There always seems to be problems.

Cant get ahold of a person to talk to at the Lincare closest to me. Bad for business! The guy in some central location (the only phone number listed seemed befuddled..) Ive moved on.
