This was the most painless experience Ive ever had when it comes to vehicle repairs. The turnaround was fast and they had my truck back to me before other companies even called to schedule an estimate. Nick (the owner) came by the house and explained what they do. He answered all of my questions and offered to pay for both my deductible and rental. Nick kept me updated every step of the way and they went above and beyond repairing the hail damage! Even with the parts being delayed in shipping(out of their control) they were still able to install them the same day of delivery and have the truck back in my driveway that evening. VERY happy with the service and entire experience!

As someone who had never been through a damage claims process it was hard to know who to trust and what the process needed to entail. Nick and the crew made the whole experience seamless, and almost totally hands-off for me which I dont mind considering my lack of knowledge on insurance claims. I needed a my car for a roadtrip just 4 or 5 days after I dropped the car off, and Nick was able to throw all the repairs together in a matter of 4 days. Okay. Wow. If you’re anything like me you are very aware of the “too good to be true” scams. But, THIS IS REAL LIFE PEOPLE! Mile High Dents is a lifesaver. When my car was totally beat up from a hailstorm, I did my fair share of research to see which shops would do quality repairs. I’ve always been weary of the pop-up tent dent repair businesses because once they leave town… they’re gone forever. It was such a good day when I returned to my car after work and found a letter (in a sealed envelope… very personal) written by Tim from Mile High Dents in my door! I looked them up and thought, “why not…” So I gave Tim a call. He truly cared about my concerns and didn’t rush the conversation at all. Within 20 minutes, I had an appointment. I met Tim at a rental shop and he put me in a rental where I only had to put a $50 deposit down. He used my insurance rental money to cover whatever they could for the car and then he paid for the rest of the rental bill. When this company says you pay ZERO out of pocket they mean it. They covered my rental car AND my $500 deductible. It’s not too good to be true! I had to leave town unexpectedly before my car was done getting repaired and Tim said, “no worries!” and paid an extra couple days for my rental car. WOW. When my car was done he drove it to my apartment complex, gave me the keys, and took my rental car back for me – my deposit returned to my bank account a couple days later. When I was checking out my car, I noticed that my fuse box wasn’t clipping in like it used to… Tim ordered the new part, told me to hold tight for a couple days, and delivered/installed it in the parking lot of my complex with no questions asked. Needless to say, my boyfriend has an appointment with him to get the ball rolling on his car (damaged in the same storm) on Monday. Such an awesome person… such an awesome company! Plus, he gave me his personal cell phone number to communicate with any questions. (P.S. – Did I mention that Tim does all the communication with your insurance company? You don’t have to deal with the obnoxious phone-tag or condescending insurance folks). Pinch me… I must be dreaming.

I had had my truck for about a year when it got beat up by hail while at work. I was approached by Jameson Primack and Dennis Armstrong about getting it fixed. I was hesitant at first because I didnt think anybody was going to fix all of the damage without it costing me a bunch of money. I was wrong. Mile high dents made the process painless, I wasnt out any money and it was fast. Id send any of my vehicles there and recommend them to anyone who needed hail repair. Nick has a great staff, and a great shop.

We had hail damage on our poor garageless Subaru. Nick and his team were so great to work with! They explained the process, showed us their shop and made getting the rental while they worked on our car easy. Our insurance adjuster was NOT easy to deal with and she was about to deem our car as totaled, but Nick worked his magic (even though I tried to no avail) to persuade her to lower the estimate so it would NOT be totaled. We enjoyed a nice rental for a couple weeks and then got our car back looking great and we paid nothing! He even replaced our missing lower black panel that runs along the bottom of the doors for free! (something we lost several months prior) When they returned the car, they brought it to my husbands work and returned the rental for us. What service! We will definitely use them again when the next inevitable hail storm hits.

Nick was amazing to deal with, he was able to have my car repaired the same day I came in to get it looked at. I originally went for one large dent from a shopping cart. We did an initial walk around, which Nick was very thorough and found a few other dents that were much smaller and not as noticeable (I work at a retail store parking in a busy lot). I waited at the shop while my truck was being worked on, got to watch netflix and browse some awesome car books. Nick gave me updates the whole time I waited on the progress. The service was quick and came out fantastic, you cant even tell the dents were ever there, I couldnt be happier!

Hail doesnt scare me anymore - Im not going to wait nine months to fix it again, either. Because we all know its coming!! I just bought a brand new car when we got hit with the hail storm at the end of May with $12,500 in damage . A neighbor recommended Mile High Dents and I contacted Nick Barone who immediately came out and then got me scheduled with his shop and in a rental car. Just got my car back and it looks great and is cleaner than when I took it to them. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to all!!!

Worked at about six different hail shops since July and this company is the best by a longshot, there are other companies out there that are cheaper and possibly faster, but theres always a reason for that, QUALITY. Nick runs practically everything alone and theres nothing more important to him than quality. So when your taking your car to other shops consider if you want something done fast as possible or someone who actually cares about your vehicle.

We had our 2017 Highlander hammered in a hail storm in May 2019. The insurance company was proposing to have the roof cut off and replaced. Took it in to Nick and he said he’d work with the insurance company, ended up they PDR the roof and the rest of the car. They found additional hail damage, contacted USAA and had the additional damage added to the claim. Nick worked with us to get the car in and out while we were away so we had no downtime with the car. The work? It is flawless. I can see no evidence of hail dings anywhere! I’ve waxed the car twice since having the work done and the finish is amazingly smooth.This week I dented the hood of my wife’s car, contacted Nick and he got me in right away. Within a couple hours the hood was fixed, door dings removed. Great work is done here. I’d highly recommend Nick and Mike High Dents for hail damage and any PDR work you need done!

The Mile High Dents team really do a fantastic job. Both mine and my wifes car were hit in the same hail storm last spring so we took both of our cars to MHD separately. We didnt have rental car coverage, so we going to be out a lot of money to pay both deductibles PLUS weeks of car rental expenses. Mile High Dents covered the cost of both, turned each car around SUPER fast (less than a week for one car, and about 10 days for the other, which had pretty extensive hail damage), and they were super friendly through the whole process! They handled all of the insurance logistics, stayed in close communication while they had each car, did a great job on both vehicles, and most importantly saved us a bunch of money!

Incredible experience working with Joe and Nick from Mile High Dent. They made a usually cumbersome process, completely hassle-free! I never once had to deal with the insurance agent after the initial adjuster came by for review. I have owned over 30 vehicles so as you can imagine, I am no stranger to paintless dent removal. I challenged Nick and his team with a hard-to-access, unsightly dent on my brand new vehicle. They removed the dent flawlessly and surprised me with a clean car, tire shine and all! Nick even returned the vehicle to my house for no extra charge!Do not bother with any of the other PDR shops around town. I made the unfortunate mistake of giving a highly reviewed shop I found on Yelp a chance with a different vehicle. Unfortunately, they unnecessarily drilled a hole in my front door and did not even fully remove the dent. Thankfully, I took that vehicle to Mile High Dents and they were able to repair the botched job and fully remove the dent!

As long as Mile High Dents is here, I will no longer be worried about hail season in Colorado. The experience I just had with them was better than any other PDR company that I have had to work with over the years. Recieved my jeep back with missing plastic detail pieces on the luggage rail...found one plastic cover for temp sensor for the windshield under my passenger seat...my jeep was dirty on the inside and there was still pink dots all over the body from them pulling dents...they also way over charged my insurance company for repairs that were not made...the most obvious was the antenna that was never replaced but charged to my insurance company...They made a bundle off my insurance company and didnt pay attention to the detail of my jeep or upheld to an agreement to a window change as promised
