Had Sheridan Billards move a table from my friends house to mine and they did an amazing job. First off I couldnt even get other places to call me back. Steve called me back twice within an hour of me leaving a message. He was polite and very professional. We booked the move and he showed up on time to my friends house and made quick work of breaking down the table. We are extremely happy with the set up and they let us know that they would be happy to come back if we came across any concerns. Sheridan Billiards arrived on time, packed and loaded my disassembled table. It took maybe 20 minutes total. We met at the new location without delay. I showed them the space and asked how long they expected to take and was told 2.5 hours. The crew lead, Joseph, then explained exactly what they were going to do. Purchased a beat-up Diamond Pro 8 from a closed-down Fox & Hound. Steve, Ruben & Ethan picked it up from F&H, took it to their shop, completely restored to better than new condition and then delivered to my basement Man-Cave. When I moved, i spoke to a number of different local companies about setting up my pool table. Sheridan Billiards was the only one who a) said definitively they could get it set up, and b) could do so in a timely fashion. The others were much more difficult to get ahold of as well. I give Sheridan Billiards the highest recommendation possible-5 out of 5 stars, 10 out of 10, or 100 out of 100.

No fancy showrooms... just beautiful custom pool tables at least half the cost of other billiards showcase stores. They set it up in our home and when we found spots that were too tight to make a shot, they came out and moved it at no cost. Excellent product, fantastic price, and exceptional service. A big thank you to these folks- we are super-happy with our purchase.

I bought a used 8 foot Connelly Catalina table from Ruben (the store manager) at Sheridan Billiards about a month or so ago. The business is run out of a warehouse, so dont expect a shinny showroom. Instead, you will find a fairly large number of used professional quality tables at very fair prices. A bonus is the refinishing shop next door where Ruben restores any defects before the tables are ready for sale. His pride in this part of his job is evident as you inspect the inventory.Elden and his helper installed the table in my room a couple of weeks ago, and did a masterful job of patiently and carefully installing and leveling this beast. Although the table is used, it looks brand new. The table came with all new felt, rails, and leather pockets, and plays exceptionally well. I selected a set of used high quality balls, and during the installation noticed one of them was from another set, and not a perfect match. A call to Ruben resulted in an immediate offer to replace the odd ball, and he followed up today to say the replacement was in the mail to me.Overall, this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I cant imagine any reason to purchase a new table if these guys have what you are looking for.

Although the area that the small warehouse is located was pretty iffy, ultimately we are totally pleased with the pool table we purchased. We had a choice of about 25 tables. Several different styles and we were able to choose the felt. The men who delivered and installed the table did a great job and clearly demonstrated knowledge and skill. I am extremely satisfied with Sheridan Billiards. I had some very specific requirements for a pool table and they helped me find exactly what i was looking for at a very reasonable price, especially compared to buying the same thing in a new table. They have stores in a couple other locations across the country, so even if they dont currently have something in their Denver warehouse they will help you find what you want. They were very professional and courteous every time i dealt with them. Delivery and setup were right on time and well done. They even drove back to my house to provide an upgraded set of balls at no additional charge. I would highly recommend these guys. Do not be thrown off by their basic warehouse rather than a shiny expensive showroom. These guys know their stuff. You can spend half the cost on a used table here compared to buying new, and end up with a nicer product and nice group of people to work with.

My house is a little tricky to navigate but they brought the table in with no trouble. The table itself was exactly as described on the website. I was on a very tight deadline and needed a pool table that I knew my husband would love and I was told by 2 other people at a billard store closest to my area that I would not be able to find someone to install or purchase for under the price range I was looking for especially for a slate table, and I felt stressed and helpless, until I called the pool table guys and these guys were not only professionals but also very knowledgeable about the tables! Nothing but good things to say here, got a very fair deal on a used Olhausen table, professional job getting it into my basement which was a tight fit, and when I emailed about an issue with the felt 6 months later, Steve was quick to resolve the issue.
