He was also extremely car savvy. Were loving our Lincoln Corsair and are so happy that we chose Lincoln! Its sophisticated, luxury, comfortable, functional, and safe.
I had an appointment set but had 2 tires blow out before the appointment date. I called and talked to Kyle in service and was able to get the car towed in. Because it was no longer drivable Kyle said he would try to get it in ASAP and he did. The communication with Kyle during the process was fantastic. The service experience from start to finish was first class. Kyle and the rest of the service department team are true pros! I even received a car wash. Thanks for getting me back on the road Kyle! Landmark Lincoln knows how to treat the guest.
My experience with the dealership was just fine. However, the technology of the Aviator is incredibly glitchy. Phone as a key works about 50% of the time, the main touch screen has poor responsiveness and whenever I hit a bump while turning a corner the screen flashes to another function. I really like the car but their technology is 5 years behind Tesla.
We just became the proud owners of a black label Lincoln aviator. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality and comfort of the vehicle or the service from Landmark Lincoln. Bob Davis was excellent! He followed up regularly and delivered on every detail. Honestly EVERYONE we have interacted with at Landmark has been excellent. Truly a 5 star experience so far, and I expect that well continue to experience that level of service.
My service representative was Kyle and he checked me in immediately upon arrival for my scheduled oil change. It was done in a reasonable time frame and Kyle followed up at the end to walk me over to the payment desk and give me a summary of what they found. Everything went exactly as Kyle had indicated. Thanks to all the staff for a great job! And I really appreciated the car wash. Great service all around. The staff seems to be very happy to be working at Landmark Lincoln.

Landmark Lincoln went above and beyond with my recent repair of a stolen GPS antenna. The repair required body work and the end result was seamless. They even detailed my car! The body shop staff was professional and courteous and were extremely helpful with the insurance claim. I could have taken my car to another shop, but I am so glad I chose Landmark for the repair.

Landmark Lincoln staffs a very positive and productive team of employees. The Service Dept is very thorough and prompt. Certainly they had a loaner car for me and they make it very easy to adapt while my car is being serviced. I will never buy another type of car - 1) I love the way the Lincoln rides, and 2) - the team is a step above other dealerships.

I recently called Landmarks Service Center to get an oil change scheduled, and was offered to have their team come direct to me for the service. Today Cody and Alex arrived to change the oil, rotate the tires, and even take care of some lingering recall issues - all done while I sat in the comfort of my office. Cody and Alex were extremely professional, courteous and quick. Definitely utilizing this service going forward!

My car was evaluated at 8:30 am, by noon the problem was identified. When Alex replaced the pulley at 2 pm, he found that another part needed to be replaced as well.-attention to detail--nice, to get it all done at one time. The car was ready by 4 pm. This shop always does an excellent job and I am pleased with the communication I received from Jorge to help me understand what was going on throughout the day.
The dealership was a joy to work with. Service department has also been a good experience so far. The car? Thats a different story. But these 5 stars go to the people and dealership!

Landmark Lincoln completed a recall service on my MKZ at our home with their mobile service van. The service was quick and all items were completed as scheduled. The service attendant called to let us know he was on his way at the scheduled time and he explained what was done and the results of the all points inspection at the completion of the work.We have been a customer of Landmark Lincoln for the past 12 years and we would recommend them as a dealer to buy from and have them service the vehicles. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Landmark Lincoln and would like to commend them for their customer service. The dealership closes at 7PM and my job requires that I work until 6PM. I called to see if I could come by at 6:30 to see the car and despite being close to their end of the day, they allowed me to come by, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. I worked with Mel who was a pleasure to deal with. The staff I interacted with were professional and very pleasant. Additionally, they were flexible in negotiating the price of the Jeep and the value of my trade in to help get my payment where I was wanting. Overall a very quick and easy process. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend stopping by and checking out their inventory.

My wife’s Lincoln was dead again so I called Landmark and spoke with Linda the receptionist and Jorge the Service Writer. Both were very pleasant and helpful. A tow truck was sent quickly and her Lincoln was picked up. I was notified a few hours later the battery was replaced and the system checked and they had a driver ready to bring it back home. About 40 minutes later a clean Lincoln arrived and a Uber driver took the delivery driver back. Thanks for taking care of my wife’s car so quickly.
Outstanding service and folks.Apparently on a lease, Lincoln no longer includes normal services like oil changes. Very frustrating, but the folks at Landmark were (more than) understanding and worked with me. I am very disappointed by Lincoln corporate, but very pleased with Landmark.

(of course with social distancing it was awkward to stand apart from the two wonderful associates while they delivered our new car to our house. From a basic negotiation over texts, emails and phone calls to their Lincoln Black Label delivery of our 2020 Lincoln Navigator L it was too easy. I tried for more than a year to get a factory recall done on my Ford Escape by 3 different Ford dealers, I was told the same excuse by all 3 of them that the parts were not available yet the service department at Landmark had it done within 5 days of when I asked them about it. I will always use their service department now.
I recently purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKC. I worked with Mr. LAWRENCE PEREZ AND LOU YACOVETTA. These guys are awesome. I had to do most of this via text and wow am I impressed.I cant say enough about low pressure and the ability to get things done easily and quickly. I am 2 hours away and went up after work. They were very friendly and able to handle everything quickly and with out hesitation. Once we decided that was our vehicle it was smooth and easy.I will happily use this dealer again. Inventories are low during this COVID phase. However, attentive senior-level representatives are proactive with low-key but informative interactions - YOUR PACE! I really like their style.Lincolns represent Fords best production and design efforts. We are looking at the Aviator SUV. The interiors are gorgeous! Flat-out gorgeous!The twin-turbod 3.0L GDI V-6 (400 HP) has serious pick-up. Tow capability tops out at 6,500 lbs. Ground clearance around 8.5. Quiet from all the sound-proofing for your conference calls, even under hard acceleration or rough roads. My wife loves it. So, do I get it?Only worry I have - lots demanded from a small V-6. Lots of tech to make it all work. Prefer the option of a bigger V-8, but that is not an available choice - its just this Eco-Boost, hard charging V-6. And its rated for 6,500 lb. tow capability(?). IF we do get it, Ill have to watch this vehicle like a hawk for any symptoms - that will be my commit.

I chose Landmark for a couple of reasons. I had seen a television commercial for Landmark with the owner of Landmark driving the vehicle that I was interested in at Bandimere Speedway in Denver. At the end Tom, says, You have to drive this car!. I said to myself, Yes, I do!. Secondly, I visited there very early on a snowy weekend morning because I had seen the vehicle I was interested in was still listed in inventory on Landmarks website. A Sales consultant named Mike Ferigne, greeted me. He was pleasant and helpfully walked me through the entire display of the vehicle in the showroom. We then went and found the vehicle I was interested in. Mike had the lot attendant (all pleasant folks) clean off that care and Mike and I test drove it. Tom was right, I had to drive that car because then I wanted it. Mike introduced me to his Sales Manager, Jeff. Jeff was a wonderful fellow and within minutes made me an offer I accepted. I traded two vehicles in, got a fair price for both. I was introduced to the Finance Manager Alan Rieck, closed the deal and drove my new Lincoln home! This was a wonderful experience!
My husband Steve and I had a great experience with Mel, Jeff and the team. We were on our way to go drive a range rover, and Mel handed us the keys and said here drive this. While the range rover drove nicely, the navigator was and is pure luxury. I’ve never driven a nicer more comfortable more fun sexy car than my brand new Lincoln navigator. my husband buys several cars a year and his only comment was that was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Well lets just say I was able to dodge the white Velcro New Balance Sneakers for a few more years. Thats right folks... no minivan for this guy. My wife of 10 satisfactory years was in the market for a new ride and and I suggested we take a look at the Lincolns. Coming from three consecutive Cadillacs it was time to reinvigorate the gleam in the garage. We pulled into Landmark Lincolns lot and there she was.... The 2020 Lincoln Aviator. This unit screams elegance, style and class. There isnt a soccer field around that wouldnt like to have this thing pulled into the parking lot. The Twin-Turbocharged 3.0L V6 will snap your kids back in their seats before they can attempt the change the 90s hip hop pounding on the Revel Audio System with 14 Speakers. When youre rollin on 22s theres no suburban dad that wont stare in envy as you cruise by. Many neighbors and fellow grocery shoppers have asked where I purchased this magnificent piece of American machinery and Ive told them to go see Eric at Landmark Lincoln. Hes the best in the biz!
Top notch dealership. I would highly recommend new Car salesman Ken. He addressed our every concern and was a delight to buy our Aviator from. He took plenty of time to show us the vehicle inside and out, and set up both driver profiles for us. This dealership is so thorough, that they found a very slight paint blemish on a rear passenger door. It did not meet their standard of quality, even though it was invisible to me, so they took time to arrange work with their paint shop. This dealership even took the time to give this vehicle the complete Colorado package, and included it in the original cost of the vehicle. Manager Alan threw this in for us! When the time came for us to sign the papers, we were introduced to Alan. He had already prepared all 58 pages of documents, so the only thing we had to do was sign. Alan was a delight as well and explained the process as we went through everything.We strongly recommend every aspect of this dealership. When a previous Lincoln we traded in, had been in their service area for repairs, we were notified every step of the way. This dealership is the complete, one stop shop!
Purchased my 2019 AWD Nautilus from Landmark and I love this SUV. Great in all types of Colorado weather, responsive, great tech and sound. All my service is through Landmark service and it is great. I can stop by with a small issue like low tire pressure and they fix it right there. I love their concierge service, it is a great benefit to owning a new Lincoln!

Landmark Lincoln always gives me great service... there are times when what I need is not a quick fix but the wait is always good... only drawback is lack of restaurants real close to have a snack... I tried across the street at but, I was surprised at the price of the burgers there this time... Next time I will spend more time looking elsewhere...

We just purchased our first Lincoln MKX Black Label at Landmark Lincoln. We were fortunate to meet an awesome sales consultant, David Cunningham. He walked us through the whole process with ease and understanding. Before our test drive it he showed us all the highlights of driving the MKX Black Label. When the papers were signed he sat in the MKX explaining how ALL the Black Label features worked. After downloading the Lincoln app and syncing our phones we were confident and happy that we made the right decision as the sun set on our drive home in total luxury!! Service is the best part of this old establishment. I love that they pick up my car and return it to me. They stay in top of all the service and follow up as well. Only frustration is that they need a better wash department.

From the start I was treated extremely well. The process was easy and focused on my time from the beginning. Ken was an excellent source of knowledge about my vehicle. Will was very polite and accommodating in my vehicle search across the US. After the selection of the the vehicle the paperwork process was the easiest process I have been involved with in my car buying experience. Ken gathered all the information for me, on my time, which enabled Allen to get us in and out of the signing. Ken, Will, and Allen made me fell like I was the most important person at that time and where the reason this was my best car buying experience. I would buy every vehicle from Landmark if that is an option in the future.

Just got my Aviator back from a big repair to the tailgate and bumper resulting from a hit and run. These guys are wizards. Ed and Doug kept me in the loop and Phil was very helpful, as well.
Chose them to repair my car after an accident. They replaced 2 wheels that were not the same color. I can no longer lock/unlock my doors from the inside. I have called 4 times now and they still wont fix it.Update: 6 months later my car is finally fixed!
Extremely easy to schedule my auto for its regular maintenance services. They delivered a loaner car, so I did not have to miss work and that is critical right now for me. They were quick to complete the service and back within several hours. Staff was also very friendly.

I purchased my Lincoln Navigator 10 months ago after my first Navigator a 2008 with a 130,000 miles was totaled by another driver a year ago. I purchased this one because I was so pleased with my first Navigator. I have not been disappointed. I has lived up to my expectations!
The staff was prompt and courteous. The work was done timely. They washed my car and the mats inside. Because of COVID I wanted to wait outside. I was able to move a chair from the waiting room; no problem. I like these folks. They are focused on the customer.

I get my 2018 Lincoln MKX Serviced here. They are wonderful. I DON’T recommend buying or leasing a Lincoln - the cars software and electrical system has never worked right. The safety system will Not Automatically stop you if you’re approaching cars that are still at a stoplight. Apple CarPlay doesn’t work about 20% of the time and the massage function doesn’t work 60% of the time. This team has looked at all 3 problems and can’t find anything wrong. Disappointing, but it just seems to be part of the Lincoln brand. Suggest a Tesla or upcoming Rivian instead.
I was so impressed with the level of service I received when purchasing my new Avaiator at Landmark Lincoln. The GM and Louis took their time with me and found me the exact car that I was looking for. They were willing to bring the car in from a sister Lincoln dealership and they were willing to deliver the vehicle to my home in Albuquerque. We ended up driving back to Denver to pick up my new car and the process was seamless. They had all of the paperwork ready, they had detailed the car and it was ready for pick up.
