Dennis Santos really went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. After some trouble working out a windshield replacement, Dennis recognized our frustration and responded immediately to ensure customer satisfaction. He successfully scheduled an appointment as soon as possible that also met our schedule. This was very impressive as we had been on the phone with many different companies for several weeks and Dennis was able to step in and deliver a solution almost immediately. We really appreciate his efforts and are very grateful for him. Thank you very much.

Before warned!! My 88 year old grandmother went in for a basic oil change. Simple enough comes back with a $1800 estimate for a catalytic converter replacement. After finding and reading this estimate I knew right away she didnt need a replacement after just passing emotion testing a month ago. So I decided to do a diagnostic scan on my own time and check the connection and rust just to be sure. Sure there was a little surface rust but for an 06 with 60,000 it was in good shape connection were good and rubber bushings holding the pipe up in good shape as well. Not to mention I had replaced upstream and downstream O2 sensors little over a year ago. The diagnostic scan came back clean for issues concerning exhaust. No P420 codes etc. Not to mention the pictures they provided is the wrong system well hers is clearly not the same. So to anyone reading this I advise you to take caution go find yourself a mechanic that actually takes time and care for your vehicle. Kinda a disgrace for actual working mechanics. i have no idea on Gods green earth how a mechanic would ever miss something like this. I dont like to write bad reviews but for shame trying to take advantage of an old lady!

I had great experience here. I was 1200 miles from home on a trip and thought I had an issue with my truck. Knowing this, many repair places or dealerships would have charged a lot of money for unnecessary work. Hunter Scott took care of me very well and told me that there was nothing wrong with my truck. There was no charge. Also, they got me in on short notice when other Toyota dealerships would not schedule me for two weeks. I highly recommend this service department, especially if you are traveling and don’t want to get taken advantage of.

I bought my truck at this dealership and service here was fine for a while, but since the panic of 2020 they always have additional things my truck needs at the service department. So, did they sell me a lemon???My family is tired of the constant upsells at the service department. Theres a high level of trust needed with the people who work on your vehicle. You need to be able to trust them, but I feel that I cannot. Not any longer. This lack of trust might cost me if something really is wrong and my truck breaks down ... my nearly new truck. I simply dont trust them after seeing them upsell services to many in the waiting room and to us every. single. time we go there for our routine maintenance.I guess well have to start driving farther, but if I can find a service department we can trust it will be worth it. I understand that they lost money last year when people didnt need to get their vehicles serviced as often, but its not cool to make up for the loss on trusting customers.

Short version- Adam in service tried telling me our 2017 Toyota with 36k miles needed new breaks when in reality (other professional and non-professional opinions) they have approximately 70% life left.Long version- Recently, I brought my wifes car in to have them take a look at the brakes for the 3rd or 4th time (not all times to groove). The first person who helped check me in tried upselling me for a $50 or $55 evaluation/break check which I was told when I booked the appointment the break check was free. I informed him that I did not want the special break check just the one that does not cost anything. The service person who came in to update me, Adam, said that the car needed new front breaks and they recommended a break fluid change as well ($540). The car is a 2017 with 36k miles. I have a 2016 Toyota with double the miles that almost needs new breaks. I asked Adam why a car with such low miles, that has had an issue with break grinding since day one, was not dealt with correctly from the start when it was under warranty and why it would need new breaks so soon, he of course had no real reason but reiterated it needing new breaks. I ended up telling them to hold off, I took the car to Les Schwab a day later and they said the breaks have at least 70% life left on them. They added the grinding is probably hot spots.Its unfortunate service centers try to do this stuff and get away with it when it is someone who doesnt have the time or where with all to not support the bad apples.Ive gone to Groove Toyota Service Center on and off for a long time, even before it was Groove (Burt Toyota). Went in for a multi point inspection and my car needed 2 things that needed to be done. I went through with it and when I tried asking my supervisor Adam R. why it needed it he simply said “because it does” thanks for the explanation. they didn’t reset the maintenance requirement, they didn’t tell me I needed to come back and they left tools in my car! Do I really have to drive back 30 minutes out of my way to get this done? Awful experience this time around.

These guys really impressed me. Seth and Travis got my truck back in tiptop shape after a shade tree mechanic (who shall remain nameless) goofed it up. Seth maintained great communication during the process, and Travis expertly diagnosed my issue and fixed it ricky tick. I really cant say enough good things about these fellas. 10/10 will be back!

Pretty disappointed. I went in for a simple oil change and 21 point inspection of my Toyota 4Runner, I pointed out that my rear windshield wiper was not dispersing fluid. The guy who checked me in was nice enough to check it out after I complained, but said he couldn’t figure it out. The pump was working, but nothing coming out. He says they are too busy, to come back and make an appt. Fast forward a week and I take my vehicle for a drive during a snow storm and suddenly my front wipers run out of fluid. I check the reservoir and it’s bone dry. How could that be when I had specifically asked for topped off fluids? So I purchase fluid and fill it up. Suddenly, not only does the front work, the back is dispersing fluid. Apparently, the service department didn’t top off or even check my wiper fluids. Makes me wonder did they even change my oil?!

Service is typically great and quick! This 4 stars is for the manager there who came out to me and tried to tell me I put the scratches on my truck that were obviously done with their car wash. I had 4 people come out before him that all said it was the wash because it is not a touchless car wash. I have a 2020 Tundra and its BLACK. DO NOT LET THEM WASH YOUR CAR IF IT IS BLACK. It will scratch the hell out if it. I have scratches all over my truck now. Sides and even on the back. I take pride in my Tundra and take very good care of it. Took it on for an oil change and now I get to come back in a week to get it detailed for 3 to 4 hours, to hopefully fix the scratches. They did offer me a rental and are doing what they can. With that said I DO NOT appreciate the managers accusations in a moment where I was obviously upset about my brand new truck on its 2nd oil change now has scratches ALL OVER IT. I pray these scratches come out with the detail work. Love Toyota, Love the sales department, love service, hate the car wash and truly do not appreciate the service managers accusations when all he had to do was offer the solution to the problem that is SO obviously the car wash. He even said we should warn people with black cars that it is not a touchless car wash. Give me a break.

I got a complimentary oil change and a safety inspection but after I picked it up it started making this weird noise by the driver side. Went back to get them to check it out and they just said it was my car settling in with the heat these days. This is a brand new car with less than 11K miles on it. Anyone else have that problem?

I brought my 06 4Runner in twice for a ticking noise while driving. The service techs told me nothing was wrong and gave it back twice. I took my vehicle to Hartman automotive on Broadway and they were able to diagnose and repair my issue. I will only be bringing my vehicle here for oil changes in the future.

Adam Pearson seems to always get stuck with me during my visits. He is always super helpful every time I come in and upfront about everything. He even stands to answer my stupid questions without hesitation. Everyone has actually been awesome, it’s a nice change from service centers in the past. Made an appointment that was supposed to take 1.5 hrs and be covered under Toyota care instead service writer took advantage of wife and upsold her to a so called premium service which I’m still not sure what work was performed as far as I can tell that is Just dumping a bottle of bg engine restore into the engine can’t understand why a service that did so little to the vehicle took double the time and cost me $150. I won’t be burned by these guys again . Update explained the situation to the manager and he credited me on my next service and was extremely apologetic. Sometimes things happen thanks for making it right

Absolutely horrible service. Had taken in 3 times and they held it for 3 days and they couldn’t fix the most basic of issues. Got my car back, still unresolved, found loose bolts, got the car back in unsafe driving conditions. Called to talk to the service department supervisor. Left a message. They have yet to still call back.I managed to fix all the issues myself in under 5 minutes. All they needed to do was replace a fuse and it fix all the problems. I will never trust Groove Toyota again.

Sometimes I cant get an appointment but they allow drive in appointments like its no big deal. Their lobby is nice and its near a nice antique/thrift store that melts the hours away because its huge. The service has been great and they didnt mind when I brought my cat on a leash because we were on the move.

I placed an order for parts, and showed up on the day theyre supposed to arrive only to find out that they never placed the order. They were able to replace the order the same day and I got the parts in a couple days, but altogether, it was a disappointing experience and I wish they would have done more to make things right.

Buyer beware!! I bought a used vehicle at Groove Toyota. I had two horrible experiences on two separate occasions. One of the fog lights went out so I tried getting it fixed under their 2 month, 2,000 mile warranty. All they did was bandaid the issue to buy them time till the warranty expires. The Fog light went out again a short time later and all I got from them was a wash my hands response from them, sorry its no longer covered by the warranty. A couple miles down the road, I needed my first service, everything went great until I received my car back with 2 deep sracthes, paint removed and dented, on two of my doors. Originally I was assured that they will take care of it and make it right, even scheduled and appointment to take my car in for repair. When I went in to keep the appointment, to my surprise they pulled the same wash my hands tactic as before, even went as far as to try to charge ME for the repairs! I write this review with the hope no one else has to go through what I went through with Groove Toyota.
