Im beyond impressed at the service at AFD Auto body. Not only were they incredibly accommodating with my schedule, they finished my car earlier than expected! Im blown away by the professionalism they have shown. The guys working at AFD Autobody are so friendly and eager to answer any questions/concerns that crossed my mind. They were extremely professional and assured me that all my needs for my car would be addressed. Jacky and Marshall are so hardworking, they were able to fix my car in 3 days even though they initially told me it would be about a week. Afd auto body has been great to me. As a first time owner, there were a lot of things I did not know. I bought a used car and not long after, there were a lot of problems. I came into the consultation with no knowledge and had a hard time expressing what was wrong (other than trying to reproduce the sounds myself...) but they held my hand throughout the whole process and now I can drive safely, knowing they have my back :)

What else can I say besides FANTASTIC SERVICE! They offered me a beyond reasonable price and took such good care of my baby. Will be coming back.

My friend recommended this place to me a while back. I have been here three times and I have nothing but positive things to say about AFD Autobody. All of the mechanics that I interacted with were friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. Everyone who owns a car knows that finding a half-decent auto repair shop is one of the biggest headaches when your car randomly runs into problems. But ever since my first experience at AFD, car troubles are the least of my concerns. The staff are very patient and provide a lot of clarity on the REAL issues with your car, as well as what you will be charged for. I am never worried about getting cheated or overcharged when I come here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have been here twice. Darren and his crew are very accommodating. From the estimate, to the time I received my car, it was a very smooth process getting my car done here. I recommend anyone to come here if they want a headache-free experience.

Overpriced mediocre work. Arrogant owner who plays favorites. My rust is already returning on a car that lives in the garage and doesnt see weather and its only been 1.5 years and thousands of dollars paid. Owner absolved responsibility over the matter, tried to put blame on me. And on top of all this, my car still to this day has not been wet sanded or buffed, and it was claimed to have been taken care of. Pitting all over my paint, orange peel like texture, and holes left everywhere that shouldve been filled. 0/10 would never ever recommend.

My name is Steve and I went to Balico Automotive in need of collision repair. My daily driver is a 2004 Toyota Highlander and through normal wear and tear the rear bumper had developed some damage. The bumper was basically cracked and needed realignment. I contacted Darren Balico, the owner of the shop, who immediately returned my call very promptly and said that i could bring my car by anytime during the week for an estimate. He recommended replacing the entire bumper instead of repairing it due to the size of the crack and described how much more expensive it would be versus replacement. He was even able to accommodate me and my busy work schedule by making himself available at the shop for an evening drop off. He was able to quickly source out an inexpensive replacement bumper and within 2 to 3 days the car was ready for pick up. I was impressed by the turn around time he provided. Not only was he able to successfully replace and paint and realign the bumper but he also noticed that my front headlamp was hazy and full of oxidation and dirt. He took the time to buff out the headlamp and made it crystal clear again, enabling me to see better at nighttime and save money on having to get it done elsewhere or buy the tools to do it myself. It’s the little things like that is why i will continue to come back to Darren’s body shop for collision repair work and refer others to him. I was thoroughly grateful and thankful for the high level of customer service and professionalism he showed by explaining the entire process and why he was doing what he was doing rather than simply forcing me to do things a certain way and limiting my choices. Darren took care of my car as if it were his own. His team worked around my busy schedule and meticulously corrected blemishes among other exterior issues.
