Very kind workers and great service. But like any car place, they want to upsell. They told me I urgently needed a new engine filter, so I went and replaced it myself. Come to find out mine Is still white and just has a couple leaves in it. Hard to trust a place trying to hustle something so simple and cheap. But I really liked the employees. They did a great job. I have replaced most of the urgent issues brought up from their inspection for a much lower price than estimated, and evaluated the other issues to being nowhere close to urgent. This is mechanics though. They gotta make their sales. Id be happy to come back for more oil changes cause theyre more effort than I care to make myself.Pop the hood for yourself before you spend the cash. Always evaluate the issues on your own cause places like this will push maintenance on certain things long before it is necessary.

Our car broke down near our daughters home in Denver, so she recommended Intechgrity. Turns out it was the transmission that we just had fixed by another company earlier this year, and we werent willing to fix it again (we had already decided the next break down was our last for this car). Their prices were fair and even lower than our other transmission place. They spent a great deal of time looking over our car so we could understand what wed need if we decided to keep it, even when they knew we likely wouldnt get it repaired. The employees were extremely professional and patient - NO pressure for us to have anything fixed. They even allowed us to keep our car at their location until we could find a replacement and have it towed. They seem very trustworthy and reliable. We would recommend this business to anyone needing a car repair or estimate.

We Groupon oil changes here and love the photos they give to us of their evaluation. But they quoted us over $800 to fix some suspension issues. I called a shop in Highlands Ranch to do the same work and he quoted me $425. Will continue using their Groupon deals but won’t use them for anything else.

The service there is excellent. Each time I have gone there, I have been there no longer than an hour. The people here are extremely helpful and dont try to sell me on things I dont need but give me helpful advice on priority of issues they may have foun. Highly recommended this place.

I brought my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria into this place to have the intake manifold replaced, when I got my vehicle back it had a brand new problem it had never had before, the dash board clicks very loudly and constantly while I drive it. Obviously something they did caused this problem since it occurred under their care. I called the shop to talk to them about it and they proceeded to tell me its not their fault and that its an old car and I should expect things like this. My car has 68,000 miles on it, its been taken very good care of mechanically and was garaged and hardly driven for the first 15 years of its life, but thats not the point the point is they gave me my car with a new problem it never had before and they didnt tell me about the problem or call me halfway through the repairs to let me know about it, yet the person I talked to on the phone said that it was mentioned in the diagnostic, I have that in front of me rite now and no it was not. They are 100% responsible for this problem and if they had any integrity or if they even knew what that word meant then they would fix the problem they obviously caused for free. There rely is no such thing as an honest or trustworthy mechanic and this experience just proved it.

Always super welcoming and lovey. Love that they send out inspection updates!! It really helps me plan out for future work that may need to be done. :)

WE had taken our CRV to a shop for a oil change and tire rotation and were told that we needed a $800 repair job on the control arms on the wheels. We decided to get a second opinion and took our vehicle to InTechgrity . The mechanic looked at our control arms and determined all we needed was a tire alignment thereby saving us a lot of money. We are an elderly couple on a limited income and this was great news to us. Thank you InTechgrity.

I spoke with Rick regarding some issues with my 2000 Honda Accord; after giving some preliminary information, he was able to identify the most likely cause(s) and told me the cost of repairs wouldn’t justify the value of the car. Instead of having me bring it in (and pay) for nothing, he was honest with me and suggested I put it up on CL as a ‘fixer’ upper. I’ll need to buy another vehicle now but I feel confident that when I need some work done to it…this place is going to be honest and treat me right.Thanks again Rick!

I have been using Intechgrity since about 2005, when they were known as Tilden. They have never tried to take advantage of me for being a woman that doesnt know about cars, upsell, or do unnecessary work. After my last oil change, they thought one of the CV axle boots had ruptured from me hitting a retaining wall, and I was prepared to swallow the $500 repair bill. However, they discovered that oil had simply dripped on it, and notified me right away that they made a mistake and the work was not necessary. A lot of places would just go ahead with the repair and pocket the money. Even though theyre not really a body shop, they were able to replace the damaged air dam below the bumper with no problem and at a very reasonable price. I trust them 110% to do right by me and my vehicles. I literally would not go anywhere else for my oil changes and mechanical work!

I was very underwhelmed, and disappointed with my recent experience at the Englewood location.I took my vehicle to the Aurora location off Peoria Street for my last full synthetic oil change, using a groupon I had purchased that included a full video inspection, and tire rotation. I asked them to specifically take a look at the brakes, as they had started squeaking recently, and I wanted to catch anything early on to maintain my vehicle. They completed the oil change and inspection, and said my brakes looked great (even including the green check mark beside my brake condition on the oil change sticker.) I asked them why they thought my brakes were squeaking then, and the technician explained there were simply some “heat spots” on the brakes, but explained again that this didn’t pose any problems, and that the brakes looked great. I was so impressed with their integrity (like their name suggests) that I told my parent and co-workers that they were a great shop to go to, due to the fact that they hadn’t tried to sell me something I didn’t need.HOWEVER; I took the my vehicle to the Englewood location yesterday, as it had been 5k miles since the last oil change (and I have gotten fully synthetic oil since I’ve owned the vehicle), and the Aurora location just recently closed. The shop manager came out and said “Your rear brakes are metal-on-metal. You need new pads and rotors. That’s going to run you $520.” Obviously, I was very confused! I explained the fact that I had specifically asked the tech at the Aurora location to take a close look at the brakes during my last oil check/video inspection, and they had told me everything looked great! How could not only the brakes pads be worn down that far, AND have damaged the rotors?? The shop manager said “A lot can happen in 5k miles. We don’t advise vehicle owners to replace their brake pads until they are 3/32” or less. You wouldn’t have been happy if they had told you to replace your brake pads if they still had more than 3/32” of an inch or more, would you?” I said “No. What would have been good business, or showing “integrity” would have been telling me that my brake pads were getting low, and I would need replacement soon, especially when I specifically asked about the condition of my brakes. Not telling me they were “great.” This just cost me an additional $400 because they obviously missed the condition of my rear brake pads, or misdiagnosed them. THAT frustrates me.” The shop manager said “Yeah.....”.I would have hoped they would step up in some way, as their partner shop cost me an extra $400 out of pocket, due to missing exactly what I had asked them to look at. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen. If no amends are to be made, then I will unfortunately have to spread the word that this shop does not act with integrity, as their name implies.

I am so happy with my experience here! I took my vehicle to 2 other places before this one, and InTechgrity Automotive was the only one to accurately assess and fix the problem. They went out of their way to diagnose the problem, whereas the other places just wanted to start fixing stuff and see if it worked. Not only that, they did the work for less money. I really appreciate and trust these guys.

Steve and the folks at InTechgrity are awesome! The explain what needs to be fixed and what can wait. The prices are reasonable and my car is returned quickly. They pay attention to details like resetting the radio and security when the electrical has been interrupted. I have used these guys for years and would not go anywhere else.

I noticed my car was leaking pretty bad and I called Rick and Steve at the Federal location. I have taken my car to them many times prior for basic servicing and was always impressed with their honesty with my car needs. Rick was honest in letting me know they may not be able to look at my car that day but definitely the next day to let me know what was going on. After dropping off my car, they were great enough to take time at the end of that day to let me know it was the water pump. He quoted me their always reasonable price and I gave the go-ahead to fix. They were done early the next morning letting me know there were no other issues. My car is again running great because of them. Being a female and not being mechanically inclined can make this a stressful and vulnerable situation to be in, but these guys always treat you and talk to you with respect and help you understand the issue to help put you at ease. They are professional, very genuine and down to earth. I trust these guys very much and will always go back to them for all my car needs.

Amazing staff and quality service. I brought in a 2008 Honda Civic that suddenly had overheated. They contacted the manufacturer, verified the VIN, and notified me of an extended warranty that was provided for all original owners of a massive defect in the engines.Such courteous staff deserves acknowledgement for the great service they keep providing for the local community.

I came here yesterday for a synthetic oil change for our Subaru Crosstrek. The entire staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond for me. They even helped put lights in my car to get me home after they both went out unexpectedly. I would definitely recommend!!

I thought I needed an alignment on my 4-wheel Jeep as the lights on the dashboard indicated I needed to have it checked out. The team at InTechgrity educated me on the process and would only do the front and back alignment if it truly warranted. As it turned out I only needed a front wheel alignment saving me $20. They also gave me a ride to my nearby house and then picked me up. They were professional, knowledgeable and the price of their services were great! I will definitely use them again and again.

I had never been to Intechrgrity. I am moving out of state and wanted some general maintenance done on my car. I have an older model Honda which had some kind of electrical issue. Steven was extremely helpful, communicative, and got the issue taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were also supposed to look into a weird noise from the car. They changed oil but forgot to check on the noise complaint. They also certified that my brakes were good. Except, the noise is coming from a damaged wheel bearing. And my rear brakes were going metal to metal and needed brake pads replaced, brake fluid flushed and 10 other things. Had I trusted them on their assessment, I would have been in major trouble on my trip. I try to support small businesses but this experience was dangerous. I do NOT recommend this place.

I am an out of state visitor but was close to Integrity when my hood started streaming!.Fortunately I was able to get to the service center on Federal Blvd. They were able to fix the car the following morning for me. I found e the staff very personable and the car service ideal. What a blessing!!!

We hit badly our old and barely runnig car, and it had tires and leaking issues in the line with the need to fix several parts. Im really glad we chose to do it at InTechgrity. Steven and the team were really nice and helpful to do everything they could do to fix everything they could fix at the time.I really appreciate the service and kindness of staff.

I had an easy broken radiator problem. They were going to charge me $669.00 for parts and labor. And when I said that I was a AAA member, it was supposed to be 10% off labor. The guy said that it would only be $1 off of the $669.00.I was a Fleet Manager for a few years and have a lot of good mechanic contacts. I got quotes from (3) of my trusted mechanics and Tilden was $275-$325 MORE expensive to fix then my trusted mechanics. On top of all that, they charged $50.00 (or 1/2 hour in labor) to look at the car. It was the radiator. If it took them more than 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, I would seriously be surprised.The only good thing I have to say is they were nice. But they seriously tried to swindle me. Dont take your car here unless you have $$$ to spare.

My past two visits here brought me back, driving across town and all, but after todays visit Ill have to find another place. Called for an appointment and they said theyd honor the coupon on their website and I didnt need to bring it in. After waiting over an hour they I discovered that they didnt honor the coupon and just gave me a normal oil change, without tire rotation or road trip check. Rick apparently couldnt be bothered to check the appointment notes and honor the coupon. I had to show the coupon to get the right price and he still overcharged me by two dollars. Not a good experience. Left feeling like another number to them.

After paying for repairs and picking up my car i was less then thrilled. While taking a few days to consider going to talk with a manager about my experience, I got a call from the guy at the counter who is the person I had talked to before during and after repairs. He was calling because in retrospect thinking about when I left with my car, he was not satisfied that I was satisfied. He was right. So I Returned to meet with him and a manager so they could better explain everything. Basicly on the estimate 1 rather then 2 parts were listed, and they forgot to call to inform me. But since they called me to apologize before I even complained, they redeemed themselves and made good on their name. We met so they could explain things better and I left with most if not all of any extra I had payed over the estimate. Thanks guys!

If you need your vehicle repaired this is the place to go. The shop was immaculately clean and the staff was eager to please. Turn around time was faster than any other shop I have been to in the past decade. When dropping my vehicle off I was at the mercy of the shop; they not only solved the concern but did not try to gouge me in an unneeded repair. Recommendations were fast and to the point. This is an A+ shop!

Ive been coming here for years for oil changes and all the employees are super cool and easy to work with. They are very honest and always give me a heads up if there something off with my car but dont pressure me to do any services that day. We have an old truck, and these guys have always been great about letting us know what urgently needs repair, and what can wait a little while longer while we save up our money to finish the repairs. They also email you a detailed inspection list to help you plan auto repairs accordingly. The guys are very friendly, and they are great about explaining the issues of your vehicle in a way anyone can understand.

Despite reading reviews that said this place had unbeatable prices. I feel they OVERCHARGED ME. They replaced my thermostat .. a $25 part .. for $400 . I went to another Auto Shop last week and paid $500 for a high mileage oil change and both of my rear brake rotors replaced .

They would not honor work that wasn’t installed properly. I explained what I needed and they didn’t meet my expectations. I spent over 2500$ on repairs and I still have the issues that I brought it in for. I hope that you look elsewhere for quality work so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

Please do not ever go to this auto shop if you are a young woman. I went in after they sent me a coupon for an oil change and 10% off any work I had done. I asked for an oil change+filter, transmission conditioner, tires rotated and my serpentine belt replaced. Simple work, right? They tried to charge me $250 just for those things and said it would be at the most 2 hours until I got the car back. 8 hours later and two phone calls of them trying to tell me I needed more things done or else my car wont even make it out of the shop, they were trying to charge me $850 more!! I immediately knew what was going on and I told them I didnt want them to do anything else to my car, that I would pay for what I consented to and I was taking my car back. I immediately took my car to an ASE master certified mechanic thats done work for my whole family and he said everything these guys told me was a lie. He showed me everything they were trying to tell me needed to be replaced ASAP (rear brake caliper and serpentine tensioner) and everything was perfectly fine. They didnt tip off my fluids or even tell me my washer fluid was low and tried to reassure that they were good guys after they tried to charge me $1,000+ for unnecessary things. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Horrible experience!!!!!Tried to charge me $120 for an oil change!!! Older big guy with long beard Was extremely unhelpful! I brought my 2014 Subaru in for an oil change purchased with a groupon for $64. Left work early to get car in before big road trip, then this guy tells me I need a “specialty” filter and extra quart of oil and it will be $120 😳. I proceeded to tell him I get my oil changed regularly and it has never been over $60 even at the dealership. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that was the price. I told him $120 was outrageous and I would be taking my business elsewhere. He just said “okay”. Horrible experience!!!
