Today (02/26/20) was my first time visiting The Pilot Shop and I was happy that I stopped in. My original thought was that everything is going to be more expensive here than the big name online pilot stores or amazon....WRONG! Everything is up to date and priced competitively. Jeanne is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wont hesitate to shop here for all my future aviation needs!

I dont think theres another store like this in the city. Bought a model plane as a gift and they have an amazing collection of aviation related needs.

This place is my go to for anything flight related! From sectionals, to books, to pilot bags and accessories they do it all! Theyre very friendly too! Ive been going here ever since I was about 10 years old for toy airplanes, and 11 years later they still help me out with anything I need!

They sell everything you could need. However they dont have a reliable return policy. One employee will tell you want this and then will be told something different when talking to someone else.When buying $800-$1000 headset they wont give any sort of trial or return/exchange for a different headset even on same day purchases.

What a pain! Made me wait outside and delay departure 10 minutes because he didnt want to open store - though he was inside. Gosh! Just for a sectional!
