Dont order from them!!!! I placed an order on September 8, received an email confirmation on September 10 with the tracking number and then didnt hear anything from them for 3 weeks. I tried to track the shipment, however the status never changed from Ready For Shipment/label created. Tried calling several times, no one picks up, I emailed them about two weeks ago and they just sent me an email today just sending me the tracking number which I already have, with no explanation as to why my package has not been sent out. I put in a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. This is ridiculous and such a waste of time and money. They are completely unprofessional.

Ordered products to ungate on Amazon. Called before ordering asking about ungating. They said they will send me invoice after purchase and will refund if not successful. They will jot even pick up the phone after you order. Emails not answered either. Shady company avoid!!

BUYERS BEWARE! They will list products on their website which they dont have. After keeping my money for a month, they finally said they didnt have a product I ordered, and refunded me only the product cost but NOT the shipping cost I paid for the product. This has happened MANY times, and I had to chase them down to get my shipping cost back. But this last time they simply stopped responding. Also, for another product which they shipped to me, they claimed it was brand new but the product was missing the cap and has label on the product which they tried to take out. Why would a brand new item missing parts have labels on them? I contacted them many times and they never responded.

The weirdest thing about this company is, you cant get in contact with them through phone or chat or anything. You have to text a sales rep. Youre lucky if he responds back! I havent seen this anywhere else. At least get a virtual assistant from a 3rd world country to do the 10 $ an hour jobs for you for 5 $ an hour!

I ordered a lot of Physicians Formula from this company. I had some issues with the order but eventually I received the package. Unfortunately, I ordered 50 items and received only 48. In addition, 3 of the products were broken. (This may be the fault of shipping company because items were bubble wrapped but still managed to arrive damaged). Furthermore, I had products that had expiration dates in 2018 - 2 years ago. You may be wondering why I didn’t contact the company with my complaints directly. I had never received order confirmation or shipping info from the company when I originally placed the order. I emailed them twice and never received a reply. I had to escalate a claim through PayPal to get my order sent. Therefore, I have serious doubts at to whether the company would reply quite honestly.

I was a little weary with the lack of reviews but luckily the order went smoothly. I ordered a 50 pc lot of authentic makeup and thats exactly what I received. I do however wish there was more of an assortment in their assorted lots, the one I received didnt have as much variety as the photo for the listing portrayed. I received 4 concealers that are considerably dry so those dont seem like theyll make me any money- but with any luck they will resell for the price I paid. The shipping was quick, I had no damaged in transit items and all 50 were accounted for. Will be looking into another assorted bundle soon, hoping for more of an assortment. Will update review then.
