The BEST auto body shop in town, Ive been going to them for almost 5 years with anything. Alfredo and Jose always make sure I am taken care of as quickly as possible and I can always count on them being up front and honest. They make stressful situations easier to handle by being truthful, providing an explanation and keeping you updated along the way. Ive had multiple issues with my vehicles over the years and they do such phenomenal work, I never have any issues, I never have to go back. I really appreciate and love all the hard work this shop does. Will never go anywhere else!!!

Colorado Customs and Collision is one of the best body shop places. Not only the are the staffs amazing people who are willing to compromise but their service is incredible. When you bring your car in they explain to you the whole process and make you feel trusted. My car was given to me on the exact date they told me it was going to be handed to me. This is one of the only places who returned my car back super clean and they really made it look brand new. Their prices are great and worth the pay, without a doubt I will always bring my car here.

Colorado Customs & Collision is a great business! Their prices are very reasonable, and they do such a good job with whatever you need your car fixed. Jose is fast to respond and friendly. Hes straight to the point and doesnt try to add unnecessary fees.We initially were referred here by Front Range auto after they told us they were unable to fix our damaged bumper. After being told by three different collision shops that the entire bumper would have to be replaced, Jose responded saying they could fix it. We dropped it off at his shop and within a few days he and his crew were finished and I couldnt be happier with the results. The bumper looks brand new. I definitely recommend Colorado Customs & Collisions to anyone looking to get work done on their car. I will be back in the future.

The gentlemen at Colorado Customs & Collision did a wonderful job fixing my 06 MDX after fender bender. The shop worked with the insurance company and made sure that I got the right parts instead of the cheaper and lower quality parts that the insurance company was trying to short-change me into accepting. Jose was great to work with and is very trustworthy. When I picked up my repaired vehicle, I was shocked how good it looked. I think it looks better after the repairs then when I bought it. Thank you Jose, it has been a real pleasure working with you.

Sat for a month after waiting to get repaired after accident, oil leaked out of car, they drove it a bunch (maybe to other repair shops, no idea why there was over 100 more miles on it than when we dropped it off), apparently not paying any attention to oil level - we know oil light works when low - so it must have been on, but filled up oil shortly before we picked it up so light was off but damage was already done. Engine went out on first drive from Denver to Erie. Could have had insurance company claim car as totaled, instead the money went to these guys to repair which was our other option, and they went ahead and totaled it for us and will not return a single call on the matter. 5k to replace engine they ruined. ** mechanic instructor and shop owner verified that the above scenario is almost certainly correct after they inspected car. there is no way to really know 100%, but definitely deserving of 1 star for being sketchy and not even calling back to discuss.

Alfredo and his team were very professional from the beginning . they finish my car in less than three weeks and they did an awesome job .Alfredo was very polite and kept on sending me pictures of all the progress they were doing with my car at some point they even deal with my insurance adjuster. The first time I came to the shop I told them I needed my truck ready before the 22nd of March and then I told him that if he wasnt going to be able to fix it I could take my car somewhere else and he said that that Wouldnt be a problem that he would have my car ready before than.MY CAR IS FINISHED AND READY FOR MY VACATION 👍👍.You gotta appreciate when people keep their word and actually do what they say they will do. Im very happy with the results this shop is very professional very honest very reliable I couldnt be happier thank you Jose I really appreciate you and your team.I honestly recommend these guys for your next project think about it twice before you go elsewhere these guys are good and know what theyre doing.

Over the last 6-7 years, Ive had to bring my car to Jose twice. Both times were an amazing experience where I walked away extremely happy. Jose and his staff are very professional and give the best customer service I have EVER experienced at a car shop, mechanical or body. Jose and Red were so accommodating and did things for me that the insurance company failed to do. Jose got an Uber for me to make it to work because Progressive dropped the ball on setting up my rental. I will not use another body shop as I am so pleased with the service here.

I found Colorado Customs & Collision when I had hail damage. While everyone I spoke to was friendly, the work was not as expected. My interior had black streaks throughout my headliner. Within the interior the plastic components had grime, paint, and scratches all over. My vehicle is a 2017 and did not have those scratches prior to bringing the vehicle in. I am missing a clip in my headliner from when my roof was worked on. Under my hood theres a couple clips missing. When I drop my vehicle off, I expected to receive it back without missing parts.. Maybe this was a rare situation that does not happen with this shop, but they will not get my business again.

Great shop. Small, but did the best paint job ever on my car. So happy with the results. Jose was kind and fair.

Jose was so amazing!! He talked me through the whole process and kept in touch while they had my car! He even buffed out a spot for me that wasnt part of my repair!! AND.....they had my car done in 2 days!! These guys are great!!!!

Update, Colorado Customs and Collsion handled a fraud issue professionally and in a timely manner. Prior reveiw did not reflect on the work they do here. Unfortunately bad people do bad things. Respect for being professional and getting things figured out asap!

This place is an absolute joke! They ruined my Audi with terrible paintwork and zero attempt to rectify the issues. There was trash in the paint, runs and overspray galore! I can not believe this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.
