Nick (the owner) did some cushion work for our boat that we purchased in Venice Florida. He ordered the wrong Terry cloth covers for our cushions which wasnt a big deal. He said he would order the correct ones, which would take about 1 week and mail them to us. We had to boat shipped to Puerto Rico, where we live.After numerous phone calls to Nick to try and obtain our covers, which we had paid for upfront, Nick began to ignore my phone calls. I finally caught him on the phone and he told me that the covers had just arrived. 3 months had passed since he ordered them by this time. Nick told me that his guy would cut them the following week and he would mail them out. Another 2 months passed. I left Nick numerous voicemails asking to at least return our money if he wasnt going to send the covers. He continues to ignore my attempts to contact him and it appears we are just out the money.I would recommend not giving Nick 100% of the monies until everything is done and in your hands

Nick did our full Bimini enclosure and new upholstery in cabin. Excellent work fully recommend.
