The CSRs were very helpful! However, Im disabled and have one love of lung capacity left. Its hard for me to walk 10ft without having to do and catch my breath. Im on oxygen. The store could be more accommodating to the disabled of the had electric carts for their handicapped patrons!

I love this store !! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced ! Teresa and Marisabella are always so helpful and often have things ready for me prior to my arrival !! I am so impressed and happy with my framing order! I had eight autographs done by Fredrick there and oh man do they look amazing! Not only were they done in a very fast time, especially during this pandemic, but his advice on what color to use for the frame and boarder were perfect. He took great care of my photos, was extremely well priced, and very fast. He worked with me through the pandemic to get a coupon honored and just went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. Found everything on our own- we asked the staff for help, they said they didnt carry scotchguard or iron on images that you print.... theyre in the t-shirt isle ;) but the store had tons of cool stuff i would just learn what the store sells and then when people need it I could tell them where it is :)))

Im a big fan of Michaels. They have a lot of different craft supplies and they have really helpful employees. I went today and had great interactions. Its also conveniently right by the highway and park meadows mall.

Ordered online at night when the store was closed and my order was not ready the next day until ten minutes before close, so impossible to pick up next day. currently waiting for my order for 20+ minutes and no one has helped me yet. sure this is good to come in a buy, but pickup online is a disaster.update. never gpt helped by pressing the button. eventually went into the checkout line to actually get someones attention. dont bother with the pickup button at the fron

This is a nice store but when trying to look for something for my grandson, the stockers were everywhere and wouldnt move for me to look at the displays.

I love Michaels! I love the double tipped Tome markers, but it is hard to find them by themselves. They have a large selection.

A bit crowded but not unbearable. People being respectful and patient.

Just stopped by today to look at the new holiday merchandise, and I ended up buying half of the store (or at least it feels like I did 🤣). Great product choices, everything was easy to find, and Becca (the cashier) was very friendly and took the time to wrap and bag my items the way I wanted. 🎃

I went to Michaels to purchase 2 wreaths to decorate my front porch. I easily found what l wanted. l had a discount coupon and quickly paid my bill. Milly was my cashier and was very helpful and kind. She gave me a future coupon if l went online and completed a survey. And l merrily went home. Unfortunately no matter how many times l tried the email address, my phone rejected it. So no survey

Do NOT go here if youre trying to use this as a drop off point for Amazon/UPS. Also do NOT go here if you want to use your phone to pay (or any kind of nfc tech). I was more dumbfounded than frustrated that Michaels doesnt have NFC. The store in particular was unorganized, dingy, understaffed in both knowledge of the stores basic functions and in the literal amount of employees. Dont try to use any type of coupon or phone number or anything at the end either. Overall I would just avoid this Michaels in general.

Attentive staff, great location!

This was probably the worst shopping experience that Ive ever come across. We stood in a huge line, while Teresa (manager) was too busy going on and off from a register for no reason what so ever leaving two young ladies to take care of everyone. If she would have helped her team out, this stress would have been avoided. From the time we started in line until we left the store was 26 minutes! Hobby Lobby will be our choice from now on. You need to note that we shopped on a Wednesday afternoon.

First time we found it great but next time we felt it a bit pricy and also could not find kinetic sands that my kid was mad about for few days. We especially liked their semi-precious gem stones collections for making jewelries. Some of the kids art and craft items were really creative.

Love exploring at Michaels!! Another one of my top 5 places to visit for retail therapy! Great products, great service. My only problem is when I just need one item to finish a project ... I take a turn down the wrong aisle and find at least several other items that I didnt realize I needed 😁

This is one of the nicest Michaels in the area. This plaza has tons of parking so its easy to get in and out of. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always have tons of product in stock.

I like this Michaels store but the staff is hot or miss with their service. Some are great and some just look through you.

Friday at 1 pm 2 cashiers & 11 people in line. Store was in complete disarray. Yarn aisle was terrible. Skeins pulled out & in the wrong bins. Looked like a morning after Black Friday but it wasnt. Their yarn selection here is better than the Castle Rock store but they did not have any Vannas Choice in stock which is usually carried at CR.

I love shopping at Micheals. It has everything that I need for my arts and crafts. Its also a great spot for gifts, for fake flowers, and for picture frames . I always get my canvases and acyrlic paints from here along with whatever else I feel like creating that week. You can find coupons on their website under the weekly ads, plus there are coupons on the receipts.

Michaels seems overpriced and does not have a good flow. Even with their sale prices things were rather pricey

This location is well organized with friendly staff. It is typical of most other locations so dont expect many surprises. However, I found this location to be a bit more orderly and organized that others.

Theyre trying to push their order online pick up in store. My cousin did that and we went, the order as wrong, they tried to fix it and couldnt, didnt communicate that to us. What should have been a 3 minute pick up ended up being a 40 minute ordeal. And no idea why it took them so long just to tell us they couldnt find her items. Just and absolutely poor experience

I have now had three posters matted and framed here and was very happy with all three! Also, my son was creating a cosplay-type costume last Halloween and we found an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who guided him toward some low-cost easy options to create his Beast Boy costume.

When I took in my project the framing staff was great. Awesome suggestions, used measurements, gloves, etc. I advised I had a due date and she promised it would be done 3 days before. Two weeks later I call 3 days before due date and they say it will be ready. I call the day of and they just started working on it and said they were missing a piece but would be ready on the last possible day I needed it and they would get the missing piece overnighted. I advised I had to pick it up as soon as they opened. They called at 3pm and when I said I was really disappointed that it wasn’t done in time I wasn’t even offered an apology. The guy said I should be thankful they had the missing piece overnighted! I had mentioned that the only reason I brought it there was because they said they could do it in time and he said well it will be here when you get it. When I picked it up I was told no one was available to speak to me about my complaint. I spent $380 the least I could get was good customer service from start to end or a future coupon. Very disappointing there and that they missed a due date. Saving grace was that they did a beautiful job on framing.

Expensive and they never seem to have what Im looking for.

Typical Michaels. Ten staff for every one customer. Empty store. Sterile. One employee did ask if I needed help and smiled. That was nice. Lots of junk. Not as much on the art front. Your Prismacolor display is still empty! Just in case you guys skip that isle.
