Pros:-Happy with how fast they were able to get my vehicle in to have a grinding/clunking sound diagnosed.-Work seems to be good, time will tell if leaks occur.Cons:- Did not ask for any work to be completed, I asked for a sound to be diagnosed.- Was never called to ask if I wanted work completed.- Components were not documented so I do not know what gearing I have in my vehicle still. (Had I asked for the work to be done this is something I would have asked about)- Now have all the components to do this service and can not return them. (The service they did was the service I was planning to do, hence why I wanted the sound diagnosed)- Vehicle interior now smells heavily of oil. (Assuming oil residue from mechanics clothes or hands on interior)

The alternator went out in my husbands Toyota Sequoia while driving home from work, and we are so fortunate that it happened as he was passing by DR Auto. Its an older car with high miles, and we were trying to decide if it was worth the fix. Dean and Rick were amazingly helpful in talking us through all possible options, and their pricing was much more reasonable than our normal auto repair shop. They were super patient with us as we weighed all of our options, never pressuring us to make a decision. My husband even said, Man, they are such nice guys! Its the first time Ive worked with a mechanic and felt I was being treated like family. They will be our go-to shop for all future repairs!

Well done by the mechanics here! Took my 2500 Cummins in for a service 4x4 light. They found the issue and only charged me the labor for the easy fix! Asked them to look at the front end while it was there and had a repair done. They ordered the parts for the truck 30 minutes before closing and had the truck back to me the next day. I think I found my diesel mechanic!

6AM this morning driving to work and my truck decides to go into limp mode. Not a good way to start the day. I was able to get it to the shop at 6:30. They open at 7:30 but these men had the doors open and were already working. Thankfully they were kind enough to take my keys even though they weren’t officially open yet. AND the gentleman in the office gave me a ride to work and I didn’t even ask him to. Truck was fixed by the time I got off work it was washed and tires and wheels were nice and shiny. Thank you!

I took my f150 to DR Auto and Truck repair for a rather large repair, I can’t speak higher of this place, they where polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with about the repairs. They finished my truck sooner than expected and at a better price than I thought it would be. The work done was professional and clean. Finally I found a repair shop that I trust. Whether you need a simple oil change or a major repair they are the shop to turn to. Dean the owner is very hands on and will answer any/all questions. Super great customer service

I found this place by chance on Next Door Neighbor as he was looking for an ASE mechanic. I needed major front-end work done on my Sons 2003 GMC Yukon and the owner gave me his information to his shop. The first thing I noticed was how busy they were at least 8 vehicles from high profile company. I spoke to Rick and explained that my 17-yr. old son bought the vehicle and it was sagging on the front right and may need a strut. Unknown to him I had had taken it to another shop and this was a second opinion. Yes, it was a test and they passed with flying colors. They found almost the same things wrong but some parts the other repair center said needed to be replaced were ok. Rick also came in lower than I was quoted buy shop 1. The GMC was ready when he said it would be and for the price he said. But when we got in the vehicle we noticed a few things. The front seats were loose and the elect controls were hanging down, center console was loose and our brake light was out WHEN WE TOOK IT IN. We noticed they fixed the seats and console and replaced the tail light AT NO COST. That is how you treat customers. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. AUTO to anyone looking for a great, reliable and honest repair shop. Thank you Rick and your team, you have our business for life.

Between Travis and Dean Ive never once had such a welcoming friendly knowledgeable group of guys that sincerely really customer service to heart. Dr auto saved me over 1k on repairs for my truck quoted by another shop. On top of that they did excellent work and gave my an honest opinion on stuff I may not need that I was told I needed to do by the other shop. The washed my truck up after and hooked my up with some washer blades! I was very happy and will be continuing to bring both my vehicles there for service.

My truck developed a small oil leak. I pretty much ignored it for about 3 months until it got a lot worse very quickly. I brought it to DR Auto repair because it was across the street from my officer and I needed it fixed right away. I was thinking it was something serious like a main seal. They called me about an hour later and informed me that it was a bad o ring at the oil cooler. An easy fix at a very reasonable price. They also also recommended I replace the front brakes, which I knew I needed as they were squeaking quite a bit. The price was also very reasonable. The work was done in a timely fashion and I now have a new go to auto shop.

My transfer case went out on Sunday afternoon I had it towed there Sunday evening they had it out one week later because of parts waiting for parts really good service really good customer service all-around great experience. I would take my vehicle there again.I would also highly recommend them! Give Dave and Dean a call to make an appointment for great service and customer care!

I was referred to them by a friend in the auto business; he spoke well of them and now I know why. At this point I will be having all repair and maintenance work performed by D&R. Just moved to Denver, and needed to find a trustworthy non-dealer repair shop to have a look at the brakes on my 2006 Caravan. The shop offers free brake inspection and they were able to set an appointment up on a Saturday, which is huge for me due to my work schedule. After quoting me a fair price, I was pleased to have the work done, on the same visit, on a Saturday. Ill be coming back!

This is the only place we will go. Dean, the owner, defines integrity and honesty! Everytime Ive been given a quote, it has always been that amount or lower. They take pride to get the work done right the first time.

After rebuilding my front end I was in dire need of an alignment. Dean took care of the alignment and saved me a lot of money doing it, its complicated process for my truck. My truck would also creak when I drove. He noticed this and fixed that problem for free. I do not think you will find better service than this very often. I highly recommend this business if your having trouble with a vehicle. Very, very happy with the experience.

**BEWARE** I had a lot of work done on my truck there in March 2015 including upper and lower intake manifold gaskets for $914. Two years and 12.7K miles later Ive got a very reputable shop saying that they are leaking and need to be replaced again. I can only assume the work was either done incorrectly the first time or that they are using inferior parts. In any case I feel ripped off for almost a thousand dollars, and my only recourse is to warn other people before they bring there vehicle here

I finally found a place I trust with my vehicles. This shop is awesome and will show you the problems with your vehicle on a lift so you can personally see what needs to be fixed and why. If you are looking for a place you trust check these guys out!!

Very unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly at business as I was here. Please save yourself the frustration and bad service. Not the mention the dent in your bank account. We had our F-250 truck repaired there in August of 2012. They kept our truck for over a month claiming they were just too busy to deal with it. But by that point they had it partially torn apart so we could not go pick it up without having towed to another garage. We had a warranty on the truck which was going cover part of the bill. They failed to send the bill to the warranty company for six months. The warranty company wanted a statement showing only the part of the work pertaining to the warranty coverage. We left over 20 messages with them in addition to the times we called and could not leave a message due to the voice mail being full or just got no answer at all. When I finally spoke with Erika (the front desk girl), I had to hold the phone away from my ear because of how loud she was screaming at me about her money that she just wanted us to pay instead of the warranty company. DR Auto refused to work with us on getting that statement to our warranty company. She hung up on me three different times in a matter or three minutes. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said “I am the supervisor” and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner (Dean Bergh) and she screamed he was busy and hung up on me. Please do yourself a favor and steer way clear of this place. They are bad news!!
