Made an order that was suppose to be delivered 3 weeks ago. Still not here. Ive called 3 times a day every day for the last week. No one answers phone. Left messages every time, still no call back. Insane a business can operate this way. Maybe return phone calls if they are missed and reviews like this would be deleted or not posted in the first place?

After reading the reviews, I expected the worst. Maybe we were one of.the lucky few. In by 1110 and out with paperwork about 1330. Nice, pleasant people.

Parking is available on the street behind the facilities. Where the docks are. Must park on street and walk up to building to checkin. Unload is appt. only but you can still check in early, you never know. Due to COVID no bathrooms for drivers

Park on the street, check in work from 6am, you can early make check in, unloading only appointment time (old lady says), parking on the door very tight door 1 and 2

Was scolded by the receiving princess because I pulled on the property before I checked in (there are NO signs that say not to) and took 4 hrs to unload Hope i never go there again

They wont unload you until appointment time.

What’s the point of making an appt if it’s ignored? Arrived at 9am for a 9am and waited more than 2 hours for them to even drop the ramp and start. Went in and asked when they would start and manager says two pallets left in truck next to you, will just be another min. Sure, 40 minutes after that! Thanks for nothing and wasting the two hours rest I could’ve spent on my own, not sitting in your dock!

Good friendly service and people

The place is been working and operating to its normally levels but there is a lady in the guard shack in the backyard receiving trailer 18 wheelers and she has a bad management and communication skills and luck of work ethics towards the drivers not the in-house but specially the subcontractors one of those days that I came to the Liberty load she start telling me without knowing her thats they recently had a meeting supposed to leave with the bus of that place and the drivers were so pissed off with the bus that at the moment I was walking to the guard shack an in-house driver was talking to her but there was M and F towards the main manager by then they saw me at the threshold and the guy finish talking talking his bad words as he walked away and I got the guard shack she beginning to tell me bunch of problems and internal bad decisions that day drivers did not appreciate and that the problems Maid of the place a horrible place to work a hateful environment that in itself I believe its work ethics lock of education..... so if you talk to her just go in and out because she in my view shouldnt be working there and if they say yes she should then I would say to send her to a help program soon otherwise she will end up mad because she cant digest the problems around her

Parking on the street. Park and walk in to check in, its a very tight spot to turn around in. They took me 22 hours early. If youre going into docks 1 or 2, go ahead and do a blindside, dont try and do it sightside.

The check in person held us there for 4&1/2 hours because she wasnt feeling good.... She need to learn that everyone has problems and we learn to deal with them without affecting someone else job.... We just go with the flow.. Helping her to keep a job.. Without product there is no need for a yard checker/security.. (get us in and out asap)

Ive only been here a couple of times to deliver. The staff is friendly and they try to get you out as quickly as they can. Park on the street & then check in at the guard shack. You can check in starting at 930pm.

Entrance is on the back Street Valejo. Park in the street or on the curb and walk up to the gate guard. Lots of rules nothing out of the normal.Visit in Just 2019 much better at the gate. And I talked with the unloaders who were polite and friendly. Pretty strict on appointments.

Hard as hell to dock here and forced to wait on residential streets before being called to dock. People are pretty nice. Thats why I didnt give it less stars.

Lucas is a worthless supervisor had me waiting 4 days to get me unloaded then their product fell over the shipper stacked 2 liters on top of eachother humm wonder why they fell. Compliments of the Dr Pepper in Irving TX . Then they made me restack them. They think theyre Walmart. I was late due to the shipper holding me 4 hours to get loaded . Avoid this place at all cost. Load didnt pay very good either.

12:30pm Appointment check in early but wating more than 4 hours to get dock. This is insane.

Don’t read the old reviews because if u are here early u can check in early....don’t wait for the guard go inside and check in....they will call when they have door for you....my appointment is 9:30 am checked in at 5:30am got door call at 5:42am...be careful when you back up..little bit tight

3 hours to unload, and everyone had the same appointment time....smart..

As long as you dont get dock 1 it wont be a blind side back but not a terrible off load time.

I’ve worked for 7up for 4 years This job freaking sucks especially in Colorado the manger came from Burger King and doesn’t know what to do sale reps don’t know how to order properly everyday a store complains about our company.theres no room for promotion dead end job

They dont pay enough. My boyfriend worked there the hours are absurd and they expect their employees to work 18 hours every night with 6hrs of sleep in between
