Cannot recommend this dealership and Mike Lather more highly. Smooth, quick, no hassle and up front on everything. A great experience. Then a week later the service department noticed that the oil had not been changed before we took possession of the car. They certainly could have blown it off and we would never had known. I was a bit concerned that being a smaller dealership we might run into some high pressure sales tactics, but that wasnt the case. We originally went in to look at the Maserati we saw online and even though we were a bit undecided, the conversation never felt like it had an agenda from them. Eventually we did decide to purchase the car and the paperwork was seamless and smooth and went faster than most other purchases weve made, and there have been a lot!I waited to submit this review until Id taken the car back for some promised services, just to see how things went.The car hadnt been detailed when we drove it home so they took care of that easily and the provider they use did an excellent job. A piece to install the license plate bracket was missing so they ordered that AND a specialized Maserati bracket and will install it when it comes in. They also took it over to the Maserati dealership to check a few things and get an owners manual, which hadnt been left in the car when we bought it. I found that to be a really nice gesture since they didnt have to do, but did because they really do aim to please the customer.I recently had a vehicle from a large well-known chain whose service department left something to be desired. My experience with Royals service department, specifically working with Chiron, was excellent. He not only got everything completed as promised, but was very communicative, professional, and helpful. In fact, I found everyone I dealt with to be professional and helpful. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend them!

If you want a good Car come see May she will take care of you. It was an easy process with her. Thanks May.Update: May was great to work with. This update has nothing to do with her, her customer service was excellent. And she gets five stars but, I’m not happy with the sales manager that I put down 5,000.00 on my 2015 Ford Explorer and it didn’t come with the essentials that a car should come with. I had to put another 150.00 into my SUV after buying it. I had to buy floor mats and new windshield wipers and here is the kicker I didn’t notice when I was there because it was raining and then Got dark by the time I left. But, my drive side fog light is totally missing the whole assembly. This isn’t right. I shouldn’t of had to buy them things. These are things that should have came with my SUV already. I’m not posting this to be petty, just make sure when you buy your car from here it has all them things. When I asked the sales manager to correct these things everything was a no. I even had to tell him to give me gas as there was hardly any in there. Any true car lot will have your gas filled up and have floor mats and windshield wipers and definitely the other fog light. Not happy about that at all. I wish they would reimbursement me for this stuff. I know some might say I could have gone somewhere else but, I’m working on my credit and my bank that I just paid my car off works with this car lot and so I went through them and they had the suv I wanted. But, I feel that just cause my credit wasn’t the greatest I felt like they treated me like they where doing me a favor by financing me. Keep in mind I did put 5,000.00 down. I’m not happy at all.

I just bought a used Ford Explorer here and they were all great! They worked with me to find a great rate and were helpful during the whole process. My consultant, May Stiglich, helped to make sure I was completely happy during the whole process! Very reasonable prices and they filled up my tank before I left. I’d definitely do it again and I hate shopping for cars.

I had been browsing the web looking for the perfect car, keep in mind I’m from Santa Fe New Mexico, and Royal Automotives is located in Englewood, Denver, Colorado. After an excruciating car search in Santa Fe, I turned to Royal and I was instantly approved for a car with one of the many banks they partner with. They told me everything up front, I gave them the required information, and 2 days later I’m driving away in my new used vehicle. I was helped by Ixtly, and also Nathali, both showed extreme professionalism, and they answered all of my questions with ease, and nothing was hidden from me, everything was up front, and communication was clear, and not once did I feel blindsided.
