What a jerk! Ordered a bike on Amazon and bought the assembly service. This gem (NOT) was assigned to me. Clearly on the website it says that you will receive an EMAIL from the vendor confirming the appointment. I dutifully wait for them for 90 minutes of a 2hr window. When I track down a phone number for them and get in contact I get attitude. The service provider says, Ive called you 4 times. When I explain he must have an old number and that were talking now, so what is the deal, he takes 5 minutes to look up the phone number to prove his point. Its a number from when I signed up with Amazon, over 15 years old! Instead of following the process outlined on Amazon he decides to do something different and proceeds to tell me hes not going to waste his time coming to an appt, he only calls appts he doesnt email them, that it says he calls them on the Amazon site and Im illogical for thinking that hed keep his commitment based on what was agreed upon. He happily offers to cancel the order so he doesnt have to come to the appt and I gladly accept. They arent even bike people so I dont even know what the quality of the assembly wouldve been. But I know Ill never find out. I dont need to waste my time with jerks.

Guy shows up to my house to install a ductless air conditioning system, cuts 6 big holes in the wall in my house when only 2 needed to be done for the job. Then leaves my house for over weeks with exposed holes, then comes back to the job and breaks the copper lines the go to the wall mount unit. After all this he takes $500 from me and never returns or answers his phone. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LET THIS GUY IN YOUR HOME AND DONT GIVE HIM A SINGLE DOLLAR, HES A CON ARTIST.
