One star for customer service, one for fast job.butMy rear tires werent balanced correctly.There was a loose adjustment from the alignment went. Car wobbled at 50+ mph. Went to Firestone on Huron St. and they did me right.

Daughters car overheated, she pulled in here and they were able to do a quick diagnosis and let her know that it wasnt safe to drive because there was a real problem with the head gasket. While they were not able to do the repair, they were so helpful, and explained to her exactly what was going on and took time to show and explain why it was a bad idea to drive the car the 10 minutes to the dealership. Great advice from friendly people. Shout out to Chris who took the time to explain a problem to a customer that he knew he wasnt going to make any money from. Sometimes the best customer service is knowing what you can and cannot do, and providing a clear explanation. Thank you!

I actually went in with a flat I got a couple of blocks away. They didnt have an appointment time but did put the donut on my car so I could get home.I appreciate this so much!! And not a complaint or bad comment.

I was originally going to give these guys 4 or 5 stars until recently. I had taken my car to get my tires done switching from studs to summer a few months ago. The first time they were really great and helpful. Even offered some nice advice. The second time they were okay. But from that visit I should’ve known they’ve gone downhill. My car was parked on the side street with my front tires completely turned and twisted in the curb. I could not get my car out for about 5 minutes and scraped my rims! Fed up I left and didn’t complain. My mom recently had to get her clutch and her car fixed since it’s a manual. When she drove her car it just started smoking and the gears were grinding. Gave them a call and pretty much brushed it off, didn’t care to fix it even with her warranty. Come to find out after she took it to another shop the mechanic was floored and fixed it for her. That car was basically running metal on metal. As of today they lost two customers. Not that they care anyway. For the sake of your car stay away!!!

In the last couple of months Ive had both cars in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were fast, friendly and did such a nice job that I brought my Camry in for new tires last week. They told me about the tire sale when I did the oil change and I made an appointment the same day. I really appreciate that they didnt try to plus sell me on an imaginary compilation of everything wrong with the car when theres actually nothing wrong. I will go back to this Firestone. Thanks!

My son is from Nebraska and was stranded in Denver with a tire blow out. Jake at firestone was extremely helpful, and goes above and beyond to help those in need. He has great customer service. They used power tools to put back my oil pan drain plug. The bolt was so over tightened and stripped that I had to use an impact wrench with a torx bit to remove it. Obviously, having to apply almost 100 ft/lb of force to get it out, I could not control the massive spillage of 6qt of hot oil falling on my face right after I loosened it. Only give them your business if you are reselling your car right after and hate your buyer.

This is my go to tire shop. Theyre always fast and fairly priced. And they always are friendly and willing to help. They offer great prices and fix flat tires for free. I wont go anywhere else.

I wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars. My family has always gone to discount tire, but after today you guys have all our business. After a miscommunication over a warranty, your guys did not hesitate to help my husband and I. I feel as if the employee whom helped us (I forgot his name, I’m assuming he was the manager) went above and beyond! all I can say is THANK YOU! Had us in and out within the hour.

I have been going to Firestone for years, and I have enjoyed the customer service that I have received outside of this one location. I took my flat tire in to get fixed, and when they had finished patching it, they said that they did not have enough time to put it back on my car. I asked if I could do it in their parking lot because I did not have room to do it at my house. They said they had to do it then for legal reasons. They then put my tire on for me, and it only took 1 min, if that. But they had told me earlier that they didnt have time. My second bad experience here was when I had another tire problem a year later. I called to see if they would patch it since I had gotten the tire from them. They said I would have to pay for it even though I had just gotten it from them recently. I called the Firestone in Highlands Ranch and they repaired it for free, no questions asked. I like Firestone, but I would highly suggest not going to the Englewood location.

I have been in Colorado about 3.5 years and what I missed most about leaving my home state was my mechanic.I had a hard time finding someone I could trust with my vehicle when I moved here and that would be honest, and not expensive. Some places see a woman come into their business and they think they can take advantage of them or cheat them in some way. I know a lot about my vehicle(s) so when someone tells me something I dont just take their word, I do my research.In the last 3 years I tried 3 places prior to coming to Firestone. This Firestone at 3501 S. Fox St., Englewood, CO, was great!! I came in for an oil change, and a total vehicle inspection.  My vehicle was used when I bought it in 2019 (the dealership, Autonation Subaru Arapahoe (not a trustworthy dealership) did not disclose what needed to be fixed on my vehicle prior to me bringing it to a mechanic in 2019 and I didnt buy a new vehicle because of COs registration for tags on new vehicles is outrageous)!!Anyway, I know when someone is reliable and trustworthy. This place is one that I will be bringing my vehicle too for everything I need.They told me only 3 things were found that needed to be done (which surprised me), they were honest about my tires (which I know they were good and have at least 12k more miles on them). All the 3 issues would be around $1500 to do, but according to Deb the service manager, she said it could all wait up to 1 year so I didnt have to worry about doing it right away. Colin, the store manager, was patient with all my questions and concerns and able to make me feel that they valued me as a customer. To sum up my long review, just go to this Firestone at 3501 S. Fox St., Englewood, CO and give them a try. I am sure you wont be disappointed.

I’ve used this Firestone for several Years for a couple of my vehicles. I recently had them looking at a vehicle. While it was in their care I became sick and wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle when it was ready. We communicated with them when the vehicle would be picked up because of my illness. They were rude and not understanding. They were more concerned with getting the vehicle out of there than they were will kind customer service.My mom went to pick up the vehicle as the staff became impatient and unkind. She met with Debbie and Debbie was quite rude complaining about the issue. She didn’t know I was out sick. Once she found that out her attitude changed.These people just work for corporate. They don’t care about customer service. They care only about their paycheck.I will not ever use this location again. Shame on them.

I dont know what other people are talking about when they leave these guys a negative review. I have received great service here from the team every time I go for something. Just today they took care of an overheating issue with my car that I thought would put me out of a car for at least a day, maybe more. They got me out the door in 5 hours. Ill even make my class tonight on time because of that. My dad loves this place as well, hes been taking his van here for at least 5 years and about 170,000 miles. That should say something very positive about the team and their service here!Thanks again guys!

Booked appointment online only to be told day of they most likely would NOT be able to get to it. I was fine leaving my car until they could do the alignment. Then I was told they would NOT sell me a lifetime alignment for some excuse of it not being factory suspension. I guess I shouldnt have replaced my 35 year old leaf springs (only the rears) and expected to get what was advertised...Long story short, just go to any of the cheaper shops nearby.

I thought 1 hour and 30 minutes with an appointment would be more than enough to change tires. But after 1:45 minutes here I am sitting and typing that I missed an extremely important appointment elsewhere that nobody here seemed to care about or my plea, even completely ignored by this one guy named Alberto. Very disappointed!

Was told brakes would take 6-7 hours including the inspection. I’m no mechanic but I’ve changed brakes before. If it’s taking you that long there’s no way you guys are making any money. I don’t care if I’m charged for that much labor as that is what it is. But quote me an honest time. Deb was who I spoke with and from the info she provided in 100% NOT going to use tor’s company.

Can’t thank these guys enough for helping me out with an awkward situation and for fantastic customer service! I purchased a set of 225/55 R18 Blizzak WS90’s for my Ford Focus ST about a month ago from them. I just had them mount the tires on loose wheels since the weather was still warm and I didn’t want to put them on yet. Fast forward a month later, when i went to put the wheels/tires on, they didn’t fit in the wheel well and were rubbing the strut.... My own lack of research was to blame, but then I called Firestone and they let me exchange the tires for ones with a smaller sidewall! I just had to pay the slight difference in price! These guys saved me from my own stupidity! Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well.

I really like this store, been coming here for 15 years. Today I bought new tires. The customer service was excellent as were the steps they take to keep everyone safe during this time of COVID.

Ive had tires changed on 2 of my vehicles over the past couple years. I was tired of being overcharged at Pepboys on South Broadway. The folks at Firestone were attentive and courteous. Technicians knew what they were doing. I couldnt be more happy with the end result. Thanks!

I called ahead to see if I could get service done quickly as I am passing thru on a road trip. When I got here 15 minutes later they told me that I must have talked to a different Firestone. As I am leaving I called the number of the one I had called on the way and the same guy that had just lied to me to get me here assured me he did not tell me he could get it done as he had previously told me (which my girlfriend heard as well on speaker phone in the car) so Collin had wasted about an hour of my time on my way to yellowstone.

This Firestone treats me like family. Could not ask for any more from a car dealership.

This place is busy, and they still impressed me. First, Colin was very cool under pressure and very good at reading the customer. I was in a bind with a flat, and I feel like he got me the best deal possible. Deb was so concerned that I needed my car same day that she stayed late until she was able to speak with me to make sure I would not be left without a car the next morning. Definitely a place I will trust and will come back to again.

I had their shop on Hampden and Fox street do work on my 2004 Tacoma. I told them I am really concerned with the front end because the tires are wearing on the inside edge. I payed extra for what I thought was going to be a thorough examination. The report back was good. I was reassured all was good. I only need new tires and an alignment. 3 days later the right side upper ball joint snaps and during the process the lower snaps while turning in the middle of the road. I had it towed back to them. They told me we checked it all out but the truck has 200,000 and they were old. No one suggested having the work done do to the age. They even explained most people do not want to do that type of preventative maintenance. I told him this is my work truck and now it is once again not on the road making me money and the safety issue too. I was stuck with these guys replacing all ball joints and other repairs totaling $1700. I will not go back.

Told me I would have to leave my vehicle with them all day for an oil change. Something that takes 30 minutes to do. And even if they are busy. Tops it should be a few hours and thats understandable. But all day. Really? I understand as a walk in, it can be difficult with appointments, but still. Shouldnt take from open to close for a simple oil change. I can replace a windshield faster than they can do oil changes.

Over worked mechanic. Poor sales people. Took my truck in pulling to the right. Only one mechanic working. So I was there for a very long time. When they were done. I was told everything was good. Got home reading the paper work. It said something is broken. So I call desk clerk gos ask mechanic. My truck is broken. After repairs are made. It still pulls to the right. Dont know why they cant keep mechanics. Hope other locations are much better

Stopped in to air up my trailer tires and they were more than helpful.

Took vehicle in for alignment after impacting a concrete wall on an icy night. Picked it up today and it was completely not fixed. Make sure to test drive your own vehicle around the block or something, before you get on the way home, after it gets worked on here bc there is No way they tested it after doing the work. I mean if someone did test it, they need a career change. The wheel was difficult to turn and I thought for some reason it might improve, and for some reason got on the highway to go home, I guess I thought since I know nothing about cars and took it to a trusted car place that it must be safe to drive. So on the highway the vehicle needed tons of minute adjustments left and right, I didnt feel safe going over 55mph which in itself isnt safe to go that slow in Colorado on i25, people will run you over. Long story short, after the car wobbled nonstop the whole way and I nearly flipped on the highway, and survived the drive somehow, I took it to a Firestone closer to home. Will update how its handled at that location. I just am in complete disbelief that a car shop would let someone drive off their lot like that. So negligent. Unbelievable really except that it Actually happened. Be wary.I give two stars instead of one bc the gentleman at the counter was very kind.I guess after I just paid $1,040 for work and a complete inspection (which was an additional cost btw), the other firestone is saying I need an additional $2,100 of work that was somehow completely missed at this location. My advice: dont go here.

I love this place. I am with this place about 10 years.

I absolutely love this shop. It is by far the best Firestone in the Denver area. They are always curtious and efficient. Always best to call ahead to schedule an appointment. They wont bs you either, theyll get you in when they can and not schedule for a time they dont have available or have you drop your car off all day and not get to it.For those of you that dont speak car, they will take the time for you to explain in your own words what is going on then translate that for you.

Its a small shop, with not a lot of staff at one time. You might have to wait a few minutes to be helped, but its because the employees are getting things done, so I dont mind.I bought new tires and had my oil changed here because its close to my house. Friendly service, and pretty quick turnaround. The sales rep explained everything very well, and didnt make me feel pressured at all. Definitely coming back.

Im not sure why others have had such poor experiences. Ive been here 3 times and have received amazing service every time. My wife has also been here twice and completely agrees. This is the best Firestone Ive ever been to. They are very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to align my lifted FJ. I will continue to bring our vehicles in to this Firestone as long as we live in the Denver area. I hope that others that have shared a good experience here would write up a good review because they deserve it!

This store is a joke quoted me a repair for thousands and took it to a more professional shop and got the repair for under the amount much happier and satisfied mark up was 4 times the cost do your research before you choose first one any of them in Colorado they all use the same system and owned by Bridgestone every last one

I took my jeep in here twice within a yaer and a half thinking they could not still have terrible service but i was wrong! I took my jeep in for an alignment at 9am they said they had time to get to it but come closing time no call. i called and they said they did not get to it and forgot my jeep was sitting there all day! not once did this happen but twice! they forgot my jeep was there and twice they did not call me and they forgot about me! never again!!

I will be seeing you guys more often since its conveniently next to my work. I recommend to anyone who needs their car serviced.

Don’t make an appointment. They won’t stick to their time lines. And they won’t update you if things run behind, or offer anything for an apology. Not coming back here - Firestone’s are everywhere and this one isn’t special.

The guys in the shop here are awesome and just the place you want to come for the not so common problems. I took a small lawn tractor tire here that wouldnt sit on the rim/ couldnt get a bead. Without getting anyone in trouble all I will say is that they did an incredible job, provided an amazing show and charged me the pay me what you think is fair price! Hats off guys, thanks for having a big name but small shop service!

They are great, I live a few blocks away and usually leave my car for a hour or so to get oil changes and other general service. They are always very polite and honest with what my cars have needed or not needed done, and the work has always been done well, in the 3 plus years I have been bringing cars to them.

The employees are super friendly, they are up front about costs, and they are honest and trustworthy. Ive been to two Firestone locations in the Denver area, and they are both exceptional. Friendly and easy to talk to.

Came in for tires and they jammed a piece of plastic in the fan motor which destroyed the entire cooling system, costing me a Grand! I wouldnt trust these people with a lawn mower!!!!!!

Ive been taking my car to that place for a few years. During my first couple of visits they used to tell me that my timing belt is cracked. I have this car for almost 6 years now, and it does NOT have a timing belt problem. Ive decided to stop going there after I took both my car and my moms car for alignment and oil changes. On both cars they told me that shocks and struts needed to be replaced. In case of my car the manager even proposed me for a Firestone Credit card - apply and see if you get approved. They said it would cost more that $800 to replace all 4 shocks and struts. I took the car to a mechanic I know and asked to check shocks and struts. He said they were fine, thereby saving me $800. Oh, by the way, cracked timing belt sort of disappeared.I went to Goodyear in Littleton for my next oil change. They did not bullshit me.

I dont think this store knows how to use a computer. They give the wrong inventory for other stores every time looking for a specific tire.Purchasing a replacement for a spare that missing, might have gone out their back door after a rotation service. Use any other store!

I loved my experience here at Firestone. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. I did not feel like I was being upsold on anything and paid what I felt was like a fair price. I definitely recommend this firestone for your auto care needs.

Three years ago I was out of work. I told them that. Yet I let them talk me into the $40 comprehensive check with the oil change. The mgr said I needed $500+ in brake work. I worried a whole year until I found a job and returned for a new estimate. This different mgr said, You dont need brakes. I showed him the estimate from 1 year prior. How is it after driving another year my breaks suddenly got better? The Corp guy gave me $30 credit. Some time after I returned for an oil change and this new mgr said I needed an $80 belt. Another year has passed, no squeeking belt noise. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

This place has some of the most honest mechanics, I never like having to hand over money and cars can have expensive repairs but I have respect for these guys here. They have educated and been very honest.

Pretty disappointed in this location. Called in Saturday for 2 sets of Tires Gotta price quote of $1363 asked for them to be ready to install after work today they said no problem. On arrival they up the price to $1700. Who does that? Went to peerless tires got same tires all 8 for $1321 Also Quoted Saturday Just figured $40 more to save a little bit of a drive no big deal. Top it off They said the tires would be in first thing in the morning and they didnt call till 330pm that they were in. Got off at noon to get these tires Peerless had them with 2hrs no issues.

Had tires shipped here. Knowledgeable staff was busy and couldnt fit me in but i bugged them a few times today. But awesome people couldnt be happier. For my need and how nice they was about it and me being in a rush.

Chop shop vibe. Overpriced everything except labor, which was only slightly too pricey. Took a few hours to get it up on the lift. Decent customer service, but the estimates were out of control

Dont go to this place.Wanted to do a oil change and a alignment (I had life time alignment), come back after 20 minutes and was told they are all done.They also find (hopefully not created, I cant tell) a struts problem and tried to charge me $900 after discount. I told them I dont have the money for now and want to think about that and they just keep telling me I can pay for that on the Firestone credit card.Left the store and find a mechanic and fixed this problem for $40 labor and $60 parts (bought from autozone)

Need an oil change? If you have the whole day to waste this place will accommodate you, they clearly take the big $ jobs first and fill in with simple tasks like an oil change, will not give this greedy owner any business.👎👎👎👎😒

The were able to fix my brakes for almost $200 less than Brakes Plus.

They told me I would need new brakes, rotors, and calipers and quoted me high. Once I said I wanted to call around for other quotes they mentioned that they could fix my brakes without replacing the calipers which made me question if I really needed to replace them or not. I called another shop which gave me an over the phone quote (subject to change of course) of almost $300 less than what Firestone was asking. Once they looked at my car they said they didn’t agree with replacing the calipers and the ones I had were working fine which saved me even more money.I will say when I dropped the car off at Firestone the staff was very friendly. Not so much when I went to pick my car back up.

Every time i bring my vehicle here they recommend several hundred dollars worth of work. Several years ago i purchased a lifetime alignment, Ive had them align the vehicle a few times, but now every time i take it in they indicate it cannot be done due to something else. So i take it to my REAL mechanic and they indicate nothing is wrong, i take it back to Firestone and something else is wrong and they cannot do the alignment. Needless to say i am no longer a customer.

My car had been leaking oil ever since i went cheap and let Walmart change it. Took it here, and they fixed it for me so quickly and inexpensively. I was nervous about how much it might cost and how long it might take and they listened amd worked with me on everything!

I was told that I couldnt buy just one tire for my car, they wanted to sell me things I did not need for my car.

I was charged $120 dollars over the course of 2 days to have a set of tire pressure monitors swapped and tires balanced. This is as simple and routine as a job can get for a tire shop, yet it took two visits to have to done properly. When I called about the status of my vehicle on the 2nd day (it had been there for 5 hours,) I was basically told off by the woman on the phone. I felt like I was being blamed for their inability to complete the job I had already paid for. I dont believe my experience was representative of FIrestone as a whole, but I would avoid the Englewood location like the plague.

I drove in during a snow storm because one of my windshield wipers had broken after being frozen. They took my car right away even though they had other jobs ongoing. Not only did they replace my wipers, they topped off the air pressure in my tires at no charge (granted, I did buy the tires at another Firestone) and all of the work was done in 15 minutes. I ended up only 30 minutes late to work.Ill be going back.

I picked my car up from here and it had a scratch on the steering wheel leather and Taco Bell garbage in my trunk.Edit to add: a 4-5ft screwdriver was left under my hood and my oil light has come on less than 2,000 miles after I just changed it.DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE..This is poor customer service. I have been a Firestone customer for years, I am done with the company because of this store.

I hit a log with my car on my birthday. They didnt follow the instructions from my car insurance company, they cracked my window when they replaced my rim and tire but didnt own up to it, costing me an additional $300 (Thank you!).
