I was very disappointed with the service provided by the somebody. I never in fact had an awning installed because the sales person who gave me an estimate early in 2021 knew my circumstances of not having that exact timeframe for installation and promised me that the estimate would be good through the end of the year. Upon trying to move forward with Ronnie I was in formed it would be almost 30% more than my original estimate. Having been made a promise that the business didn’t stand behind I think is the worst type of customer service. Also, as a small business number I understand that supply chains and costs can change over time, but standing behind an employees promise is what should matter more.

This company has been great to work with. When we started looking we thought we knew what we wanted. The salesman was able to explain different options and the benefits and shortcomings. Communication and responsiveness is really good too. We are happy we went with Awning Company of America.

Installed a patio cover in June, and fell off by August, the sales whose name is Ken is very rude and declined they are responsible for the repair. Dont expect guarantee or service after the sale!!!
