They are very polite and professional folks awesome people

Will not honor warranties. My hvac guy called them repeatedly called them over the last 3 months, and despite promises of reimbursement for repairing my ice maker he has not been paid. Caveat emptor.

Fast and friendly service. Had the parts we needed. Minus one star for being a little hard to find.

Staff and managers are very rude and unprofessional! If you can find your part somewhere else do it.
