First impression is that this place in kinda sketchy. The parking lot is in rough shape and there is litter and trash everywhere. The bathrooms near the entrance are much the same. Almost makes me wonder if the employees have any pride in where they work.However the inside of the store looks great and I was surprised to see the contrast. As for actual inventory, I can tell that they have several specialty items and might be a good place to go if you are just looking for western ware in general.My experience was a little sad to say the least. I was trying to find a composite toe work boot in a size 12 and the three different boots that fit my needs were all out of stock in what I consider average shoe sizes. Having a wide selection is great but you need to stock the basics first. As a final note, staff wasn’t really available to help. I ended up waking out without a purchase to find a different boot store.

Very patient as I tried on just about every different boot in the shop. Unfortunately the boots themselves ripped on second use, but they refunded without argument (didnt have another pair)

Theyre really scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees now. Theyre just warm bodies that just stand up by the front gossiping. You cant get an associate to help you. As you say excuse me they start walking the other way and no matter how loud you get they still continue to walk away. There was one male named Adrian who was so lazy he didnt want to help you with anything at all. He had no knowledge of the stock he didnt want to know anything about the stock and wasnt about to ask any other employee or manager for help in locating or information about any particular boot. This location is obviously losing money due to the lack of service.

This is just a fun place to shop.I’ve been here a few times and had good luck finding jeans, but not boots (14d). However, my gal did have luck finding the perfect pair of boots. A nice older lady with a bit of an accent helped her out and made several helpful recommendations.They have a nice selection of not only boots, but work wear, hats, Montana Silversmith buckles and jewelry, and lots of jeans and clothing.

Good place to look for western wear. Nice selection and prices are what you would expect. Not much in the way of staff assistance, but they are in the same position as other stores, trying to hire and nobody wanting to work.

Formally Shepplers, Boot Barn carries on the tradition of having a well-stocked store, with extremely helpful staff, fair prices and a large variety of authentic western apparel and accessories. Well worth the 55 miles i drive to shop here. The store is spotless, easy to navigate and the quality of the inventory is superb. Name brands and private label products that will impress anyone who visits. Its hard to walk out empty handed.. Also, they have a rewards program worth enrolling in.

Great selection of mens and womens boots and clothes! And if they dont have your style/size I guarantee you can order it on-line. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The main reason for this score is that each location seems to be totally different in gear so unfortunately you have to drive from one to another to see which one has a certain item. The one on Arapahoe has great staff just limited items. The location on I25 has a larger supply but all but young lady who ran the register was nowhere to be found. You have to wait in line just yo ask a question. Not only drove 15 miles to get there but another 15 home just to discover they left the magnetic theft tag attached so have to go back there is another 30 miles for nothing and no we are sorry here is a little something for your troubles. Will update on outcome

Do you like working hard, wearing boots, and living in America? If you answered yes, then this place is great! Boot barn has TONS of options for formal and working cowboy boots along with just good ol being American attire. If youre a Democrat or not used to southern folk then you probably wont like this place

Its good, has amazing items but only affordable when on sale and they rarely are.

I have bought many pairs of boots there over the years and always loved them the staff is knowledgeable and the prices fair.You may be able to find things online or other places for a smaller price but the service and mass e selection makes it is overwhelmingly worth $5-$20 when purchasing boots that are $130- several hundred dollars. This is not the picture for this location but is for the Arapahoe Crossing location. This Englewood store is getting very run down and tired looking. Sadly right now they do not have enough staff to restock the shelves with merchandise. I asked for help to see if they had my size of hats in the back and was told that she didnt have time to go back and search. Overall it was a very poor shopping experience and I went to Arapahoe Crossing at Arapahoe and Parker and was helped to find exactly what I was looking to buy

Excellent service and good clothing

This was our first time at this BB. We will not go back. Only saving grace customer service wise was Isaiah. He was the only friendly and helpful team member on the floor out of at least 5 others. Older lady, not sure of her name, was helping me and then just disappeared back up to the front to socialize with the others. Gave the extra star for Isaiah trying to help us out in the end. Went to Cabelas and bought boots there. Sad!

Cavendars is now Boot Barn. They still carry mens and womens clothes, accessories including Miss Me Jeans with great detailing.

The prices were really high. Very few things on sale, no good deals that we found.

Large store, but not so big that you cant get help when needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Sooo many boots. They didnt have my size in the boot I wanted, but they ordered it online and I got them in 2 days.

I went to Murdochs about 5 times in the last 2 months to try and find Ariat work boots in my size, and I have had no luck. The first time I went to Boot Barn off Orchard I found what I was looking for. Isiah, one of the Boot Barn employees, greeted me seconds after I walked in the door and assisted me without hesitation throughout my entire visit. My husband needed some work boots and prefers Ariat Brand.. When we got here, we wondered if the place was open, looks pretty run down on the outside.. Completely diferent look on the inside. This place has a really huge selection of different brands of work boots, clothes and western wear .. He found what he needed, price was alot higher than I expected, hopefully they last as long as his last Ariats.. Was kind of shocked when I went into the rest room, pretty run down compared to what the store looks like.. But, Will definitely recommend this place to his work Buddies!

Hard not to spend $5,000 on boots every time I get in there

I gave Boot Barn 5 stars not because of the store at Parker and Arapahoe Rds but because of the Boot Barn at Orchard and I25. This store used to be Shelpers until it was bought out by Boot Barn. This is still a large store whereas some of the other Boot Barn stores are much smaller. My wife was looking for an Outback hat and the Sheplers version of Boot Barn had a large selection whereas the other store did not have any. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my wife was satisfied. Ive gone to this store before and will continue to frequent this store.

Boot Barn has got to be the best!Selection is huge, clean store (floors & dressing rooms). Literally hundreds of shirts, jeans, boots & accessories.I was there for about an hour this afternoon. An attractive youngwoman, Joselyn helped me. She found the jeans I asked for & offered helpful opinions & ideas for shirts & a vest. 5 Stars all around. 😊

Massive selection. Good deals. This is where Ive bought the last two pairs of timberlands and the last 3 pairs of Wolverines (composite toe work boots.) Its worth taking a look around since there is so much product.

If I was asked one more time if I needed help, I was going to walk out....I did... I understand the customer service attitude and appreciate that but if I needed help, then I would come and ask...Large store, a variety of styles but nothing I wanted. I was looking for boots and walked the whole mens section to find something that I would be interested in.

Stopped in looking for a pair boots, found boots and great customer service. This location is bit hidden off Orchard, just check the map or you may drive past it. The store was clean and very well stocked, the selection of boots is large. If they don’t have it they can order it. The clothing sections have every thing you could want in western/work wear. No matter if you’re a real cowboy or just a dime store one, they will have you covered. Brandy helped me the day I stopped in. She was helpful in suggesting the right size, finding the size in the style I wanted and showing me correct care items for the pair I eventually purchased. She and her coworkers were all very friendly and showed great dedication to great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

Allan was super helpful in finding some good boots. Everything else about the visit to this store was a train wreck. The store manager, a poorly trained and unusually unhelpful lady, made my decision easy to not make the purchase and go to Murdoch’s, as I recommend you do the same.

I always love this place only good things to say about it and its selection. The only issue I have is a lack of different sizes of carhart cargo pants. I use them for work and had to start looking else where for them. But again still a place I continuously shop at.
