After being side swiped and having our whole side panel needing replaced,, Fairway Collision Center had our vehicle done 3 days ahead of schedule with also swapping out all 4 tires! The most friendly and courteous staff there could ever be. Many updates on completion throughout the whole process which was very nice. Upon inspection of my vehicle, it was like a brand new vehicle driving off the car lot. As I opened the door and entered to depart the facility, I noticed a HUGE surprise.......They had also detailed the whole interior of my vehicle!!!! Now thats going above and beyond customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend these guys for any and all your vehicles needs.

After someone hit our new car in a parking lot, we were in the market for a trustworthy garage. We called a number of places, but we were not impressed by the low level of customer service offered at the garages we tried. Luckily, we were recommended Fairway by another business and were glad that we were. Fairway is locally-owned, which is important to us. They were very responsive when we called, and they managed our paperwork via email, which was convenient. They sent us text messages throughout the repair process, and the car was done two days ahead of schedule. Wed recommend Fairway to our family and friends in need of a trustworthy garage, and we plan on returning to Fairway for future car maintenance and repairs.

I was rear ended at an intersection. It was a great enough impact that the frame need to be replaced a huge job. Fairway took it on and the repair had many challenges, but was completed professionally. And I’m very happy with the results. If you want professionals to work on your vehicle Fairway is the place.

First I would like to point out that I have been in the automotive industry for a decade. I am extremely picky when it comes to my vehicles being worked on by someone who is not myself. They did an amazing job at fairway, my vehicle is black (which if youre not in the industry, is very hard to get done correctly compared to other colors) and the body work and paint is flawless. You would never be able to tell it was hit or repainted. The door jam repair is also flawless, very very VERY solid craftsmanship. Turn around time was extremely quick.Up front at the office they were extremely friendly and helpful in more ways than they realize. This company has earned a permanent customer, If I were you I would not consider another location. They even detailed my car, inside and out. I wasnt expecting that at all. Extremely satisfied with the company.

Fairway did an excellent job repairing some body damage done to my sons car by a friend of his. They were the best deal of three businesses and got the car fixed in less than a week. The car is 16 years old and looks like new where repaired. Would not hesitate to go back. Hopefully, we wont have to, but I know the repair will be done right If I need to. Great job Fairway!

Ive been going to fairway for about 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. I dealt with John when I first started going and he always gave us a warm welcome and ensured everything would he finished to our satisfaction. When Rudy started that same amazing service was still there. I seriously appreciate this shop being so honest and the amazing work they do. Fantastic!I was led here by an accident that I was involved in. My first impression of the place was from Donnas friendly and servant attitude. Right from the start they make you feel like apart of the team.It took about a month for my car, but they communicated with integrity and honesty. They truly live up to the core vales of wisdom, care, courage.... They truly run towards the roar when a costumer (me) accidentally makes it tough.My car had an issue before the accident, and Rudy took the time to help me and my dad figure out what is wrong.I so appreciate this Rudy and Donna and the care they give. They will see me again for my future oils changes and car care.

I have been patient and trying to get my vehicle repaired by Fairway Collision for over a year... I understand that there is a lot going on right now with COVID, however I can not even get them to call back. There is really no excuse for this. Disappointing at best.Fairway did manage to get me in finally. They did a solid job with the repair. Customer service may have been lacking but ultimately they did solid work.

I was in an accident on November 11th, 2018 and my insurance company recommended that I go to Fairway for repairs. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. I’ve outlined below the obstacles that I faced each step of the way.•The shop is only open until 5:30pm Monday-Friday. These limited hours made it extremely difficult for someone with a family who works a full-time job.•Communication is non-existent throughout the repair process. If I wanted an update, it required me to call. Each time, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience.•This is the only shop I’ve been to that didn’t once ask for customer satisfaction feedback. This tells me that they aren’t interested in adjusting their practice to ensure that it meets customers’ needs.•I made a total of three visits to Fairway and they were still unable to fully restore my car.•Fairway returned my car with a damaged wheel bearing.•On a separate occasion, Fairway returned my car with a damaged strut.•During one visit to Fairway, I spent 3.5 hours in the waiting room. After my wait, I was told that they would need more money out of my own pocket to fix my car’s yaw sensor. They said this part was unrelated to my accident. After taking my car to a mechanic of my choice, I was told that my car’s yaw sensor was in fine condition and had nothing to do with the repairs that were needed.•Fairway told my insurance company that they would like to “wipe their hands clean of me and my car” before completing the job.My car was fully restored, thanks to another shop, approximately 90 days after the accident. It’s evident that Fairway relies on insurance companies for business. They do minimal and mediocre work in hopes that their customers will accept with the fact that their car will not be the same as it was prior to an accident.

We have used Fairway Collision twice in 45 days. They are amazing! Their work is second to none and are so attentive and informative. Their estimates are spot on and their promises of how long the work will take are exact. I will use them whenever I need bodywork done on any of our cars in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

These guys are awful. I brought in my car that had to have the front bumper replaced and repainted. The paint job they gave me didnt look anything like the rest of the car. I complained and asked them to redo it. They agreed, so I gave them another chance, came back, and literally it did not even look like they had tried again because there was no difference that I could tell between their first attempt and the second. I understand sometimes it can be tough, but I would have honestly left the old bumper on there (it was just a crack on the bottom) if I would have known what a horrible job they would do. Ive never felt the same about my car since they ruined it with their paint job!I recommend you do NOT utilize this shop even though Geico will try and get you to go there and have repair services performed. Not coincidentally either, when I went to pick up my car there was another gentlemen also picking his up, and he looked just as unhappy with the results of their work on his car, as I did on mine. They will give you a poor product and do their best to convince you its the best you could hope for, but its utter BS--these guys are just incompetent!

Very professional and helpful. Went there for a claim and they took great care of my car and assured me everything would be checked and replaced if needed. They kept up on notifying me each day and got my car completed faster than they assumed. Definitely will be going back.

Exceeded my expectations.I tend to not like body shops, not because of the people, but because of the work product. In this case, I went in open-minded for hail damage repair to my new vehicle. Nathan Mannani dealt with me and gave me confidence in the shops capabilities. The repair was estimated to take 2.5 weeks, but Fairway completed the work nearly a week early and 100% to my satisfaction. Without hesitation, I would go back for future needs, and do recommend the shop to others. Transparent process, dealt directly with my insurance company, and was very accommodating to my schedule.A+.

Getting in a parking lot accident isnt what anyone wishes for on Christmas eve, but accidents can have a way of providing long run reward from time to time. In my case, my insurance directed me to get my vehicle serviced at Fairway Collision. This was certainly a case of accident and reward. The entirety of the staff was incredibly accommodating...even going well out of their way to transport my vehicle to and from their shop given my disability limits me to a particular and unique set of modifications that arent interchangeable with other cars or vans. The finished job is top notch and the service impeccable; local feel with world class results. I would recommend Fairway Collision to any and everyone looking for a five star auto body shop!

I am genuinely beyond words at my experience. In the recent blizzard I ran over a pile of snow that detached the splash guard under my engine. It scraped along the ground causing quite a noise. At the recommendation of a friend I setup an estimate here and brought it in today. The guy told me itd be just a few bucks to fix myself if I bought the pins. He said they could do it for around $50. I am not a car guy so I said Id have them do it.Cut to five minutes later and Im leaving with it completed and no charge! I didnt expect the repair to be completed today, much less at no charge. I get that it was a minor thing, but this just doesnt happen.These guys have a new customer for life. Theres a reason their rating is so great, what a class act!

Terrible. The receptionist was callous and rude. They wouldn’t even look at my car to give me a basic quote on bumper repair. I guess they’re doing well enough where they can let business walk away.

Fairway, Geico and Enterprise coordinated everything seamlessly. The Fairway mechanic identified additional damage underneath the car and it was fixed with no hassle. The car looks great. The claims process was painless.

Very poor customer service; the estimator was very shifty and told conflicting stories every time I called for an update. He always started with didnt I call you yesterday or I was going to call you at 3:30 and it was 3:45. He also told me that some things would be sent out of house for repair. The lady at the front desk told me that nothing is sent out of house. Well, two weeks into a very minor repair, he blamed the third party for delaying the process. The kicker for me was when he promised the car back at the end of the day. We told him that we would fetch it the next morning and he immediately pivoted into the excuse that it would not be ready until the following afternoon! I feel everything out of his mouth was a lie. Today, I spoke with him on the phone and he would not let me talk to a manager, therefore, this review. I cannot attest to the quality of the work, but he had many chances to make the customer services aspect right. Simple straightforward and honest communication would have kept me satisfied, but feeling like I have been strung along and lied to the entire time has lead to me feeling completely ripped off. I will take my business elsewhere next time. Its too bad too because I wanted to like this company. I was even considering making them my primary mechanic based upon reviews and first impressions.

I work right up the street from Fairway, so I decided to stop by and get an estimate on my 2002 Honda Civic (not a collision situation, just a repaint/body repair). I met with Alex, who gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. He gave me a ballpark price on what it would cost to do the work right, but advised against it based on the cost involved and the age/condition of my car. He also provided a couple of alternatives based on my specific situation (ones that did not involve paying Fairway) if I wanted to do the work more affordably. What I really appreciate about this is that Alex treated the situation as if it were his own car; not as someone trying to profit despite the situation. Based on the information Alex provided, I decided not to proceed with any body work for my car.While I did not have any work done from Fairway this time, I can tell you that I will when I need work next time as a direct result of the honesty and integrity that Alex showed me.

Great reviews. Guess they havent checked out Fairways (lack of) ongoing customer service. Sure isnt the good old days, right?I had two repairs done at Fairway Collision Center a few years ago -- they replaced the front left fender and front bumper, and replaced a rear view mirror in another repair. I was very careful to follow their instructions about how long to wait before washing the car, and to go to a brushless carwash. I noticed within a year afterward that the paint was starting to ripple on the bumper, and that the left fog light was loose. Guess I should have followed up right away. The paint has gotten worse and has peeled off the bumper in various places around the license plate and right side, as well as on the left. One of the owners, Nathan, came out and looked at it, found a 1 square dent and concluded that I had been in another accident and that I was one of those customers who re-damages their car & then expects the body shop to make more repairs. Right. Im sure a 1 square dent would have caused the paint to come off all different areas of the bumper and would have knocked the fog light out. Sure. It has not been in another accident. Fairway is just being jerks about admitting that their paint job didnt hold and that they never secured the fog light. Youd think that as much money as we (and State Farm) have paid for repairs, that they could have at least offered to repaint the bumper for less. But thats not customer service in 2017...for sure not at Fairway Collision. I hope State Farm reconsiders taking them off their Preferred Provider list.

Unfortunately my car was damaged by the recent hail storm so I dropped it off at Fairway. They handled all insurance matters and repaired every hail dent without having to bondo, replace or repaint any part of my car. It looks good as new. Great repairs and service as well.

I was looking through reviews prior to choosing an auto body shop related to having an accident after an icy road event; therefore, submitted a claim through my Geico insurance. This was a Geico preferred shop. I saw a few reviews that stuck out as a “warning if you have geico”. Some indicated they don’t put as much effort into geico customers as other customers. Obviously, this made me a bit hesitant. However, when they evaluated what I presumed was “slight cosmetic damage”, was found to be much more extensive. This obviously contradicted the ‘Geico insurance holder’ limitations on addressing l what needed repaired. Trevor was who was in charge of my repairs and he updated me every step of the way. I was extemely impressed by how thorough they were and in no way tried to ‘cut corners’. They ordered new parts instead of attempting to mend broken parts to ensure the longevity of their repairs. When they called me to inform me it was ready, I went to pick up my car and it looked absolutely brand new and I was ecstatic. The only hiccup was that the electronic technology had not been reset correctly (things that read the gas gauges, miles left, washer fluid etc were saying empty). They promptly took my car back in, and found they needed a little extra time. Since I had used an uber to get there, Trevor himself drove me back to work and, when completed, drove my car directly to my place of work for me. Everything looked great, drove great, and the electronic system was reset back to normal. He even called a couple of hours later to ensure everything was up to my expectations.I haven’t had much experience with autobody shops prior, but this one was extremely exceptional in their capabilities, quality of service, communication and overall customer service. When I spoke to a few different people about my experience, they looked at me like I was crazy, because apparently this level of service is a rarity to find nowadays.Geico insurance holders: DO NOT BE HESITANT. Fairway Collison has been absolutely amazing!!! The big bonus: all of their repairs come with warranty :)Highly, highly recommended!

My experience must be different from others, based on reviews- so take mine with a grain of salt.I had my car repaired here through Geico.After 2.5 weeks I was called to retrieve it.Upon driving off the lot and getting 1 minute down the road I saw my side mirror, which was to be repaired, wouldnt adjust.Turned around.They needed to connect a wire.Drove off. This whole time dragging 2 small children in and out of the office.Drove onto the highway and got up to 225. Noticed my braking was shaking my car! And my tire pressure light came beeping on!I called them, near tears. They did offer to come up to get me but I wasnt going to wait for 5pm traffic with 2 kids on the side iof the road.Went back down.They said my tire they attached was over-filled.And the braking was just my roters that I wasnt accustomed to the shaking with anymore.When unsaid so now I can go, but I have hardly any gas in my tank-- because of driving back and forth.They informed me there was one 7 minutes away...I told them that was ridiculous.They offered to go take my car.So I was sitting to wait for my car to have enough gas to go get back home up in Aurora.They then said they found some gas in the back and gave me a bit.It was LITERALLY a teeny bit.Left overly frustrated.Wont go back.

First of all Id like to say THANK YOU for fixing my car and doing such a great and speedy job! Ive used another Geico collision company before (who did just an awful job and it was probably the worst 3 week experience ever, PS anyone out there NEVER go to Caliber Collison, if there was a rating for negative stars they would have it) and was a little leery about it this second time, but you guys turned my thoughts right around! I can honestly say if I ever need to fix my car again I will be turning to you guys! It was too funny I had already picked up my car and you had sent me text updates that my car was ready for pickup. These guys are THAT FAST! Super friendly staff as well! The last thing anyone wants to deal with after having their car dinged or beaten up is to deal with a careless staff, so thank you for that as well!

Sub-par work. It feels like if its a Geico claim they put the new guy on the work. The installation of my bumper was poor, they scratched the paint on the opposite end of where repair work was done and the quality of the paint work was average at best. I would not recommend using this shop if Geico is involved.

Fairway Collision repaired the hail damage my car incurred. They did a fantastic job! You cant tell where any of the dents were - and my car was really bad. Jacob was especially helpful, Katie is extremely friendly, and the owner is beyond kind. Everyone at the shop worked together to make the process as easy and pain-free as possible, which I appreciate. They are a recommended facility by Geico - and Chris Whittey, the Geico adjuster, couldnt be any nicer. He was very thorough and fair. My experience exceeded my expectations so much that I am going back to have something else repaired on my car that had more to do with my 17 year old son than the hail storm. My car was finished early and the job was done right. You can trust Fairway Collision Center - I not only trust them, but I highly recommend them. Theyve earned a lifelong customer in me.

Worst customer service ever. Call if you need anything really means we will act annoyed every time you call when we told you the repair would be 10 days and it becomes 15+ days. I noticed a door ding that was poorly covered up with touch up paint and when I called to bring it up they wanted to argue about it and were rude. Overall the repair itself seems to be done correctly...but the whole experience was a nightmare.

This is a Geico Xpress location and there is a GEICO estimator on-site who can answer all any insurance questions. For GEICO clients this is a real advantage. When reviewing the damage to my truck I mentioned that I did not have to have the manufacturer emblems replaced on my tailgate. They cost $75 and serve no purpose other than advertising for the manufacturer. As a result, the estimator reduced the cost of my deductible by $75. That was a big savings for me.As for Fairway Collision, they did a great job. The tailgate had to be painted and it matched the color of my truck perfectly. Plus, they gave me a written lifetime warranty of their work. The work was performed according to the original schedule and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I picked up my truck I asked if I could get a small bottle of the leftover paint for touch-up and they went back into the shop to get it for me. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

I had to take my car in to get fixed after a hit and run and everything from start to finish was just fantastic. Having to deal with an accident is never a fun experience but Fairway Collision really went above and beyond to make sure that everything past the accident was as stress free as possible. I would absolutley reccomend taking your car into this collision center. They work directly with Geico as well so if you are making your claim through Geico it is a one stop shopping experience.

Terrible terrible service… The bodywork was poor, they forgot to reattach my topper to my truck and were total jerks about it. Staff is mean and rude… Do not bring your vehicle here !!!
