Fair price and knowledgeable service

Very friendly staff and comforting shop, only issue is my car was left filthy with some sort of white residue all over different parts . Other than that they got the job done very quickly and effectively ! Just please take the time to make sure the veichle is the same as it was left, spent 130 $ I expect a bit more care with my veichle.

Exceptional! This is the place to go hands down. This small auto repair shop is owned by a young husband and wife. This is what you hope a mechanic should be. Honest, professional, and great at their job. I am a tough customer and they have my business for life. Fair pricing and good work. I have a 2008 Audi TT and it has required a lot of tweaks. When I first bought my used car and looked at several shops, including Audi Service, I got so much BS about the costs to repair, literally 3x more than what German Auto Tech ended up charging me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. You wont be disappointed.

Every single time I need work done to my car I go there. The owner is a very cool guy he takes care of you and never overcharges you for anything. I wish I was Rich so I can help the owner out get a much bigger and better space where you can come in and get your work done on your car and leave in a couple of hours. But as I said the owner never overcharges you for the parts and the labor thats why I will continue to go there because I feel at home with my car in the garage. Thanks a million bro...

Took my car to multiple locations that gave me a long story of how the job I needed was a long hard job to do and that I should come back another time. Called German auto tech and got a simple reply, yes well get it done. Abs they got it done quickly and effectively.

Ive been having turbo boost issues with my 335xi ever since I had a walnut blast cleaning from another shop. Ive been to dozens of shops across the tristate area to try to diagnose the issue. Sentochi at German Auto Tech is the most knowledgeable turbo guy Ive met so far. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot every possible cause for the boost codes, always is super responsive, and has the most reasonable pricing Ive come across so far. 5/5 experience.

The customer Service here is EXCELLENT!!! and Very Professional. They have performed many oil changes and i have also had my brakes and tires changed here. The prices are very competitive in comparison to other shops i have been too. Not to mention they are WAY lower than any dealership would charge for the same service.

They fixed problems on my Range Rover when another mechanic could not fix it or did not fix it correctly.

Fair prices and excellent maintenance and repairs on both my mini cooper and nissa altima. I highly recommend them.

Battery died 2 blocks away. They came and jumped my battery and i drove there and replaced it. Only thing i didnt like was a fat mechanic banged on the hood of my car to get my attention while I was reading a magazine.

I came to ask about fixing my 745 which at other shops were charging me crazy money to get it fixed and the owner was very honest and helpful when it came to ordering my parts. He was very considerate with pricing and I liked that a lot since other mechanics want to overcharge people. The waiting area was very clean and they even had beverages for the customers. I would highly recommend this place to people!! Very good Mechanic.

I went to get an oil change and loved the waiting area. They even offer free drinks which was amazing since it was cold outside and I had the kids. The girl in the office was very pleasant and even made my kids laugh. If you need something done you must go here !!!! Ive been to others and honestly its just very gross in the bathroom and waiting area. As for the service it was done quickly and they gave me a very good deal to change my breaks as well. I will be coming here from now on !!

Came in to service my car with check engine light and did not know what it needed, thanks to the certified technicians I was able to leave worry free and get my car back on the road.

Fast and fair. I had my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz towed there based on the recommendation of the tow operator. I am glad I listened. My alternator failed and needed to be replaced. My vehicle was ready by the end of the day. I would absolutely return if I needed another repair.

HONEST

Highly suggest you get a second opinion to whatever quote they give you. Took my car in to solve some idle issues and an overheating problem. After the repairs were completed I was contacted and was told my car was running good and ready for pickup l. Not even 5 minutes into driving, the overheating persisted and the idle issue was still present. At this point I contacted toshi and he told me to bring the car back where he told me the overheating problem was due to a coolant leak he missed originally. At this point I have already ran the motor hot because I was stuck in traffic on the freeway and white smoke began to come out the exhaust. I asked him to run a compression test on the engine and he refused reassuring me it was my headgasket now. Later I found out from the new person I had working on my car that toshi told him I needed a new motor instead of a headgasket. I understand sometimes problems get misdiagnosed but dont be dishonest with the condition of a vehicle to make a few extra dollars. *Update* You guys claim to be an honest shop but are dishonest in your response. When I brought the car back a second time I insisted on having a compression check done and toshi refused insuring me it was a headgasket. I dont know what test you performed but it ended up costing me a motor. STAY AWAY

Very professional, quick and straightforward

Great service in and out was very professional and re diagnosed my faults and codes that were giving me trouble, which was my cam shaft position sensor which another mechanic tried to tell me was my timing chain Im very satisfied with the proper diagnosis and fixing my problem correctly.
