I just signed up for Culligan bottled water service after having had several terrible experiences with Deep Rock/Primo. I was extremely pleased that my request for service was handled on the local level and not nationally, and that the route manager contacted me personally and provided me with his contact info including cell phone when signing up. This speaks volumes as to the proper way to take care of customers. He arranged a date and time (this morning) that worked best for me to come by, drop off the water cooler as well as a few jugs of water. Answered all questions I had and double checked to make sure I didnt have any concerns or additional questions. I have a good feeling that Culligan is going to take good care of me, and I am happy to be doing business with them.Full disclosure: I once worked for a company whose parent company also owned Culligan at that time. Because of that relationship, my company often did things with and for Culligan here locally and we got to serve several culligan branches with specialized ultra pure water filtration systems and other things, so that gave me my first exposure to Culligan and I was very pleased with how great of a job they seemed to do. The folks in the Denver, Denver South, Ft. Collins, and Laramie divisions/branches/franchises were great to interact with. I am now dealing with Culligan of Denver for my residential needs. As the old commercials from the past always ended with saying:Thanks, Culligan Man!
We just got stated a couple of weeks ago and these guys make sure we are fully stocked. Matthew is our delivery guy and he is super friendly and quick. I would highly recommend this company.
I want to share Matthew Whittaker goes high and beyond is job duties. He cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help them. I am 75 yrs of OLD and he he has been a blessing. I was in a mess with Deep Rock and Matthew plowed right in and help out of it. He is an employee that you should be blesse to have.Peggy Younger
Everyone at Culligan of Denver is super friendly. I used to stop by their office monthly to pick up my jugs of water and I had great interactions with their office and warehouse staff. Judy is amazing! Now I have their home delivery and my driver is also great and professional. Customer service is exceptional here.
I have had many water delivery services and other Culligans but THIS Culligan is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and Matthew - our local driver prides himself on his customers. He has gone above and beyond multiple times and ensuring we are set! I never do reviews but was so impressed with him that I felt compelled.
We had a previous softener from Sears that was only a fraction of the price. It worked for 16 years before failing. Bought a new system from Halls Culligan of Denver. The red flags went up on installation when there were several issues including a leak from the “dial a soft” valve to dropped bags of salt bursting all over our entry both inside and out. However, the main reason I purchased was the salt delivery program due to having a bad back. Spent extra money for that in the promise they would deliver the 40lb. salt bags inside and refill the salt tank.Well all I can say is the salt delivery program is unacceptable.1. We were given schedule for delivery. Driver showed up day before. Why bother even distributing a schedule if it is only a suggestion?2. We left instructions to call before delivery and did not receive a call.3. After I called to complain, Driver told management he rang doorbell. We have a video doorbell and we have video of delivery but no evidence of doorbell ring.4. I requested cancellation of salt delivery contract since Culligan is in default and was refused, being offer only a 3 month extension, even though Culligan of Denver has breeched the contract.5. Culligan website says salt program includes refilling salt tank, comprehensive performance and maintenance check and basic maintenance services. If salt is left at door obviously none of those services are being provided. They sent me a survey for feedback. I voiced these same complaints and to date have received zero feedback. This company does not care about the client or after the sale service.Save your hard earned money and buy your softener from Sears and your salt from Amazon.
Top notch customer care and quality product. Jared was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Bob our salesman was awesome. The installer was great too. Love the idea of protecting all our new appliances from the horrible hardness that is in Reunion.
Totally dissatisfied with the system. The system gives white discolored water and when I ask the agent to schedule the filter change and fix this issue together, the agent gets mad at me. I have referred Culligan to at least 3 of my friends. I will never refer Culligan to anybody anymore.Latest update: I am trying to get a device installed for more than a month now. I called them almost 9 to 10 times till now. As per last call, I got the quote for softener and I was told somebody will be calling me to run the application in the evening but its been close to a week now. Sad part is I am already a Culligan customer and thats the worst decision I have ever made.
Culligan is wonderful they gave me a great price and there, customer service is awesome . !! The guys that bring my salt always fill my softener full, that really helps me . As I am over 70. .An love them!!!!!
We had Culligan of Denver install a new softener in our home at the beginning of July. When they came, they were unable to install the appropriate bypass valves since the installer didnt have the correct parts with him. They scheduled a follow-up visit in August to finish the install. Then we had the fire on August 1st so I had to cancel their follow-up visit. This morning, I called to reschedule that visit and make sure they fix an installation related leak I spotted. They wanted to charge me $135 trip fee for failures at time of installation! When I told the lady I was talking to I would not pay for a problem related to installation, the response was extremely rude. She said since they havent been out since installation, it wasnt their problem. I reminded her of the fire but she didnt seem to care. Now, I dont know if they are coming or not and since she hung up on me, Im not terribly interested in calling back.Maybe someone in their office will see this who understands customer service. Based on this phone call, I must recommend against anyone using Culligan of Denver.
The service tech knew exactly what the issue was when he saw the water leaking from the drain pipe of the system. He tested the valve to make sure it was seating properly, but upon examination it was determined it was worn and he replaced it. He had the part so it only took him about 30 minutes to diagnose the situation and do the repair. As soon as he repaired the valve the leak stopped and I quit getting the email notifications from the water department that I had a leak in my water system. Yes we have one of those automated systems that notifies us of leaks.
Good service provided in a timely manner. Quick installation. Painless.
Kevin with Culligan replaced my RO filters today. Did a great job and taught me a few things about my system that I didnt know. Very knowledgeable and sincere.
Rob the salesman who came to the house did an excellent job of presenting options and explaining what would happen. I really appreciated the follow up visit. The installer ( I dont remember his name.) was on time and efficient. He cleaned up after he was done and explained how things worked.
I think Culligan water is phenomenal! Can’t imagine being with any other water delivery service! I recommend them for 💯 satisfaction!
Water is the purest I ever drank! I am not scared of chemicals and bacteria anymore. My family feels safe. Thank you for great deal and quality!!!
We LOVE our Culligan RO system. The water tastes amazing. We got the spout put onto our sink, I love being able to get water whenever I want and not disturb anyone washing hands or vegetables or anything like that. The system is under our sink and there is still so much room for our normal under sink kitchen items, which I wasnt expecting! Our salesman, Josh, helped us figure out what system worked best for our family and how it will benefit us immediately! We are so thankful for Culligan and the painless installation process.
Excellent water softener and purification system and excellent support!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once they get you signed up they could care less about you. Product doesnt work properly, but we are instructed/expected to trouble shoot ourselves even though sales and service said they would have someone come out and fix the problem. Missed appointments. Last minute appointment reschedules because they made appointments too close to each other, and obviously we were not the important one. Promised answers to additional services wanted which we would be paying for, but no reply unless we follow up on it. Conflicting information between sales and service. I look forward to breaking out contract once another system has been chosen.
They treat their employees like dirt.. with a smile on their face. And they install dirty, used equipment if you rent it.
Your services are excellent, thank you.
The secretary/telephone operator is typically the first line of defense and information for any company. I was looking to purchase a system for my laboratory. Samantha had to be the snottiest person I have dealt with in a long time. Its seemed she was tremendously put out to have find someone who could answer my questions about the water system. I would go to a company who has some patience to answer questions and get answer when youre buy a product...any product. This was not the case here.
Terry Hughes was my service technician today and he took extra time answering my questions, explaining my systems’ benefits, showed me how he tests my water quality and why my systems are important for water quality. -Not just my drinking water, but for my appliances and even laundry life! I finally feel like I’m getting my money’s worth from it. Thank you again, Terry.
Sales guy came to my house, did not even take the time to check the crawl space to make sure the install would be possible!Just sold me the system, I took a day off, poor plumber came, put holes in the floor and the furnace room, then realized my craw space is too narrow! He was very good and honest. He should have checked that before wasting my time and damaging the floor which is not significant but still, and I lost full day of Paid time off. Very bad customer service and looks like all they care is to get you on schedule at any cost, you can try for yourself or listen to people who are warning you here.
OVERPRICED AND DISHONEST!!! You can buy their products online and install yourself for thousands less. Literally. Had to have “more experienced” tech come back to house-missing a second afternoon of work-to fix first techs mistakes (who was supposed to be their senior tech having been there a whole year). Had to install the electric portion of the job myself due to inexperienced tech doing the install. You have to meet their time frames whether it’s for the initial install or to fix issues they caused. Was told by tech he wouldn’t work with our time frames because he “didn’t want to waste the companies time” when coming for the second time to correct THEIR mistakes on install. They don’t respond to emails when you ask questions. The salesman will promise things that the techs can’t deliver. Buyer beware! Do your research before you hire Culligan. Don’t settle based on what their salesmen promise, shop around and check prices of the actual products online prior to hiring them. Overall very unsatisfactory work, ridiculously overpriced, and poor customer service.
Our technician, Dan, was awesome! He is super CUSTOMER SERVICE centric ...a quality you dont find these days. He took the time to explain all of our products and ensured they were working properly before he left. Further, he explained what he was doing and why during the install. I hope Dans excellent service is recognized. As for the quality of the water, so far so good. I hope the negative reviews regarding the service arent true and we can keep our systems.
The service/sales that Terry Hughes provides is amazing. He is knowledgeable fast, and sincere., Terry knows his stuff and took the time to inform me about all our options. The office staff is also terrific!
The Culligan pro quickly repaired my softener and got me back in business in short order. Thank you for the quick response, knowledgeable serviceman, and great service.
Fantastic company and water provider
We have a Culligan RO system. Culligan of Denver services the product and provides our parts.
I’ve now had my second delivery of 10 bags and it is so incredibly convenient to have it delivered and stacked by my water softener. I can order it when I load my last bag and then I am never out. Culligans of Denver has been so great to work with - shout out to Judy in particular.
They are so kind, I haven’t had many issue but when I have they are prompt and friendly. Joe even carries my salt down for me and always calls me before he comes and I appreciate that so much.
I had my RO system serviced today by Ernest of Culligan of Denver. He was professional, knowledgeable, left the area clean and water tastinggreat! 5 plus stars!
Great company, personal service
Matt was THE best service person from any company that has ever come to help me. He was punctual, professional, courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in setting up and explaining my RO system. All those tubes can get complicated to follow, but he showed me everything so clearly. If he is a representation of Culligan then this company is super awesome! My water is clean and tastes great, everything works perfectly, and now I know what all the machines and tubes in my basement do. Feels empowering!
We have worked with this company for 30 years. Things used to be better, but over the last several years service has declined. Salt is delivered at their convenience, even when we dont need it. No effort is made to bring the salt into our home. It is always left in our driveway, even when we are home. Prices are high. Even calling them to cancel takes 15 minutes on hold listening to elevator music. There has to be a better run company for salt delivery and water softening service.
Ernest replaced my complete soft water system in less time than expected. We’ve lived in our home for 18 years. Culligan initially put our water softener in at that time. Nothing lasts forever and they no longer carried parts for a repair. Ernest is an honest worker. Guess what? He even brought a plumber with him to make sure everything was done to code. What a concept! We haven’t had a single problem and don’t expect to have one. These guys are top notch. I would recommend them without hesitation.
You cant afford NOT to have clean water. I am very happy with how smooth this whole process has been. We now have soft hot water and clean reverse osmosis drinking water. I feel good being able to provide my family and animals with pure water.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We bought a water softener and filtration system from Culligan in August. We had the system installed on Thursday and on Saturday discovered water leaking from the kitchen sink through the basement ceiling from a poor installation (we hadn’t been down there since the installation so the water has been sitting for days). Having water on the wood floors of our basement for two days led to bowing and warping which now Culligan and their insurance company refuse liability for. Just save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your water treatment needs.
Prompt & Knowledgable tech. Answered all questions & covered shoes. Reasonable pricing.
The water is so soft now! Pete was my tech, and did a great job installing my Water Softener system. He was very professional and courteous! He answered all my questions and did everything he could to ensure I was taken care of. My basement was finished, and we were having trouble locating where the main line split off, as we wanted to be positive that the entire house gets softened water at the taps. He was brilliant with his outside the box thinking, and his experience and expertise showed in his planning. He came up with a non invasive solution and spent all day, skipped his lunch too, to make sure the job got done and that I was fully satisfied with his work. He was very thorough and clean and his professionalism really came through as he addressed all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I am so thankful that Pete was my guy when installing my water softener system.
We had a wonderful experience working with Tim Stutts. Great customer service and delicious water! Thank you so much for your donation & thank you for supporting mental health in our community! -Colorado Counseling Association
Denver Culligan service was outstanding. The serviceman was on time, clean, polite, and worked hard. He had to troubleshoot a problem with our water softener, fixed it, and it works great again. Also did a good job servicing our rinnai hot water heater.
Great service from Culligan Tech, Matt Morris. Highly recommend him as a fine young man and tech. Very courious, knowledgeable, and respectful.
Culligan is an amazing company. Their service is top notch and their products give youthe best quality water possible. Highly recommended.
A special thank you to Terry Hughes, your Water and Technical Service Specialist. We had a very small issue and called Terry for his guidance on a Saturday morning. While it could have waited until Monday, Terry took the time to stop by our place within an hour of our call (hows that for responsiveness!) and quickly fixed the problem. This is our second opportunity to work with Terry and he is absolutely the best! Thank you, Terry
I had a whole home water softener and RO machine installed that was installed without them securing the drain pipe to the drain. This caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to my home over time. They admitted fault and now are refusing to cover the damage. Now I’m being driven into a costly legal battle after being lied to.This is just one example of issues I’ve had with Culligan of Denver.- - -Here are other issues we had after the sale was complete:- We were sold a large tank but they installed a small one. It wasn’t until we mentioned this that they fixed it.- The water pressure was poor. Took several visits to get a fix.- Installers tried to talk us out of putting RO upstairs because the installation was more work.- - - -I can’t recommend avoiding them enough. When things go wrong they will take verbal responsibility but when the rubber meets the road they will screw you over.
The service is not what it used to be with Chuck the waterman. They use cheap parts, very poor on coordinating installs. They had to come out 4 times to finish my order. In the end they ran lower quality and diameter plumbing from what I have here. Tired of dealing with these people. Stay away.
All the reviews on here are great, I wonder why I dont get that same great service all the reviews rave about?????I never get my water on the day their schedule say I will, usually always the next day. I am always told the delivery person runs out of water. Why do they run out of water always at my address? I never know when to leave my empty bottles out. So I have 10 bottles of water I do not need but will have to pay for, not only for the water but also for deposit on the bottle.Im very frustrated over this.
I have been a customer of Culligan for many, many years and during this time their service has always been exceptional. Their technicians and office personnel are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They deliver true customer delight!!
Theyre definitely little expensive than the salts you get in Home Depot or Lowes but they deliver for nominal fee at your door step and the technician also helps in filling up the salt in the water softener if you are at home. Really love their delivery schedule (I have opted for quarterly). They are also considerate for little late payments, I have missed the payment couple of times but was able to talk to Judy and get the late payment fee waived off. Overall very happy with their service.
Just started the water delivery service for my company and so far so good. Out of all the companies Culligan was they only one that followed up with me as I researched delivery services. Huge shout out to Brianna who was proffessional and patient with me as I got the final word from superiors. The water tastes great and thevservice un unbeatable. Thank You Culligan of Denver.P.S only 4 stars because we just started the service today we will see after our trial period and I may review with follow-up.
Great follow-up and ongoing consultation by Rob Santoro. Provides good information on the system and how we can get the most out of our service from Culligan.
This company has been a nightmare completely not Satisfy. Every time I call for them to come in bring some salt they are never available when I want they are available like a month a head..never the time I need wait a minute....I am the customer I have my rights and if they want my money they should make it work right.. But no. they all the time do whatever they want I should have cancel it a long time ago and I Kept paying for nothing so dont even bother look for another company this is a terrific horrible terrible bad bad very bad service. I hate it. I call them and told them I had an emergency and I had to move because we are going through tough circumstances and they took it out the 7th of February because they couldnt come before that time and even when I said all those bad circumstances that I was going through they still charged me for the month of February when I didnt even use any drop of their water. I give you 0 stars.
Good service techs, they are quick, do excellent work and advise you of any issue or problems found.
Ive been drinking Culligan water for about 6 months and I love it. The water tastes great and is so very refreshing.
Great tasting water, and fantastic service.Always nice and friendly service people
Over 3 year relationship with Culligan based in Englewood CO. Customer Service is top notch, we have a water softener and filter system...with great results. Annual system check, and filter change. Any problems to report, the technician is at your home within days. Twice in 3+ years, awesome.Only complaint...getting the 40lbs salt bags from our driveway to our basement. We’re old! LOL
Dan was very friendly, informative, and professional when he came out to do our annual service on our water softener.
My service provider was very personable and had an extensive base of knowledge on well water and various filtration systems.
I like that if I have issues, they try to resolve them. They also will credit me for times it wasnt working properly when it happens. The water tastes great. Thanks.
From the time I dial the phone to the time I filed away my paid invoice, every employee was amazing & everyone was knowledgeable and helpful! I will use them again!
Excellent service, very experienced and friendly, happy to explain the complexities of a well system (softeners, filters) and gave great advice on how to manage on my own (where I was comfortable) going forward.
Very disappointed the way Erica handled a late fee of $5.00, plus they charge $2.00 for a paper bill and then charge tax on the paper bill. I have been a Culligan customer for the last 16 years and would expect much better customer service. I also have Culligan service in two other homes. One home is being serviced by Culligan of Brighton. I confirmed with the Brighton office they don’t charge the $2.00 paper statement fee and then tax you on the that fee. My other home is in Sonoma County, CA and they have been great to deal with as well. I am completely disappointed with Culligan of Denver out of 4300 S Windermere St., Englewood, CO.I will either learn to change my own filters, order salt from another source or find another Culligan office to service my Castle Rock home. I will not give my business to Culligan of Denver and be treated like this as a customer.I hate to give negative reviews, but his was highly warranted.
The Culligan of Denver team is friendly, responsive and professional. The companys products perform beautifully and are reliable. Great people, service and products.
The water is amazing. Service is great and the price you cant beat !
Professional, efficient, provided us with details about our new water softener system and answered all questions. A pleasure tp work with.
Water tastes great! Friendly service! Affordable!
If I could give a lower mark I would. I have been a customer for 16 years and for the last year I had nothing but trouble with my salt delivery. I pay for the deliveries and it includes an inspection for the unit. Today The salt was left on the driveway while I waited for the delivery in the house.
Ive had this service for nearly two years. For at least a year our drinking water hasnt worked and our water softener system has had an error message. My husband and I have made countless calls for service requests and no one came. Actually, one time they did come but they were late and called to reschedule then they didnt show up for that so I called and the operator said, Oh hes all ready gone home but we can have him come to your place and fix it as if Im going to have this man come to my house after hours. Super unprofessional. Finally I called again, wanting to remove our service since through June 2015 - January 2016 weve been paying for this service and YET have had it fixed. The woman I spoke to told us that shed have a meeting with everyone and propose that we didnt have pay the $200 to have our service removed and she would call us back that following Friday. No phone call was ever made, nor was it on record that this conversation happened. Our service still doesnt even work! We have been paying $80/month for this service that hasnt worked BUT they still want your money. I spoke to Melissa, the manager today and literally told my husband to suck it up and pay. After telling countless people that weve called multiple times someone finally said that they didnt have ANY of these in record! Only the first time we called to have it fixed and it said that the Culligan technician came to our house twice and no one was home. Im a stay at home mother with a baby, I was most definitely home and I made that specific appointment. Its only convenient for them to not put in all of our countless phone calls, service requests, appointment requests, conversations, etc to cover up THEIR mistakes, lack of follow-ups, lack of professionality. Obviously they do not want to be held accountable. After a two hour phone call today, being hung up on by Melissa- and requesting to have our equipment fixed since JUNE OF 2015 did they FINALLY offer a solution. A technician is supposed to come... lets see if this business that operates as if they were a chicken without a head actually follows up this time.
Dependable products & dependable service after the sale
This company is incredibly unprofessional, and I would give it just one star if it wasnt for the fact that their water softener actually works well! Sadly, their customer service is appalling, and they had failed to acknowledge many emails that I have sent (both direct and via online forms) requesting information about the removal of our reverse osmosis system which we have had problems with since the beginning. Also, their billing system is awful, and our names have always been misspelt. I honestly suggest looking elsewhere, as when you are tied into a contract it is very difficult to even get information about getting out of it.
Fast Response. Accommodated our company needs. Recommend Culligan over any water service.
Very pleased with the product, as well as the service we receive.
Avoid, We used their service for several months. The billing problems were never resolved, we simply gave up. The water bottles were dirty and dented, also several bottles leaked. When we threatened to cut off service a supervisor of some capacity called us and was to meet with us at our residence. We watched the Culligan truck pull up in our parking area and sit there for ten minutes and then just drive off. We are done with them, simply put disorganized and dirty. Do yourself a favor get your water at King Soopers it costs less anyway.........
If they say they can’t fix something they are likely just trying to rip you off.
Friendly people, water tastes great.
Friendly and helpful people at front desk!
Everyone has been very responsive to our needs and have taken care of anything quickly and efficiently. Erik and Dee have been especially helpful.
Great install, system works great.
Water and salt delivery easy, convenient and consistent Love our delivery man, Adam!
Speedy response to any and all issues.
(Does a slow golf clap as a tear rolls down the cheek!) I deal with people on a daily basis and I educate myself about anything I may be considering before diving in headfirst. Pro water solutions what’s the first water softener equipment seller that I had gone through. The sales rep Seth lied. Saying it’s $400 to run a line from the RO system to the refrigerator. Seth also tried to sell me on that system that was over 6400$ and didn’t really meet my needs. I decided to get a second opinion I figured seven grand for water system was a bit high. That’s where I ran into Mikah from Culligan’s. He was very honest straightforward and did try to butter me up with lies and fancy selling tactics The same system costed me $5369 after installation that pro water solutions originally tried to sell for Almost a grand more Plus the tie into the refrigerator was free. The installation was done by a gentleman named Erik Trudgeon. I had one of the more complexed plumbing job seeing of that my water heater was over 15 feet away from where the big blue ( chlorine remover ) and The water softener needed to be installed. The job is properly executed with only one punch hole into the drywall..... i’m not even really sure how they did it myself !!! When it came to the Ro system or reversed osmosis the 3 gallon tank didn’t fit under the sink!!! But with a little work from Eric we got it to work surprising because I was at a loss for ideas. Another gentleman had stopped by to just see if Eric needed anything and make sure it was going well. I didn’t get this gentleman‘s name but I’m really excited because it’s a second opinion and second advice on how things should be done. Finally.. I had a leak on the sleeve that was attached to the mainline. The work installed for the softener had caused a rotted overeati The work installed for the softener had caused a rotted O ring. This had nothing to do with Culligan It was simply old plumbing that needed to be replaced. In a panic state I decided to call Culligan and mediately Eric was back at my front door and temporarily fixed the Oring under the orders of their general manager Tim. It’s Very rare you come across the company that truly values their customers. It seems nowadays most people are trying to get the upper hand on the game we call life but not Culligan of Denver they do it right the first time
I love my Culligan water.
These guys stand behind their work. Great service team.
Darryl is amazing, great customer service!
Good water convenient to use.
Terrible service from the sales to service. Sales person late for appointment, service person a no show for two times! Regret my purchase!
Closed today because it is snowing......Duh! Its COLORADO! It snows here..get over it. New system installed, problematic the entire past 4 months, get in the schedule AGAIN and wait 2 weeks for service. CHOOSE someone else for your water issues!!!
Had scheduled an appointment, took the day off, they never showed up. Now they say I have to take another day off so they can pick up their equipment, or they are going to charge me $200. Don’t do business with these people.
Below average customer service, but the actual system works well
Enjoy working there
We installed the water the softener 2+ plus month ago and had multiple problems after the installation and tech staff had to come and fix it.--Update: they addressed the issue. So updating it .
Great water
