Wow! Charles is the truth! His customer service skills were so strong but that’s not just it. He was so caring and courteous. The last dealership I went to caused me nothing but headaches. Charles cleaned up their mess. Not only did he get the job done faster than expected, but did a great job communicating. They go above and beyond here. He also noticed a brake light out which I didn’t even notice. Fixed it immediately. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Charles just know you’re in great hands. Thank you guys!!! You are so appreciated.

I bought a car July 20 of this year paid cash and I still have not received a title. They misrepresented the odometer to the department of motor vehicles and New York State will not issue me a title and the dealership is doing little to nothing to help me get it resolved. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a Car dealership before.

This was my first time having my car serviced at Kia if Englewood. I had an emergency situation where my tire was losing pressure quickly. The staff were super helpful and got me a same day appointment as soon as I called. When I got there I felt very comfortable handing over my vehicle and even more comfortable in the waiting area as my vehicle was being serviced. Everything was done within two hours and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I will definitely be returning to this Kia location for any future service needs.

My wife e and I have been to every Kia dealership in Westchester, we finally decided to visit Kia of Englewood and happy we did. George was the salesman that helped us purchase our car he is the nicest and made this purchase a pleasant experience. Nelson was great in making sure we got the best deal on the car we wanted. I went to look for a car at this dealership and all vehicles were over at least $5k over the MSRP, their justification was the shortage of the chip. While the shortage is understandable I do not think the sales rep Bruno Lee and manager Richard were attempting to work with me as customer. It wasn’t until two days after my visit that I received a call being offered to sell at MSRP instead of attempting to work with me while present at the dealership. -Elvis Otero

If your time is precious and you have better things to do than wasting so much of your time just to get a price on a car, then stay away from this dealership. You will be doing yourself a favor and avoiding an unnecessary frustration. Just to get a price on a car you will be passed on to 3-4 people, there will be email and phone messages leading you to believe they will have a price for you. When you contact them they will keep asking you to go to their dealership, no price will be given. Why is it so difficult to quote a starting price on an item that you sell, after all the information needed is provided by the buyer??? I think we all know the answer!

My experience at Kia of Englewood was amazing. I was guided through my purchase of a K5 GT by sales rep. Bruno Lee who was very thorough, polite, and honest. Manager Nelson Jimenez was also very helpful, great to talk to, and truly went the distance to get me a deal. Compared to a few other Kia dealerships I had gone to before my visit, Kia of Englewood was definitely the most professional. I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit (even other employees passing by were super friendly). If Im in the car market again some time soon, I know where Ill be going!
Everyone was pleasant & accommodating. They fit me in when I didnt have a scheduled appointment. The only complaint (not really a complaint) is that no sticker was put on my windshield for the next oil change. Other than that, everything was all good.

First experience with Englewood Kia for service. I was taken immediately by a very courteous greeter. I waited in a very large, clean, well stocked waiting area that had plenty of hand sanitizer and required masks which they also supplied. Excellent first introduction to this dealership.

Update: The customer service manager called the next day to sincerely apologize for the experience. The steps they have in place to ensure a good customer experience had not been followed and they seem to be working to improve that in the future.TL;DR: I expect a car dealer to sell a car to the first person who arrives onsite. This review is about the strange and infuriating in-person customer service I experienced at this place. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.The Details:I spent 2 days engaging in detailed communication via phone and text with 3 employees about a specific vehicle, which included:- Confirming the day and hour I would arrive- Calling 3 hours before arrival to check that the vehicle was still available- Reiterating my arrival time and ensuring someone would be available to speak with me at that time- Reiterating several times that I would be driving from 2 hours away- Speaking with a manager about details of the vehicleThe last person I spoke with by phone was 2.5 hours before my arrival. This manager was to call me back “shortly” with the answers to my questions. He never called back.After arriving at the dealership, I signed in, referenced my previous communication and stood in the waiting room which was empty expect for my partner and I.Here’s what, as a normal human, I expected to happen:The sales people would ask if we were so-and-so waiting to see the vehicle, introduce themselves, explain that they had sold the vehicle in the last 2.5 hours, apologize for neglecting to call me back, and we’d move on our way. I’d even expect them to try to sell us a different vehicle.Here’s what actually happened:2 sales people walked into the room and stared at us. For seconds. Until my partner spoke. The salesman seemed confused about his own name, the sales woman never introduced herself. (We asked who they were looking for and the salesman said his own name. We had a weird back and forth trying to figure out if that was his name or the person he was looking for. It was his own name. It was extremely strange.) They didn’t seem to know our names, despite signing in, or who they were looking for, if someone else.I briefly explained my previous communication and told them what vehicle I was there to see, to which they replied - apparently surprised - they it had been sold. I asked when and asked why no one had returned my call. The salesman meekly said I had been emailed about it (I wasn’t - they only sent marketing emails). They didn’t say anything else, just stared at us. We walked out, furious. It was the most bizarre human interaction I’ve had in a long time.All I was looking for was human decency, to call me back when you say you will, either with details or to let me know the vehicle is gone. Own up to your mistake if you forgot to call. Apologize. Say words when you walk into a room, dont just stare at people/customers. (Before this I had never encountered a car dealer who didn’t have something to say.)I would have been disappointed but not angry had they acted like regular human salespeople. I wouldn’t even have bothered to write a review if they had.Oh - and folks working at this dealership? Dont bother responding with your generic reply and a number to follow-up. Use that time to enroll in a customer service course.
Thinking of changing those 5 stars. Problem not resolved. Called to bring car back. Have an appointment for over a week from now. Schedulers attitude not in tune with an unhappy customer.
First and foremost, I got used car from Kia Englewood three weeks ago and I realized my sunroof does not work properly, then I let them know and got appointment and they fix this however it’s still has issues on sunroof and need calibration, I’ve been trying to reach them out last couple of days but they always transferred my call to the service department and no answer! In addition I left my phone number to customer service for calling me back, it didn’t work as well. That’s also interesting I’ve been getting so many phone calls from sales department before I got the car, now it’s hard to find someone from service department !

I would definitely definitely recommend this place let me tell you how courteous and professional they are not only did they accommodate me on short notice but I had pulled my car into the wrong lot and unloaded my self and my diaper bag and stroller and baby and they were kind enough to move my car to the correct place for me and then service it and they actually did everything in such a timely manner and constantly asked me if I needed drinks or was comfortable they had a great TV on in the waiting room. Are usually go to the Jersey City one but I’m really glad that I wound up at this location because they are really respectful and that something big for me because I’m pretty ignorant to car stuff not going to lie so the fact that they were so honest and caring really made me feel better about being serviced by them

Salesman was nice but the hidden fees were outrageous. Fees were close to 3k before taxes. Sales manager swore his vehicle was the “lowest around” and wouldn’t even drop price due to the worst curb rash on all 4 wheels that I’ve ever seen including a bent rim. Went to the Benz dealer 15 minutes away and got the same exact car/miles for cheaper and $1k in taxes. *Car has been sitting on lot since April too so that says a lot*

I would love to give negative stars but cant. I am in the market to buy a new car and really like Kia. The salesman Bruno was rather arrogant and when I asked him what the base price was on a Telluride he said I can see what the sticker says and that there is a $10,000 premium on top of the MSRP...! He also said there is such a long waiting list for any of their cars and he said he wont help me as I can go online to check pricing. I told him I think Im done with the Kia brand and went straight to Subaru in Englewood! Well done Bruno! Way to go in chasing away customers. I wonder if your dealer principal will want to call me. The process was quick and we were out in no time with our new Niro (excited to have a hybrid)! Definitely plan on going back when were ready to replace our other car.
Charles, who handled the maintenance/recall work, is courteous, professional and knowledgeable, truly pleasant to work with. Everyone at Kia of Englewood that I interacted with is genuinely friendly and service oriented, including the employee (cant remember him because of the facemask, and thats exactly the point!) who kindly helped moving my car in the parking lot while on his lunch break. Came in to see a Kia K5 GT and was surprised at the amount of price gouging that this dealer operates at. The aforementioned vehicle had more than a 10% price gouge and the representative, Brian, would not negotiate. Please be aware of the MSRP on the vehicle you are looking to purchase as they will try to price gauge you. Good Luck on your purchase!
I honestly never had good experiences with car dealerships, but Mr. Jin Back showed me a new world. Mr. Back was so kind, friendly, and professional. He never once make me feel pressured; he was just simply amazing. For once in my life, I was not stressed AT ALL while purchasing a vehicle. On top of that, Kia really stepped up on the new vehicles! If youre buying a kia here, do your own research and then go in. NOT SAYING KIAS ARE BAD CARS, but the salesmen go on talking how good their offers are when in reality, they are not. A salesman told me that a used telluride costs more than a new one (same trim). Your monthly target may be important to you but lying your way in is not the right thing to do.
Had a great experience with George and everyone involved with my lease. We went to another Kia dealership before Englewood and had a bad experience, so we tried this one and was treated excellently all throughout. Everyone worked very hard to ensure the deal went smoothly despite some credit issues, but very very happy with everything and will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family.
Got my first ever lease with them. Georgie did an excellent job showing me the cars and helping me decide what car would fit me best. There were a couple issues in the lease process, but Nelson Jimenez really helped me out in finalizing the lease agreement and I will be sure to recommend this dealer to my friends and family in the future.

Oil change was quick but the attempted upsell was just an embarrassing thing for them. They tried to tell me I needed new tires, but when I showed my receipt for recently replacing them, they claimed it was all based on their system suggesting work based on milage and what work they had records of having been done.
I went to Englewood Kia, not knowing if I would leave with a car that say as I wanted a specific color both exterior/interior, which seems to be a hard find throughout the other Kia dealerships I have been to. I was lucky enough to get Amanda as my sales person. She went above and beyond, was fantastic throughout the entire process! I know I won’t be going to any other dealership or dealing with any other sales person again! 10/10!
Right now the upsell and premium is way too high. They want at least 8000 more as a dealership fee for models that are not high in demand like a sportage. Its like that with the chip shortage but right now unless you want to pay a rediculous fee, it is not worth getting a car from here.

Appointment and service was on time and complete.the only fault I found was that the drop off spot at service was a bit more than I expected and somehow the location should be changed so that a handicapped person would not be required to walk the distance with steps. I have considered that you technically just recently moved in and perfection takes time. Good luck
Most unprofessional car dealership I’ve ever worked with ! Waited 2 months for my plates and registration. Was always a song and a dance with them. Never answered the phone and ignored all calls and messages asking about the whereabouts. I was in constant fear & stress over getting a ticket because of their carelessness and irresponsibility. Do yourself a favor and save a headache and go to literally any other place but this one.Update: finally got my plates and registration after driving with expired temp and registration for over a month

Please do not use this dealership. They are price gouging on cars when other dealerships are not. My suggestion is to look around. Gabriel Bekdas is very typical salesman and do not trust. Again, my advice is to look around.

I was there today to lease a vehicle for my mother . Our salesman Brian Fernandez was pleasant, professional, and did not seem rushed or have his own agenda . He was extremely patient with all the questions my mother had for him and had a smile from beginning to end ! His manager Richard was equally helpful and willing to listen to my mothers concerns regarding the details of her contract . The finance guy at the very end seemed rushed and it was past closing time so he clearly wanted to get home which is understandable but we had also been there 4 hours so we too were exhausted . He was pleasant but told my mother to “calm down” when she questioned the wear n tear add options . P.s. Never ever tell a woman/client to calm down. That would have been a deal breaker for me but it wasn’t my lease, My mom didn’t seem to mind . In any case everyone was professional and even though they were short staffed and it took forever, we were over all pleased with the experience . Big props to Brian .
